the food is quite amazing its great healthy and i like the portions

We purchased this on a Groupon and my husband and I both got food poisoning. I believe it is due to the fact that they do not keep their food in coolers during delivery. I emailed the company and asked them because our food always seemed warm. They responded : "All our meals are prepared early in the morning, and delivered fresh. So they are delivered temperature The meals are Fresh so you have nothing to worry about." I can't imagine how for example tuna fish could be made at 8 am and delivered from Miami to Broward by noon in the hot florida summer with a driver opening and closing his door for deliveries and the food still being safe to eat never being in a cooler.Temperature usually means 60-70 degrees inside. I liked the concept, the labeling with weight watchers points, the portions and the cute bags and maybe running to the toilet after every meal would assist in losing weight but no thank you, I haven't felt this way since Mexico!!!! read more

Be sure to confirm they deliver to your address before placing an order. After receiving an approval on my order via email, it was followed by an email stating that they do not deliver to my area. After copy and pasting a blurb directly from their website (FAQ Section) clearly stating they deliver to my area, I was told they made the delivery area change in JANUARY and are updating their website this week, in MARCH. read more

I love Fit2GO!!! The food is good, delivery has always been reliable, and Bianca and Lauren give GREAT customer service. Thank you Fit2Go!!!! read more

I tried Fit2Go with a Groupon and got hooked. Freshly cooked and prepared meals. No real calorie counting. Always healthy, filling and delicious. My only problem: remembering to order ahead for the days I want a meal!!! read more

Had my first Fit2go meal on Friday. WOW! The fish was moist and flavorful, the rice was cooked perfectly, and the cookie was delicious. Definitely didn't taste like the "diet food" I was expecting! The delivery came around 10:30 which was perfect since I could just stick it all in the fridge then heat it up when it was time to eat. I wish I would have seen the $50 for your first week of food deal before I ordered! I wanted to try out 3 days just to make sure but now I'm wishing I would have ordered the whole week. Maybe since I didn't get a whole week's worth of food they'll still give me the deal. Hope so! Really excited I found this place. read more

I originally found out about fit2go through groupon. I have been doing it for roughly 2 months and dont plan to stop. The meals come very morning. The food is tasty and fresh. The only hiccup is that occasionally they will send something I didnt request but otherwise its good. The customer service is fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to continue getting the deliveries. read more

I'm so happy and satisfied with the meals, connivence, support and portion sizes. They keep me on track with my WW points especially for someone with a hectic schedule. read more

Convenience is a major necessity in the fast pace workday we usually have so having the assurance that I'm getting my meal on time is a great relieve! Thx to Fit2go read more

I have used Fit2Go's meal plans several times and have always found them to be delicious, varied and more than enough to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. The service is really great and they deliver everywhere. We have also used Fit2Go for luncheon programs and attendees have raved. Give them a try!!! read more

A good option for anyone who has little time to cook and wants to eat freshly prepared food delivered daily.

I tried Fit2go meals for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely loved it!! Excellent variety (you basically get to pick and choose what you like), fresh food, perfect portion size, healthy choices, delivered to your doorstep!! I mean, does it get any better than that?? I don't understand how people can complain. Our society is so spoiled now a days that, in my humble opinion, the only thing they can add to the service is to send someone along to spoon feed people. The complaints that I read remind me of Luis CK talking about people complaining when their entertainment system doesn't work on a plane. Hello!! You are flying 35k miles up in the air, traveling 600 miles an hour, sitting in a chair!!!! You should be thrilled! With Fit2go, you don't have to think about what you are going to eat every day, or go grocery shopping, or cook, or pick it up!!! And forget about having to come up with a different recipe every day. That alone is priceless! As long as I can afford it, I'm buying Fit2go!! read more

Can't complain! Love the food and haven't had a problem. I've been ordering from fit2go for almost two months now. I usually receive the delivery between 9-9:15am Monday-Friday. The wraps are great and really like the vegetable lasagna! read more

Overall ok. The delivery is on time every day,and for the most part, the food is ok. I don't like that they really don't seem to pay attention to the likes and dislikes. I don't like peppers or cucumbers. I probably get them every week. Even if I go in the menu and pick something else. read more

I think it is a great option for healthy, tasty meals. Love the variety, delivery was dependable, great customer service. Even though they offer some good deals it is a little pricey for my personal situation. If that changes I would definitely use the service more often. read more

They keep getting better and better. More tasty low calorie desserts. Better variety. Good customer service. Any company delivering in Miami knows how hard it is to do, but Fit2Go manages it. I have been using this service for more than three years and it plays a big role in my weight loss. Portioned just right. Fish is tasty. Fresh salads and Fresh vegetables. read more

For those of you who are still searching for a healthy, gourmet delivery option, look no further! Fit2Go is the best option when you want a tasty, healthy lunch or dinner. The food is amazing and you don't have to worry about wondering if what your eating is good for you...it is!! Having the convenience of delivery is awesome. I love that I don't have to think about lunch or dinner sometimes during the week By the way, they also cater! read more

The food is good, but the rest -- not so much. The first problem is ordering on line. The system is difficult to use if you want to make ANY substitutions. It took me 30 minutes to order 2 weeks of food because it kept kicking back to the initial page and lost my order. After all of that, some of my substitutions did not go through and I had to throw some of the food out. No refund offered. After that, I e-mailed in my substitutions and they still got it wrong. I ended up canceling the rest of my order because it wasn't worth the effort. Buyer beware: other healthy food delivery services out there with better service. read more

Food is delicious and well portioned. They deliver to my home or work and always early. If looking for healthy, good food, this cant be beat! read more

Perfect food delivery service when you have a busy week. Good food, variety, easy to order. Delivery time could be improved a bit but great customer service in general. Looking forward to my next order. read more

I have used this company twice. Once with a Groupon for 5 days of lunches and another for 5 days of lunches and dinners. They deliver to MOST areas of Miami-Dade County by noon and the menu varies on a weekly and daily basis and a vegetarian substitute. You can also let them know of any allergies and they will accommodate to you. Out of the menu options they provided I pretty much stuck to wraps and salads and they were all good. read more

The food is excellent, very tasty and the portions are quite generous, especially the protein. They also have excellent service, they deliver every morning at the same time. A couple of days they switched out some of the menu items and they gave me vegetables that I don't like, so I called and they explained that it was because I had marked in my profile that I didn't like celery (for example), but then what they sent me was more vegetables that I didn't like. And the previous two days they had sent me celery soup, so that didn't make sense at all. The biggest negative I find is that it's a bit expensive for my budget, I wouldn't be able to afford it without a Groupon or Living Social promotion. That said, I do recommend Fit2Go, especially if you're looking for an easy start to healthier eating. read more

So, I have to say the best service and value is Fit2Go. For starters, they deliver daily-unlike competitors. There is no need to pay refundable deposits for ice packs, etc. Furthermore, F2G's meals taste great and leave you full--let me repeat--they leave you full. I have checked out and tried a few similar companies and I have to say that overall F2G is the best. My only constructive feedback is as follows: Some of the items are repetitive and most people probably don't eat them - so perhaps there should be a way to opt out of receiving certain items. Maybe there is. Bottom line: Fit2Go is the way to go! read more

Perfect portions! We've been ordering for a few weeks and have enjoyed the variety. Meals are delivered to my office by 10:00 am. Very pleased. read more

I love Fit2Go meals. It's so convenient. I can order when I need to and know the food is fresh, delicious and healthy. It's perfect on those days I don't have time to cook. The portions are perfectly sized for us and the delivery is very convenient. I will agree the grilled chicken is a little dry but don't have any other major complaints. I'm not a big fan of desserts so I just choose another side dish (like a soup or salad) instead. The turkey spinach salad and wrap are two of my favorites. I would like to see a little more variety especially with vegetables like green beans, glazed carrots or asparagus but you can't have everything. It works for me and I'll keep ordering on a regular basis. read more

The food is acceptable. The portions are good. I tried it cause i've found a coupon if not the prices are too expensive. Another problem is that in five orders i've received three times wrong food, not the one that i've ordered . If you call them they fix the problem sending you the missing food the day after but it's not the same no?? read more

Love the food - and of course the best part is the delivery!! I didn't have to think about shopping or cooking - wonderful!!

The food is fresh and always delivered on time. The food is very healthy and I love that the packaging tells you the number of calories, protein, carbs, as well as, weight watcher points if you are doing that diet plan. I travel for work, so I like the flexibility of being able to order specifically on the days I require the service. I order lunch and dinner on days I am in town, and on other days that I am out at clients, I order dinner. Love it!! read more

Great service, quick delivery, super fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Fit2Go.

Fit2Go is an awesome service. The food is delicious, healthy, economical and it's delivered on time every day! If you're a health conscience person and you find that it's hard to eat healthy, you've got to give these guys a try. read more

Good value with the Groupon. Would recommend anyone to try this meal delivery service. The food choices are good and tasty too! I like the ability to count my calories with the labels on each food container. The best part is the daily delivery of fresh meals. My co-workers and I had no problems with the deliveries. My colleague turned me on to their Groupon when she saw and ordered. The only complaint is that they don't deliver to my home area. Also, without the Groupon, it's quite costly. For this, I took away one star. read more

The food is decent, the problem is their delivery & customer service. The driver called me this morning, left a message saying she couldn't find the house to call her back. I call her back 10 minutes later, no answer. I call back again a few minutes later no answer. This goes on for an hour. I then decide to call their main line (the one listed on the website) no answer. I leave a message as the voice recording instructs me to. Never get a call back. My husband who also orders fit2go but to his office(he got his earlier that morning) emails them for me they tell him the driver is 13 minutes away. About 45 minutes passes by, nothing. I email them myself and Lauren tells me she didn't know my case because she could only see my husband's acct. So she told him HIS driver was 13 minutes away when he had already gotten his food hours ago? Makes sense! She basically gave him a bs story. She tells me my food was dropped off at "my" address. The address she gives doesn't even exist. Thankfully a little old man who lives close by brings me my food which they dropped off at his house. Also not the address Lauren gave me. In other words the driver got fed up looking for this non existent address that I know I did not give them and left my food in what she assumed was my house. Very unprofessional. Maybe if this business answered their phones this error wouldn't have happened. My sister also had a similar experience with them never answering their phones. I suspect all these positive reviews are bought. They are very unprofessional and I will not be renewing their service! read more

I have to update my review because the last two days were perfect. The food was fresh, innovative and tasted wonderful. They just can not provide me with the same perfect service when I request no dairy. read more

Unfortunately I'm not able to give a review of the actual food because on they wouldn't deliver to me. I placed my initial order online then decided to add to the order so I called in to give my credit card info. The service rep confirmed my address and took my payment info and advised I would receive 1st my delivery on Monday. Much to my dismay, no delivery on Monday. After speaking with Cesar it was very clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I live in Hollywood and the first thing you see on their web page is "now serving Hollywood, Aventura, Sunrise" etc. But according to Cesar they don't deliver to my area. They should have told me there was a problem when I paid. I didn't even get a phone call informing of a problem. If I hadn't called them I wouldn't have been notified at all. Don't waste your time or money with this company, there are numerous meal delivery plans in the S. FL area that value their customers and strive to accommodate in addition to providing satisfying meals read more

Do not use this company if you require strict food requirements. I requested paleo food with this company via phone and email and even edited my preferences on the website to ensure I would get Paleo due to dietary restrictions. My first delivery was NOT even close to paleo. When I called the rep insisted it was paleo. I told her potatoes, cheese and bread (which were all in my meal) was paleo. She finally spoke to the chef and gave me a "credit" for day. But that doesn't change the fact that I didn't have my lunch or dinner that day and had to spend money to go buy it. They also guaranteed delivery by 11:30 am (considering most people have lunch starting at noon). The first 3 days they were here at 9:30 am but the last day 11:30 comes with no delivery. I call and the rep tells me the "usual" driver is out sick so they have a replacement. Well this replacement took it into his own hands to change the delivery route and now, once again, no lunch for me. Not to mention every day I get the same mixed veggies with my meals - boring! If you need paleo, use another company like healthy express or primal paleo - better value for your money and more variety. read more

Tried this service for a week and was more than satisfied. Reading the reviews from the people who didn't like it is like reading a list of why living in Miami with a bunch of entitled, terrible people is such a hassle. The food is made for convenience and health so of course it's not going to be smothered in sauce and salt for flavor. I found their ways around the issue very creative, particularly with the salads and vegetable combinations. It was filling, between good and absolutely delicious (the lady who complained about the deserts either didn't have the guava cheesecake and the lemon bar or is a complete moron), and the customer service was outstanding. I'm staying with them a few times a week and I would encourage people to try it. The food may not please everyone's pallet but if you go in with a realistic expectation of what you're signing up for, you'll more than likely be pleasantly surprised. read more

good food, great price and couldn't be any more convenient unless they also fed me ;)
