It's so cool to watch a seasoned pro perform their craft. Kerry took one look at my seat and new it wasn't right for the job. Took some measurements, got my seat and bars adjusted, accessed a handful of additional quirks that needed some love, and got me out the door the same day. This all made a huge difference in the feel of my ride and the comfort of my body, and I'm stoked to have such a great resource right around the block from my home. Can't wait to put more hours in the saddle. Thanks again for sharing your time and talent Kerry & team! -AW

I brought my bicycle here when the derailer fell off and the brakes stopped working right. When I…read moredropped it off on Sunday afternoon around 1:30 they said it would be ready on Tuesday. I told them at the service department that the bike would not shift gears going up, that the shifter only worked right when downshifting. Imagine my surprise when they text me less than three hours later saying my bike is ready. It seemed OK, they asked me to ride it in the parking lot. It was 5:50, and they closed in ten minutes. The bike shifted OK for a couple of cycles up and down. As much as I was happy to get the bicycle back the same day, I was not happy after riding it several time and from gears five thru eight still trouble upshifting. I truly wish they had kept the bike until Tuesday, maybe the bike would shift properly. I did not need to get my bicycle back fast as much as I needed to get my bicycle back FIXED.

Not a great start but I felt like I should give them some 2 more chances since they are the only place in town to get archery equipment. Second time I go in they tell me, unprovoked mind you, about their stance on trans athletes and their shocking "final solution" to the homeless problem. But, the final straw was my latest visit. People that ordered more than me got their orders before me and when I finally got my pastry, it was burnt. Usually I love their brown sugar shaken espresso, but of course the barista got my order wrong and put whole milk instead of oat! It would not have been a big issue if it wasn't accompanied by a burnt pastry and attitude. Wasted nearly 30 minutes of my time for a messed up $10 drink and $6 pastry. I'm even more angered by the fact that I will not come back until I'm back in town. Fix your baristas attitude and change their schedules!!! I miss the ones who served me with kindness and actually got my order right. Do better.
