Practical, reliable, healthy and delicious! This service has provided me ease of mind in what I will eat for lunch any given day and any concern about eating food which may not be as healthy. read more

We have used Fit2go for several years. Both at the office and at home. We find a service to be reliable and the food is pretty good. We will continue to use Fit2go. read more

I've tried several food delivery companies before and Fit2go is up there. They have a good variety of food and it's reasonably priced. They have been on time with deliveries with one exception, and they refunded my money for the incident. The only thing I would suggest is better quality mixed veggie sides. They can be soggy/not very tasty. read more

I've been using Fit2Go for a few years now, and I love it. I don't cook, but I wanted to find a better alternative to eating out everyday. I like that the food is portioned out, with caloric and nutritional value labeled on each item. So this option is good for anyone who is counting calories, doing Weight Watchers, or really watching their diet. The cost of each item is about the same price as you would by your own lunch out, but you know you are getting a healthy option. There are often Groupon or Living Social offers that include dinner with lunch. These are always great deals! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the portions may be too small for some people, and the food sometimes needs a little salt/pepper. (It's healthy food, you can't always expect to have big flavor). Overall, I use Fit2Go services everyday and recommend it to everyone I know. read more

I have been ordering fit2go for a while every chance i get when i see a special on groupon or livinsocial, i cant otherwise afford the price regularly although they are very reasonable. I have never been dissapointed, portions are perfect, food is tasty and original, i order all different things, no ingredient is off limits. I love the info about proteint content on lid, and delivery has been always consistent. I really like fit2go but i would take breaks in between if i ordered all the time. I really like it and will continue to order sporadically to take a break from cooking read more

A lot of the food was very good but the fish and vegetarian options were not varied and the vegetarian meals were terrible. Also veg sides were frozen vegetables and the brown rice was hard and dry. read more

Fit2Go is a good healthy alternative to "Brown Bagging it" The food quality is very good, the service is very good, offering good healthy meal options. I ordered lunch for almost a year (on and off). The portions can be small, especially the wraps. The variety is limited and repetitive, I basically was eating the same thing day all the time, so I just stopped ordering. read more

Fit2Go is a great option because 1) the food is healthy and tasty, 2) there is a vegetarian option and 3) you decide what days of the week you wish to receive. Whenever someone mentions they need to lose weight or start eating healthier I recommend Fit2Go. The driver was always on time too. read more

Love the convenience of having healthy and tasty food delivered to your door! Many food options to choose from at a great price!

Fit2go has a great customer service. The food is really great, fresh, good taste and good for me to keep in shape! The desserts are amazing, specially the chocolate truffles from Cao Chocolates. It is great to have fresh food direct to your door for a great price. read more

Fit 2Go was good 4 years ago, after that I gave it another try but the quality of the foods declined by a lot. Then they offer a birthday meal, but don't confirm your address. They delivered my complimentary meals twice at the wrong address and I have had meals delivered to me at my new location before... Then the lady calls me an tells me that they delivered to the wrong location and there was nothing they could do for me. I probably wasn't missing much anyway based on latest reviews.. oh well, I guess that solves my questions if I should give them a try again and go back to being a customer, and the Answer is NO. read more

I usually use another company for the delivery of my healthy lunch and dinner but because of a Groupon deal I decided to give them a try. First of all let me start by saying that the only reason Im giving it 3 stars is because the food is good and the people are really nice! However, there is a lot of disconnect and disorientation going on with the deliveries. I got a wrong side of food one day which i don't eat and they knew it because i had mentioned it so, i called them they apologized and said they would send me an extra side the next day for my inconvenience. Next day didn't get that promised extra side, called them apologized again said that they don't know why i didn't get it , and that they would be sure to send it the next day. Next day comes i still don't get that missing side, called them apologized again, and had the driver come back after i had already eaten my lunch to bring me that extra side and still after all the side that i get its not! What i had asked for! But as i said these guys are extremely nice which is always appreciated it! But they definitely need to get some operational upgrade ! Not only good for clients but also for business since all those extra free sides and meals that they send every time an order is messed up is extra operating costs for the business. ********AFTER ANALYSIS******** After my analysis i received a call from a lady I'm presuming somewhere in the management side of the business. She apologized for the unequivalence caused and offered to send me a complimentary meal on monday. This is a really nice gesture from their part. As I said these guys are really pleasant and commendable. read more

The food was pretty good, but I found that the Portions were a bit too small for my taste. Sometimes when reheating some of the products they dried out too quickly. But for the price you pay and if you're looking for a quick and easy, this is a good idea. read more

have ordered a Fit 2 Go on several ocassions. The customer service is top notch. It is very convenient to have your meals delivered. They cone in reusable, plastic ware which is nice. I don't particularly care for the food, the main entrees lack taste, specially the chicken. The soups are tasty and do have a good flavor. I would order it again because if the convenience. read more

exceptional food. super fast and reliable delivery. always take advantage when available on groupon, livingsocial etc. read more

My last few incidents with Fit2Go has left me with something to be desired. If you want healthy cheap food here it is. But be warned, with it, comes a website menu experience that is a headache, as it often doesn't save what you want, as well as them replacing your food with whatever they want if they ran out of something, desserts that are hit and miss 50% of the time, and a customer service on par with Walmart. If you shop at Walmart, you know how "amazing" their customer service is. # Sarcasm. read more

This is my 4th time using their services. Food is great. Is not greasy or salty. The portions are perfect. I love when I find deals on Groupon and Living Social. I highly recommended it. read more

I have used this a couple of times for busy weeks. The portions were measured, food tasted wonderful and delivery driver was pleasant. The only exception was that they were unable to accommodate my wheat allergy. I still received desserts and pastas that were made with wheat. read more

Used Audiobooks for the first time thanks for the recommendation Suzuyo! Listened to Lilac Girls and loved the audio version of it!

Food is 50/50. Sometimes good sometimes not. In my opinion compared to other food delivery services there are not enough options and same repetitive menu. Also I've had at least 1 issue with them per week. Late delivery or wrong food items. Better food services out there. read more

Meal size , calories are good. I order now and then when I have a deadline and cannot get out to eat convenient delivery.

I purchased Fit2Go with a Groupon coupon. I am completely satisfied with the service and I know I'll be using it in the future. At first glance, the containers looked smaller than the portions I usually eat, but they were perfect and satisfied my appetite. I love that it's an easy way to have portion control. Also the calorie count, grams of protein, fat grams, carbs and sodium are printed on the label. If you are on weight watchers, like me, you'll appreciate that the points are listed on the label too. The food was delivered between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Monday: Lentil Soup, Garlic Chicken, Red Rice, chocolate chip cookie, chicken ceasar salad Tuesday: House Salad, Turkey Burger, Italian Potatoes, Chocolate Truffles, caprese salad wrap. Wed: Italian Squash, meatballs, plantain, filled pears with ricotta, chicken Greek salad. Thurs: Broccoli Soup, Pumpkin Chicken, Cinnamon Cake, Turkey Spinach Salad, meatballs. Friday: Zucchini w/ mushrooms, grilled chicken, hummus w/ crackers, banana muffin, american turkey wrap. I absolutely loved the food, I wasn't sure what to expect because of some of the reviews, but everything was good. The only item I wasn't crazy about was the Italian Squash, but I gave that to my husband who liked it. This service gets many positives from me. The only con would be the regular price, but if you can manage it on a weekly basis, it's worth it. I'll be trying it again soon. read more

Today was the first time I used service with Fit2Go, and I'd have to say... I was expecting something else. The food looks great, as diet food- small portions, low-cal, good smelling.. but I'm not satisfied. I mean, I was at least expecting a fork.. maybe a napkin.. nothing. I'm not impressed, and I probably won't be using the service again for some time. The food looks good, and it serves its purpose.. but for $11, I'm just not satisfied. I wish I would've seen the "Free lunch" option earlier, so instead of paying $11, I would've been able to try it out free. Please note, I do recommend this to someone who is on-the-go and has a few dollars to spend weekly on lunch. The food is yummy, but the purpose is just not for me. read more

I've been using this service a couple of months now. I have to say it tastes pretty good. I am a very picky eater but there are always other options for me to choose from when I don't like what they are serving that day. I do, however, think their calorie counts are lying because it tastes really good considering the calorie count...or maybe they are really good with making healthy food taste good. Oh and their desserts are amazing. Super yummy chocolate chip cookie and their brownies are too die for! Portion sizes are what a normal person should be eating. I am not stuffed after eating my meal, but I always spread out the meal throughout the day....starting with my dessert lol. The delivery is pretty predictable and I have only a couple of mistakes with my order which is pretty good considering there are times that I make changes to everything. My only compliant would be that I wish it was a little cheaper, but even at regular price it is a good deal for you money...yummy healthy food which I don't have to prepare myself or lug to work on a daily basis. read more

Their food is good. However, their customer service is not and their attitude leaves a lot to be desired. To make it short, it had to do with their option of selection of items. They brought me a different order twice and when I called their attitude was dismissive and uncourteous. I repeat that the food is good However, a business in which its employees are not happy is not one that I will support, for obvious reasons. read more

Excellent variety of dinners, great presentation and delivered always on time. Highly recommended.

STAY AWAY, FOOD is real BAD!! Fit2Go promotes their food as "Freshly made, No preservatives or msg." and the last time i ordered all the meat and beef was pour from a CAN. There is no such of thing as grilled turkey breast, grilled chicken. The amount of sodium in the meals is ridiculous. read more

I love fit2go. They are so flexible, it makes life so much easier. You can customize your menu depending on the type of food you want. I ordered 1 week of meals with a Groupon, the day they were suppose to begin delivering I received an email stating they do not deliver to my address. I am very disappointed with their service. read more

I used Fit2Go in 2008-09 after some complications with diverticulitis led to surgery. Why oh why didn't I learn after that?! I was doing so good - became an avid gym bunny, ate properly on Fit2Go - but fell of that wagon pretty damn fast - anyway I digress. New medical information provided to me right before Christmas was pretty daunting to deal with, not the greatest of diagnosis, but hey - life goes on. I have to say when I was contemplating what kind of dietary changes for the positive I should make in my life, I first thought of re-ordering from Fit2Go. I did, and I couldn't be more pleased. I use them for both lunch and often snacks prior to or in place of a dinner since sometimes office work can run late. The meals, as compared to five years ago, are fresher, very satisfying, and can easily be tailored to meet ones dietary standards and I find them affordable. I also must note that the small plastic containers are great for home use to also balance out ones meals as to what are some proper serving sizes. My latest health issues have proved both challenging and demanding, but they have allowed me to utilize the creativity I always knew I had and now apply it to my diet. Yes I was the boy who could whip up a loaf of fresh bread and slather it in rich butters and gravies with the best of them - but now it's veggies and fruits and portion control and I have no better friend than Fit2Go! read more

The service and follow up is great but i wasn't thrilled with the food, it was bland and not very well presented. It reminded me of a hospital cafeteria type meal in a much smaller portion. Not sure I would spend $11 on this type of a lunch, kind of pricey for what you get.. read more

I tried lunch and dinner for 1 week with the Groupon deal @ $45. At this price I was satisfied but unfortunately at the regular cost of $85 I don't feel I would be. The portions are very small which is consistent with healthy eating and losing weight however for that much money I feel that could probably eat just as healthy and good though it's important to point out not with the convenience of office delivery which can be costly. (today it was delivered 1 hour and 10 minutes late). The different dishes were tasty, particularly the soups. I found the cream of zucchini to be delicious and so was the potato leek soup. The main dishes; fish, chicken, pasta were fine, though never great. The desserts were definitely tasty and low in calories but small. The nutritional information is included which I found helpful. I'd definitely recommend it to someone who is very busy and wants to lose some weight. With these portions of healthy food and daily exercise they will be able to shed a few pounds for sure. I wish I could afford it but at the price of $85/week for lunch and dinner it is just not for me. If there was a 1/2 star I would rate them 3-1/2 :) read more

Food came in on time and portions are good. Food doesn't have too much flavor but overall they are healthy and choices are good. I will order again for the convenience and when I know I can't out for lunch this is a great service. read more

PROS: Very convenient and one of the few who will allow you to order only the days you actually need, without paying for the whole week. CONS: Bipolar customer service The fake customization promise I signed to Fit2Go after a friend suggested me since I was looking for a food more neutral in taste and not highly seasoned like the usual services offer you in Miami. You may even say hospital-like, that's ok, I enjoy hospital food. Overall, the food is honest. A little bit pricey, but that's what you pay for convenience. If you don't ever complain, the customer service is great, they are always sending you follow up emails and even calling you to ask if everything is ok. The problem begins when things are not ok, apparently the customer service cannot deal with you if they make mistakes. I have a problem with garlic, and made a note to my profile. After receiving many dishes with chunks of garlic in them, I decided to give Fit2Go a call. They apologized and promised to take care of it. They did, and for one single day my food was garlic-free. But after 24hs, the garlic was back into my home. I called more than 7 times in different days, trying to reach a manager with no success. I sent emails with no reply. When I was lucky enough to get a manager over the phone, she insisted I was crazy and that there was no garlic on my vegetables - the little white things were supposed to be pieces of cauliflower. She was yelling at me (yes, yelling), asking if I wanted to talk to the cuisine chef. I asked her to pick up my food, smell it, and then tell me there was no garlic in there - she said she couldn't do it. After I hung up the phone I was so shocked with her attitude I started to think maybe I was indeed going crazy, that those things were not garlic and that my brain was playing tricks on me. I decided to give it to my husband to try it and, since he may be biased, I also asked my neighbor and her daughter to taste the food with white chunks. They were unanimous: there's absolutely not a chance for those to be anything but garlic. Bottom line: Don't expect them to actually read your profile and not add ingredients you are allergic to or just can't stand. If you don't have this problem, the food is quite nice without overpowering spices. And it is still a good option for people like me, who work some days from home and some days from the office, because you don't need to sign up for full week delivery. read more

the food is like the one I buy at Costco for example the meatball have Costco written all over.
