I spent years at another spinning studio when I lived in another area in the Buffalo are so it took me MONTHS of driving by and following this place on social media. I finally got sick of not working out or driving 45 min one way. The minute I walked in the atmosphere is SO nice. You bike your bike ahead of time so there's no rushing and getting there extremely early to get the bike you want. They also have free lockers with phone chargers. One of my favorite things about rebel is that the studios are "phone free zones". I'm 100% guilty of warning up on my bike scrolling through my phone or sending a reply since I got distracted by a text. Don't get my wrong I want to lose weight and be overall stronger, but I work out for my mental health. Since you can't go into the studio until they even open the door I have no anxiety about getting there early, or I'm going to get my bike. The instructors are so welcoming and encouraging. When I leave rebel I feel so strong and empowered...despite almost dying during class The only negative for me is the price. I'm the type who wouldn't go to a gym or push myself for a gym that $10 a month. You 100% get what you pay for even though. read more

I havent taken a cycling class in well over 10 years, decided to take a Remix Ride at 8 am on a Saturday morning with Ro. The process of registering for a class was quite simple, and did appericate the fact of being able to select your bike, prior to class . The front desk was quite kind, as I unfortunatly got stuck at a few lights and was a few minutes late for class with giving me a quick tour, helping set my bike up , and ensuring that I had the correct shoes for the class. My first class, was Mo, Remix Ride which is a beat based power ride that is measured on metrics. Lets be honest, I just wanted to keep up and get a good work out. The cycling room consisted of 30 bikes, with towels at each station for the riders comfort, and convience. Mo, was amazing, very motivational and uplifting is just what I needed for an early Saturday morning class. The only reason for the four stars, which I would have been able to take a beginner class, prior to the Remix Ride; but it didnt work out that way. The workout really gave you a workout of muscles that I havent used in quite a long time. Highly, highly recommend Mo, for a class, overally clean facility, and outstanding experience. Look forward to taking advantage of a few of there new customer specials, in the soon near future. read more

Been coming here for 2 years now and I've loved every second! If you're thinking of taking ANY class here, just do it. It's a wonderful studio with amazing people (clients and the employees). The front desk girls make sure to say hi when you walk in and address you by first name. The instructors are all so personable, fun, and inclusive. I look forward to each class I sign up for! No class anxiety here. read more

I had so much fun as a beginner. The instructors were great! You get the hang of it & go at your own pace.

Today I took a free intro cycle class at Rebel Ride. The staff gave us a 5 min tour of the establishment. They have a cycle studio with approximately 30 bikes and a workout studio for yoga and other types of classes. They have free lockers for patrons to use in the common areas and in the locker rooms. The lady's locker room is small but is nicely decorated and clean. They have two shower stalls for anyone who needs to freshen up and go. Rebel bikes have professional bike pedals that require you to ware bike shoes which are provided for no extra cost. The first 10 minutes of the intro class was focused on how to set up your bike and use the different features on the bike. Then we started a fun and challenging work out to the rhythm of the music. They offer different types of classes on and off the bike. You can reserve your class by creating a profile on there website or app. Your profile that can be viewed when you log on to their website and/or their app. Also, Rebel Ride posts your stats In your profile!! You can see my stats from my first work out in the pictures. I could not get pictures of the inside of the studios as they do ask you to leave your phones in your locker (Phone chargers are installed in each locker) Overall, I enjoyed my class and I enjoyed a refreshing Snowy Owl Kombucha after my work out. I plan to purchase one of the packages and have fun getting into shape!! Ps I enjoyed Jenna as our instructor read more

The energy here is contagious !! Best boutique gym in the area. Classes offered: rhythm spin, power spin, yoga, barre, circuit training, cardio sculpt, in-trinity & more!!! read more

Beautiful facility and excellent service. It's new - a little over a year- so everything is shiny and clean. My instructor was enthusiastic. The class included music videos. For some this is a welcome distraction to the workout. For others it's just a distraction. Personal choice. Little touches give the studio an upscale feel. Post class email shows ride performance, like other studios with metrics. Bikes are very comfortable and have smooth tension adjustments. Only one drawback...the cycling studio is a bit claustrophobic - low ceilings and no windows give it a theater feel, which for some may be uncomfortable - it can very hot & stuffy in a full class. The back row is not ideal for tall people, so keep that in mind when choosing a bike. read more

We went to Rebel Ride a couple weeks ago to experience our first spin class ever; we are so glad we chose this place and definitely will return. For first timers, they offer the first class free on their website, which is great for people who aren't even sure if they would like a spin class but want to try. When we got there, they were very friendly and showed us around the locker rooms; the amenities are great and very clean and modern. When we were ready for our class, they helped us hook up to the bikes and Mo, our class leader, was very nice and held a great class. Overall, we were really happy with the experience (and the workout!) and will definitely return for a good butt whooping and workout!! read more

Highly focused on service, for example cold towels after a workout and mouthwash, combs etc in the locker room. Love the inclusion of a motivational message in each workout. Instructor Mo gave a nice talk on mercy and forgiveness in the last session I attended and this helps us realize that spiritual fitness is just as important as physical fitness. I'd give it a 5 stars except that the space a little on the tight side. It's tough for more two or three guys to operate in the locker room and there isn't much space between bikes in the studio. The people are friendly and a little coziness isn't all bad. read more

This place is ok until there is a problem. I got a gift card and asked if I could pay for my classes with it. They put in my account and told me they would use it then never used it ...instead took the money out of my credit card on file. Made things bounce in my account, etc. I asked the owner Erika to make it right and refund me the $91 and I was told she's sorry but that cannot happen. I won't go there anymore because I feel they are unethical. Very disappointed. They lost a client for $91. Not very smart. read more

I love this new concept. Making appointments and reserving spinning bikes ahead of time is great for people with busy schedules who like to plan - and, of course, stay fit! I've attended with a variety of spinning instructors. Each are unique. All are great. They support local businesses for coffee, cold brew and kombucha. Workers are all friendly and helpful. Other unique items are phone chargers in every locker and a cold eucalyptus wash cloth waiting for you after your ride. Download the app and watch for deals. read more

I LOVE spinning so I am always open to trying out a new place. This place was a little difficult to find. It is perched up on a very slight hill so I missed it the first time by even with the GPS on. There was minimal parking out front and it seemed there there was minimal parking out back as well, as there are designated spots for tenets and for specific businesses. Once you get inside the door though it is worth it. It is really a high end experience, with a beautiful clean entryway clean spinning room and what looked like a clean workout room. There were small snacks, and fruit infused water for everyone to enjoy. There are high tech lockers where you can set your own code temporarily so it's easy to remember. they provide spinning shoes for everyone because their bikes do not have the ability to wear your normal gym sneakers on. The experience inside the spinning class was nice as well. There was what seemed to be rhythm lighting that went to the beat of the music which was cool but a touch brighter then I would have liked. The bikes also had an information pad with a back light that was handy to keep track of stats but I could easily see how slow or fast other members in the class were going. I prefer a darker spinning atmosphere with more anonymity. The class itself was high energy and for some classes there is a monitor where everyone's stats are listed. If you live in the immediate area it is a good option for spinning. read more

I took my first class today at 930am with Brandi for Abs, Arms & Out! And it was amazing. From the exercise, to the music I didn't feel uncomfortable for once while working out. I will definitely be returning for more classes with Brandi. The facility is beautiful. I felt more clean walking out then I did in, haha. They give you these wonderful towels after class that are cold and smell so refreshing. Not sure if they had something on them but it was very relaxing. read more

Loved it. Christine was my instructor. Kept up the pace and held my interest during the ride. Variable course. Felt like a good workout. They had towels to use during the ride at each of the bikes. Bikes were new. I hadn't used this type of bike before but front desk staff was great and helped me get situated. Cold towels at the end!!!! What. Sweet. Lockers w custom locks for use during the class. read more

Tried Rebel Ride for the first time today. I registered for the class on their website so right when I checked in they knew it was my first time and started me with a tour. The girls were so helpful and took their time explaining the amenities as well as how to use the bike. The class itself was challenging but also you are reminded to throughout to work to your level. The 50 min power ride went by quick with different challenges and recovery periods throughout the course of the class. The gym is EXTREMELY clean and that extends to the locker room and towels. Definitely would recommend this gym to others and will be returning to try more classes they offer. read more

I just moved near this location and tried it out for the first time this morning. Not only is the studio gorgeous and the instructors are amazing but everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The facility is bright, clean and fun. These instructors are continually educated and the best of the best. The lights and music make it so fun. Forget about a boring workout. Check out Rebel Ride. I came out to a flat tire and one of the girls even offered to change it! They told me to grab a coffee and wait inside. Some of the nicest and welcoming workers. I know this will be my new work out home. :) read more

Rebel Ride is a new boutique exercise studio that offers indoor cycling, TRX and In-Trinity (mix of yoga, pilates and martial arts). My boyfriend and I have really enjoyed the indoor cycling - specifically the POWER rides. The brand new facility is beautiful. The cycling theater has bikes on a stadium platform so everyone has a good view of the instructor. The cycling theater features a lighting system that seems to be in beat with the music - making it feel more like a dance club than a sterile gym. The focus of the Power Ride is challenging you to maximize your energy output (WATTS). Jenna has been our instructor for all of the classes we have attended. She does a great job with motivating you to push yourself. You can track your performance and the rest of class on the 2 screens at the front of the class. However, you can also choose not to have your info displayed. I like to see how I am doing compared to the other riders. The music is another motivator and at Rebel Ride they do a great job of selecting songs to get you moving. The music is also perfectly timed for each interval. While we prefer to ride our bikes outside, we are happy to have found a fun alternative for the winter months. read more

Love this place. Best workout and the best cycling spinning class I have ever taken. My favorite instructor is Missy. Reason why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5: It is quite expensive. Wish I could afford to go more often. $19 a class. Also, the room or studio where we cycle has a low ceiling and they have the bikes really packed in close together. I feel sometimes claustrophobic when it is a full class, and the low ceilings make it feel even hotter and stuffier in the room. But the other wonderful things outshine the negative for me. The cold wet towel after class is my fav part!! read more

Wow. I don't know where to start with how great this place is! I was greeted by friendly faces who could tell I was confused, this was my first time here, and were more than helpful getting me signed in and ready to go. You get access to a locker to stick your stuff in during the class, which was super convenient. Once I got to my bike, I still had no clue what I was doing, a few seconds later, an employee was right there, since they knew it was my first time, to help me get all ready to go, learn the bike and get ready. The class was fun! James was a great instructor, music was great, he kept everyone motivated and kicks your butt! The class was for anyone, and you can go at your own speed. Now, the best part, when class was over, they handed out cool aromatherapy towels! Also, after the class they email you with the stats of your workout. This place is truly an awesome experience from start to finish. read more
