Found this gem via ClassPass a couple weeks ago, and I've already been back 5 times. Classes are…read moreabout 45 minutes long, and include a mix of TRX, kettlebells, and sliders. I took a class yesterday with Joni(?), and it was challenging, but felt so good. With the kettlebells, you're really working the posterior chain, and I can already feel a difference in strength in my hamstrings, glutes, and lower back extensors; my back feels strengthened and the frequency of my low back pain has surely decreased. I'm loving the 5:45 class, as I can get back home after work to change, and head to a workout. I never feel like going after work, but am always so glad I did. Ended up doing a class yesterday and burned 614 calories (529 active calories) in 45 minutes. Felt deflated, but so accomplished after a good workout.

I attended my first FitnessSocial KB workout shortly after purchasing a one month pass for my sister in September 2023. She fell in love with this gym and the great people there and has been attending ever since. I have taken a few classes and attended their special events. When she started leading a KB/TRX workout on Monday nights in November I have begun attending weekly or twice weekly. This is really a nice gym, clean, organized and everyone is friendly. The classes are not crowded and you receive individulized instruction and positive encouragement during each class. They offer more than just KB and TRX and host lots of great events. There are also spa services available on site. Their instagram is updated daily. Great location as well!

I'm the last person anyone would have thought would be going to the gym regularly, never mind…read moreengaging the services of a personal trainer. That's just what I did though. I decided last year that I had to do something about my weight. I got up to nearly 350 pounds by the time I decided to act. After seeking medical help with the initial weight loss, I had to do something to eliminate the fat I couldn't lose with diet alone and I wanted to become more healthy as well. I found Arman on Yelp and after a short conversation, I decided to engage his services. I was immediately put at ease with his personal approach. I think Arman recognized that I was not anywhere near my comfort area so he took the time to fully explain the process, and made sure that I was satisfied with how we would proceed, answering any questions that had before we began. Arman explained that we would be engaged in a combination of weight training, cardiovascular exercises, and regular swimming, explaining the purpose of each. He also modified my nutritional targets, providing a guideline for calorie goals, and maximum intake of carbohydrates and various sugars. I'm nearly complete with my third month. I broke through the weight loss wall I reached with diet alone, losing nearly 20 pounds in these three months. But more importantly I feel better. People notice the difference when they see me and what's more, I've noticed.

I came to him at about 125 lbs and could barely bench over a bar. After assessing my goals he worked with me to give me a general meal plan and was flexible with my work and school schedule. During the months I worked with him he always made sure to push me forward, toward and past my mental limiter. If a set seemed even a bit too easy he lump on more pounds for the next set, all the while saying this weight is too easy for you! Work out days became my fun days. When I couldn't afford a personal trainer any more, Armon had already pushed me to the point where my max on bench was two plates on each side, something I never thought I would touch. Got to 145 to 150 lbs in weight and was getting compliments on how I've gained weight in a good way. If you're looking for someone who will help you toward your goal and push you while giving you a reason to go to the gym, Armon is your guy!

We arrived 10 min early so I could fill out forms but the gym opened up 5 min before class. So…read moredon't expect to get in right away for a 5pm class. I did the trial session with a friend on a Friday at 5pm and it was full class but not excessive. My guess is about 40 people in a large room. First you do about 5 min of active stretching and some cardio like running in place or butt kicks, arm swings, etc. Then they go right into explaining the stations. Then they set up several stations/exercises with about 6 people at each station. You work out at your own level, push yourself as hard as you want to. They do come around and check for help. Great session overall within 45 min. I didn't see any wipes to wipe equipment down and that is my pet peeve when people don't wipe down equipment. I get a little weird since you do sweat in the classes. The equipment is in great shape and nothing looked tattered. Just bring your own wipes. The water machine is outside of the main workout room so you have make sure you have plenty of water with you. Otherwise you don't have time in between the transitions to get more. People put their drinks, bags, etc all around the edges of the room so sometimes you have to navigate around that if they aren't paying attention to where they are placing things. They have several areas where you can workout with weights like in a small gym setting in a different room and a cryotherapy chamber. The bathrooms are clean and overall it was a clean space. Just not the weights and main area.

My…read moreexperiences have been good during those times but when the pandemic happened, I ended up freezing my membership on 3/2020. Fast forward to 12/2025, I finally went in an unfroze my account. There were quite a few noticible changes since then: There are now more squat racks (vs just the 3 at the time), there are also more cardio machines and the daycare was also closed when they reopened. There are also sanitation stations throughout the gym too (which is an A in my book) however it also seems that there are now more new members. I'm so glad to be back after all these years of putting it off. I've lost some strength since then but I'll probably gain some of it back probably after a month in. Pro Tip: This place is at its busiest on weekdays starting around 3pm until 8pm. Late Fridays and the weekends are the least busiest.

I don't usually write reviews, but after my experience with Sean Clinton, I had to say something…read more Let me start by giving credit where it's due: the other employees here are genuinely kind and did their jobs well. But Sean? He's the manager. And I am absolutely baffled that someone with this little people skills is in charge of anything involving human interaction. Sean has what I can only describe as angry short white man syndrome, and I don't say that lightly. The man was on an incredible power trip from the moment we interacted with him. I have never met someone who radiates that much unexplained hostility. He was huffing, puffing, and looked like he was about to blow the whole house down. His face was red and was literally shaking from anger because his "ego" cannot admit that he was clearly in the wrong, and it was almost funny. My friend and I stayed completely calm and polite the entire time, which seemed to make him even angrier. Watching a "grown" man have a full emotional meltdown over a normal customer interaction was genuinely pathetic and sad. I genuinely mean this, Sean Clinton does not deserve to be around people, let alone manage a team. If you're the type of manager who turns red and shakes because a customer speaks to you calmly, you are not fit to be in customer service. To Sean, if you ever read this: take a deep breath. Maybe a vacation. Or therapy. Something. It is not our fault that you are only three apples tall.
