Fitness Machine Technicians did a wonderful job repairing my older model Nordic Track treadmill. When Nordic Track themselves weren't very helpful I was sure I would have to buy a new machine, but thought I would get a second opinion. I spoke with Julie by phone who answered my message immediately and was very accommodating in scheduling a consultation. Their lead technician, Matthew, did a very thorough diagnostic evaluation during my appointment of the issue, the suggested repair, and the overall condition of the machine and therefore the ROI of the repair was easy to see. FMT sent a prompt line by line estimate of the repair, were very kind to keep me informed as my parts were being shipped, and very easy to schedule with. My repair has left my treadmill functioning better than ever before thanks to Matthew's thoroughness, and I truly could not be happier with the absolutely outstanding level of service I received. I have full confidence my treadmill will be in great shape for a long time to come, but should there ever be another issue Fitness Machine Technicians are the only company I would trust. From the kindness of the staff, the ease of scheduling, the incredibly fair rates and transparent pricing, and down to the fact that everyone I spoke with or met was just a genuinely nice person they are a wonderful business I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation. read more

After struggling with an extremely lengthy wait to talk and schedule service (cleaning) with Nordic Track, we decided to try a local company. Julie at Fitness Machine Technicians responded immediately and offered to have Matthew come out to our house. He is efficient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes great pride in his work; making sure that every part of the machine is inspected and cleaned. He was thorough, initially not thinking that we needed to replace the walking belt. As he cleaned the machine, he saw that the drive belt was covered in oil possibly due to the three months the machine was upended in storage while our home was being built. At this point he suggested that we replace the two belts. The company had to reach out to a second source to order because of delays possibly due to COVID. The belts arrived quickly and Julie again scheduled an appointment with Matthew. Our machine is now almost brand new and it's all due to this wonderful tech, Matthew, and the company he works for! We would recommend and use Fitness Machine Technicians again in a heartbeat! read more

My vintage 17 year old Lifetime Fitness elliptical became inoperable for the first time. I dreaded the idea of parting with it or replacing it and was so pleased to learn that FMT might be able to repair it. Julie was able to schedule Mark within 2 days which was remarkable. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. Within a week he and Matt returned to install the part and returned the machine to operation. I was pleased to learn that they thought my machine was in great condition. They explained exactly what went wrong and how it was repaired. I appreciated how much expertise they shared with me and that they were always ready to return for adjustments or repairs. They worked quickly and thoroughly and are certainly the best service technicians I've encountered in a very long time. Julie was very prompt and kept me totally informed. I think the repair was more affordable than I thought it would be. I'm very impressed by your company and glad that your service was available! read more

I had a very very old treadmill who's belt wore out. Thought I would save money and do it myself!!! One step led to another and I had parts all over the floor, machine down to its bare bones. Gradually, I was able to get it back together except the belt tension was not right. I gave up and called for HELP!!! My call was pleasantly answered, a technician was quickly assigned and he arrived on time as promised. Frank was obviously a seasoned technician. He quickly reviewed what I had done, gave me some praise and went about getting the tension and a couple of tweaks of the motor belt and I now have a fully functioning , safe treadmill. He also helped with a Gazelle. Would not hesitate to refer others to this organization! They will be first on my list to assist with any future needs for my home "gym". read more

The owners of this company are wonderful, very straightforward and quick with communication. Matthew took a rough situation I found myself a and turned it completely around. I couldn't find anyone to help me breakdown a very large piece of exercise equipment for a spare room. Matthew came over a few days after calling and had the machine apart and back together again before I knew it. He also made sure I had all the information I needed about the machine that the seller didn't include. I can't recommend Matthew or this company highly enough I swear he's a fitness equipment magician. Matthew has got to be their #1 employee with all the knowledge and thoughtfulness. It seemed effortless for him. Don't hesitate to use them for all your fitness equipment needs, they will not disappoint. read more

I have called on Julie for a second time to help with repairing my 19 year old treadmill. The parts on my machine have a lifetime warranty but because of their age are occasionally breaking down. Julie sent her tech Frank to check out the problem and diagnosed the problem quite quickly. The upper board controlling the speed and different adjustments was bad. He contacted the Manufacturer and once the part was received and installed the problem was fixed. Thank you very much for your excellent service and hopefully will not be calling on you soon. But if needed, you will be called. Stephen Bush read more

I am very pleased with the service I received 1-21-19 from Fitness Machine Technicians. I have a brand new treadmill incliner, for less than one month, and was not able to get it serviced from the company I purchased it through. A friend of mine suggested this company. I called them, and they sent a technician to my home, who diagnosed the problem and was able to get the part ordered. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The customer service was excellent each time I called and they worked with my schedule. I highly recommend this company. AHughes read more
