I start back up about two weeks ago and I'm loving how convenient it is. When you sign up they give you a card to access the gym whenever you like. This place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I do wish they had more equipment but I don't think they have any more room to be honest. Two years ago they announced they were going to move in to a bigger location but after two years it's still in the same location.

I was continously charged even after my bank investigated it for fraud and refunded me. He runs the charge under a slightly different companies name. Man's a low life and a criminal. All his trainer did was bash him as a scumbag, I should've been out after hearing that once. Place needs to be closed and the owner arrested.

The cost was 379.00 per month . The receipt that I have says "90 Day Kickstarter". There is no doubt that I signed up for a 90 day program. The first charge the owner puts through on October 20th is for $779.00 which is not what I budgeted for. The owner made up some b.s. about prorating. Sounds a lot more to me like he has a cash flow problem because he is billing me for almost 2 full months. And, he was autatically extending my 3 month membership to 4 billable months because I didn't start my membership on his billing date?? Btw, there was also a promotion for a FREE TWO WEEK TRIAL which I never got credit for in his zany prorating and creative billing scheme. His irrational billing, which he justifies in his own mind, always results in dollars in his favor. But, hang on it gets worse. As of today, February 2018, 5 months later, the owner, Giovanni Preziuso, refuses to stop charging my account for $379.00 per month, although we are WELL past my 90 day program. He further insists that I have to pay until May, 2018!! I am not kidding. I assumed the charges were made in error and that he would correct the problem when he was made aware of it. I was very, very wrong. This billing is quite intentional. The owner's business practices are unethical and I predict that this will eventually ruin his reputation and destroy his business. I am taking my documentation into the branch today and having my bank rever se the charges. If he wants to persue this, we can take it all the way to court. At first I was dumbfounded. But, now I am pretty angry. The gym itself is quite nice and the other trainers are very professional. However, the billing practices are highly suspect. Buyer beware.

This fitness center is located on Niagara University campus. It really isn't that bad. They have 2…read morelarge, full size basketball courts, an indoor swimming pool for the university swim team, a sauna connected to the locker rooms with showers. And they have just about every machine and free weight you can ask for. Now this gym is a little older, and the equipment isn't in pristine condition, but it's equal to, if not slightly better than any gym you'll find on a deployment. Being faculty at the university, I have free access to the gym and I can get in after hours via my faculty ID. Just swipe it and you're in. That's key, as the employees don't arrive until 0630, however our ROTC PRT program begins at 0600 every morning. The gym is also used in the morning by several of the university athletic teams. They hold practice and strength and conditioning training there during the colder winter months. It's not the only gym on campus, but I believe the facilities in the D1 Dwyer Center are just for the D1 athletes. No worries though, this gym and the university's allowing us free reign of it, is more than enough for our future Army leaders to train in.

I was able to check out a class at Form and Function Pilates and I'm glad I did. It's a new studio…read moreowned and taught by Doug. Sign up was a breeze and they even offered an intro price for your first class when you are a new client. I love that they offer 2 class types Form and Function. Form is a slower paced class with deliberate movements perfect for beginners and Function is more challenging, the pace is a little faster but it's still ok for most all levels. This made it easy and not intimidating to sign up and get in easily. The space is the old food terminal and is renovated with a cool industrial feel. There was plenty of space in the class area and it didn't feel cramped which was awesome. Doug was able to demo the sequences before we started each one, it was great that it was easy to see and hear him while he demoed. I tried the Function class which was challenging and a good pace for me. It was definitely contemporary Pilates but more on the side of a workout that was on a reformer and less classical feeling. I don't say that as a negative at all. But with so many Pilates classes popping up it's hard to know everyone's teaching style. The receiving room was cozy and beautiful. Class began and ended in there. It felt like a community before and after class which is a nice touch. They have balanced body allegro reformers.
