Laura had such a calming and relaxing voice. I loved how she asked the class what part of the body we would like to focus on. She came around each person and helped assist with poses which I really appreciated! I got the most out of the class with her feedback for me! This class had me so relaxed and zen I felt I melted into my mat. Thank you Laura, looking forward to more classes here!

I put on my learning cap and really tried to absorb everything and try out the different resources. Oh you've got a bean bag or an eye mask, sure I'll try those out. I had never taken a restorative type class. Here you use several props to support your body, while focusing on one part of your body, you relax the rest of your body.
