I couldn't recommend him more for your special dinner and evening. Among other reasons why: Communication: He was incredibly responsive and thorough from day one. He answered my questions and helped me prep everything from the food to the kitchen set up to make the night a success. Very professional and helpful. Kid-friendly vibe: Chef walked into a wild house with 6 fifth grade boys watching the Ram's championship game. He was so positive and there for it all! He adjusted his tip sessions during commercials and kept the boys super engaged even with so much going on. FOOD: He and Tiffany prepared creamy mashed potatoes, homemade herbed butter, multiple cuts of steak and fresh broccoli - all of it was INCREDIBLE. The flavors were some of the best we've enjoyed. Thank you, Chef Philly Phil and Tiffany!

We sprung a few last minute extra guests on her and she easily handled it. And we asked her for a few special accommodations for some gluten free items, no problem! She stayed and cooked the rest of the food onsite, served, and cleaned. The kitchen was immaculate when she left, and she took out the trash. She even packed away a few leftovers in our refrigerator for us. And on top of all of that Tracy and Melissa were both friendly, fun and a joy to interact with. I found Tracy to be reliable, on time, and professional. We love them and would use them again. More than 5 stars!

Chef Ronnie came to our house with his assistant Lisa (I think - sorry!) and they were both just awesome. Ronnie is super down-to-earth and totally friendly. My friends and I were super obnoxious and loud and asking ridiculous questions and he seemed to have fun right along with us. Also, and maybe this should have come first, but his food was also absolutely amazing. He worked with my husband for almost two months coming up with a menu that I would love...and I did. Wow. The first course of a salad was amazing and it just got better from there to the pesto pasta, the shrimp dish, the steak and then two desserts! We were absolutely stuffed. He also left the kitchen cleaner than before he got there! I would highly recommend him. Definitely 5 stars!

He worked with me on a menu and he delivered my vision. Even with extreme circumstances (another vendor broke our garage door 24 hours before the event) Chef Peter and his crew took it in stride. They were on time and hauled their heavy equipment in and got straight to work. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night. They are very professional. Every plate was perfect, they cleared the tables and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I also hired Jacob the Bartender (he works with Chef Peter) and WOW! Crafted cocktails and excellent service. Every person who was late to my party was sat and had a drink in their hand in less than a few minutes. Jacob was a pleasure to work with. Great bartender. I could not ask for a better duo for the night. Also big thanks to Tomas and Erick - their waitstaff. Amazing night they pulled off. I'm a perfectionist. Type A host. I'm very particular on how I throw my parties and Chef Peter surpassed my expectations & more. My entire firm will not shutup about how amazing the food and service was. The party was a hit and I believe it was because of the food & bar. I will 100% hire this team again for future events.
