I initially reached out to them because I had such a hard time finding a venue that would be within our budget and fit our needs. Even with the pandemic and having to postpone our wedding, they were quick to respond and were able to navigate through it all. We are so incredibly thankful for their help, guidance, and advice. After the wedding, I now think this was the best money we ever spent. Throughout the day, they made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. They told me when and where to go to keep everything moving on time, they coordinated all the setup, and made sure I didn't accidentally run into my fiancé before the ceremony. After the ceremony they were kind and smart enough to set aside some appetizers for my wife and I to enjoy in our room while we took a quick breather. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes. Our venue had very strict rules where we would be charged steep fines if everyone (including cleanup) wasn't out by a certain time, and she and her team made sure that everything went to plan. They packed our cars with everything we had brought, making sure we didn't forget a thing. We could not have made it through without the help of Kyro and her team. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Not only was she super helpful in coordinating with my vendors and making sure everything ran smoothly, she also organized all of the decorations and table settings and did a fantastic job--everything looked gorgeous and we got tons of compliments for how lovely the setup was. Her professionalism, service, vision and execution are of the highest quality - bar none. As a woman planning a wedding from across the country whose fiancé was deployed for half of the planning duration, I knew I needed help keeping organized, meeting with vendors and planning the details. Of the handful of planners I interviewed, Julia was the only one who suggested we chat via facetime in order to truly get to know each other. It was from this beginning that I knew that she would treat this planning journey as preciously and personally as I would. Her organization, attention to detail but most of all, her ability to really listen to what her clients want made the year long planning process so smooth, easy and effortless. She asked questions we never even thought of to be sure she could capture the essence of us as a couple and design the wedding accordingly. I was without a doubt the least stressed bride ever. Working with Julia gave me the opportunity to truly enjoy being a fiancée. The most rewarding part of all of this was two-fold: 1. Walking into the wedding day and reception knowing everything was perfectly set up and would go off without a hitch. Both my husband and I didn't have a worry in mind except to have fun and to remember as many of the beautiful details of our special day as possible. And to say that the day was absolutely perfect is truly an understatement. Ours and all our guests breaths were taken away. 2. Julia, her team and the vendors she recommended were so professional and friendly - we still speak with many of them today! We walked away with friends and connections we will treasure and keep for a long while. If you are a busy woman who wants a full service planner/friend or just needs help and guidance with planning one of the most important days of your life, you will do yourself a disservice by not hiring Julia and Wedding Wise. I recommend her with the utmost trust and confidence!

We booked her about 18 months in advance and I spent 9 of those 18 months stressing about all of the details that it was too early to even make decisions about. I really wish I had saved myself the stress and brain power because as soon as Julia got started everything was done in two shakes. I must confess that I am a procrastinator, and that characteristic became even more pronounced during wedding planning. I didn't want a wedding because I knew all the stress that goes into the planning process, but I went with the wants of my husband and parents and agreed to throw it together. Julia gently kept me on task and set me up on her wonderful planning tool that made all aspects of planning accessible and organized. I think one of her greatest talents was figuring out what our needs/wants were and narrowing the plethora of options down to 3 or 4 that fit our budget and vision. It was so helpful for a bride-to-be that is somewhat easily overwhelmed. She also took on the task of going through all the boring paperwork and giving me only what explicitly only I could deal with. Her professional network is well curated and she is very good at keeping it fresh. She doesn't work with just anyone. Our wedding day was so extremely imperfect. So many things that were not in our control went wrong. I was so stressed and up to the point where I walked into the venue I was even regretting going through with it. But when I walked into the venue and saw Julia there, bringing my dream vision into life, all of the stress melted away. I knew that with Julia there, everything was going to go as planned. I knew that everything in our control was going to be perfect as possible. And it totally was. Julia is a workhorse. I can't recommend her enough. Hiring her was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process. Our wedding would have been one giant jumbled mess with out her organization, knowledge, and guidance. All of her hard work actually made me so happy that we had a wedding.
