If you advertise an "all-you-can-eat" taco bar for a set time, guests reasonably expect food to be available throughout that period, not just until you decide to stop serving. Additionally, the way you've framed your response--blaming the customer for leaving a review rather than taking constructive feedback--only reinforces the frustration. Instead of assuming we didn't read your policies, perhaps consider whether your policies were communicated effectively in advance and during the event.
