When I walked in, I was blown away. They have a store, with unique products and what appears to be high-quality products. I love their locker room/restrooms, which are clean. I liked their studios, where it is dark and perfect for when you are sweating, and dancing on the bikes and don't want to be seen. They had balloons for Kylie and a bottle of champagne waiting for her and her group of gals and it was so personalized and absolutely wonderful. On her bike in the spin room, was an engagement ring balloon as well. It was such a fun ride and the songs were catered to Kylie and what she enjoys in the classes she attends. You could tell the two owners, who were there and running the bride ride, were genuinely excited and put a lot of thought into the event. One of the songs included weights, which I really enjoyed. I enjoyed this event and the studio so much, even though it sort of broke me. It broke me because when I went to sleep, I almost had to slather mentholatum all over my body to be able to sleep, as I was so sore. I will definitely be back. I liked the vibes in this place and how much the owners actually care.

The equipment is in excellent condition and they recently replaced most machines with newer ones over the last year. They have a good selection of cardio machines as well, including treadmills, stairmasters, bikes, and ellipticals. There is a regular workout class schedule included with membership, however, I have never attended. There are large dedicated locker rooms with showers that are always clean! However, you do have to bring your own lock. They also recently just added dry saunas to the locker room included with membership as well. Overall, excellent gym, I would recommend it to anyone!

I used to sign up for women's only gyms because of the sheer amount of people at Good Life and LA - it was just obnoxious - and also everyone was magically already in good shape. At Terries, I think the max amount of people I've ever seen in this gym at once is 15 - which is fantastic. Because the space is sort of divided into different areas, it never actually feels as busy as it may be. Personally I go on my lunch breaks or two hours before closing as I find those are the emptiest times, and who doesn't like having the gym to themselves? Can this gym use some upgrades? yes. Slowly I am seeing a bunch of newer machines make their way into the gym, but the machines they have still get the job done. This is a no-frills gym with great staff. Terry and her husband are also great. My only complaint is that it needs to be cleaned a little more thoroughly, it could use a good dusting.

I visited two larger gyms before settling on this one and the difference was immediate. When I walked into the other gyms, the corporate atmosphere was stifling and I was treated either as invisible or like I was a walking money tree. None of that happened with Gio. The first hour of our initial conversation revolved solely on my workout goals and progress. Within the first week I was happily complaining of wonderfully sore muscles :) The facilities are up-to-date yet small and intimate. No overcrowding or waiting around for weights. The focus at Fierce Fitness is on functional training and true, whole body strength. I have been blown away by how simple yet challenging the workout regimens are and their effectiveness. People here mean business. I started out with the three month coaching program and loved it so much that I renewed for the year program to do some bodybuilding. Whatever you do, GO TO FIERCE FITNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will not regret it. It is a little bit more expensive than your average gym, but the value is there and very worth it. Best gym, trainers and atmosphere I have ever experienced.

I was continously charged even after my bank investigated it for fraud and refunded me. He runs the charge under a slightly different companies name. Man's a low life and a criminal. All his trainer did was bash him as a scumbag, I should've been out after hearing that once. Place needs to be closed and the owner arrested.

I love that there is another gym option on Hertel now. Everything was super clean. The downstairs area is used for their classes, and above, almost like a horseshoe balcony is where people can use the open gym. They have Peloton bikes, stairmaster, weights, kettle bells, treadmills, basically all the cardio equipment you'd want in a gym. I'm not sure if they have strength training workout equipment besides the weights as I just did a quick browse before my class. I have only ever taken the Tred + Shred and Tred + Core classes (which I love - Lex is a great instructor!), and it's been a while since I've been back, so I wasn't sure what to expect of this new-to-me class! Chloe was the instructor, and when I shared I was a bit nervous, she assured me I'd be fine and that it would move fast. The room was set up with 10 different stations that we would cycle through the 45 minutes. It was tough but I looooooooved it. Classes like that are my absolute favorite. I feel like I got a great full body workout and really pushed myself. Chloe was super helpful and kept an eye on all of us to help correct form. I always need a little extra help with form so I really appreciated the support. They are also on ClassPass which is great for me as it's the main method I use for booking classes anywhere. I wasn't sure if I was going to officially reup my ClassPass membership but I feel like I've got to now cause I want to add this class to my routine!
