I have been to Physical Therapy numerous times in the past years and have never had positive results. Josh however, has zeroed in on my specific needs and has tailored his training sessions for me specifically based on these needs. For the first time in years I feel better balanced, have less pain in my hips and knees - which makes walking actually pleasurable- and generally feel stronger than I have in years. Josh also worked several months with my husband who had severe neck pain and helped him tremendously. This is a trainer I would give 10 stars to if I could. The classes are affordable with a low cost of $10, the class size is low, probably since its so early in the morning. Melissa is amazing, and didn't mind taking the extra few minutes to show me how to use the bike, and how everything worked. I love the option of not having a commitment to join the gym, and just being able to drop in for spin classes, as needed. I only come to this location for classes and the hydro-massage chairs, so I can't comment too much on anything else. However the class instructors are extremely professional while fun, and will lead you through a great workout! That hydro-massage chairs are a great perk to membership and great way to relax for 10 minutes before heading out. I'm impressed with the safety measures they've implemented since COVID. On each visit they take temperatures upon entry and ask if you're experiencing any COVID symptoms. I've also seen employees cleaning the locker rooms more frequently than before. Additionally, they added lines to the floor in the class rooms to reduce capacity, and I personally love the extra space. I'd recommend this location if you enjoy taking classes, they offer a good variety at different times of the day.

The gym is in Buffalo, about a 15-20 minute drive from Lewiston, but it's absolutely worth it. The equipment is some of the best we've ever seen--seriously impressive--and they even have dumbbells that go up to 150 lbs. they also have cardio machines. We were there during Thanksgiving week and wanted to workout on Thanksgiving Day. To our surprise, they responded to our Instagram message promptly to let us know they'd be open! Meeting them in person only made us more impressed. We liked it so much we upgraded our day passes to a weekly pass, even though we were only going to be there three days. The gym itself is spacious, well-organized, clean, and free of clutter. They have a few machines and attachments we'd never seen before, which made for exciting and challenging workouts that left us both sore in the best way. There was no crowding at all--maybe 20-25 people when we were there--which made for a comfortable and focused workout environment. For bodybuilders, this gym is a dream--there's even a posing room! On top of that, the owners suggested a really tasty and healthy lunch option that we truly enjoyed. This gym has officially become our New York "gym home," and we can't wait to visit again.
