I worked with two different teams on two consecutive days. First day we had Dante, Mike, and Jason. These guys ran when they could have walked. They cared about our stuff and took good care of it. They moved us from a second floor apartment to a first floor unit across town in about 3.5 hours. They were awesome! They didn't feel that they could move my piano, though so it had to stay an extra day. The next day the owner, Derrick, showed up with three new guys. 20 minutes later my studio piano was loaded into their truck. I'm in my new living room looking at it now... no nicks or anything! As a company that drives around with their logo displayed on their truck, it's important to drive safely. Unfortunately that's not the case. Their drivers don't obey traffic rules. They almost ran into my car as I was turning into my neighborhood and didn't try to stop, even as they did not have the right of way. I hope they are more careful in the future. read more

The booking process was easy and the company was very responsive. The guys they sent worked quickly and efficiently and came under the estimated time. Everyone was very polite and happy to comply with any specific requests. There was some minor scuffing and scratching on some of our furniture but nothing major and seemed to me a normal part of moving. They also installed the washer hoses backwards (put the hot water in the cold water input). It's easy to flip but if you don't have the right tools or can't move the appliance, it could be a bit of a hassle. Overall, at $209/hour for 4 guys and a truck, I would call them again. read more

The owner said in his reply he only charged us less than $400 over his estimate. This is not true. It was actually $778.06 over (almost double what he said) the estimate and it included a $113 fee for using a credit card (which we were never told about before getting charged the $113). I have proof of receipts and the estimate for anyone that has any doubts. For having to move boxes ourselves that the movers misplaced, cleaning up trash the movers left behind, and having to call the movers back to pick up stuff they left behind (after they all left without telling us), it seems excessive to overcharge this much and then charge a hidddn credit card fee. No doubt they're great staff and provide exceptional service. I was recommended by a friend and their rate was way better than others. They were on time and worked fast. They charged by the hours and not by the number of items they have to move which was misunderstood over the phone. They finished in less than two hours and I didn't have much furniture to move as initially planned. They would certainly get 5 stars but I'm docking a star for the following reasons: 1. The first thing they ask when they arrived was to use the restroom. 2. One of the staff made me uncomfortable with his cryptic way of flirting with me. 3. The same staff didn't do much and spent more time walking around and on his phone. 4. When they took the TV off my wall, they also created a hole. 5. One scratch my wall and left a mark with the dolly. 6. Paid for the minimum even though it was completed in less time. Would I still recommend them? Yes. When relocating 4-1/2 miles away the truck left the old house and took 45 minutes to reach the new location. I have since found that I am missing two gold bracelets as well as a ring. I called to speak with the manager, did not get anywhere. I have searched for months and the items are still missing. Draw your own conclusions. I was very happy with their service. They were flexible, timely, and efficient. I found their pricing to be better than competitors and they had a quick response time when I contacted them. I originally was scheduled to move in the afternoon, but asked the same day if they could move up the time for me. They adjusted their schedule and immediately accommodated my last minute request. They came early, moved my stuff from my storage unit to my apartment, and set up my main furniture items for a 1300sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath apt in a little under 3hrs. Paying was easy, the owner was very nice, and the workers were really pleasant and helpful. When I move again I will be contacting them. Not sure what happened with the other reviewer's move, but when I lived in an apt with stairs it took forever to move and it's almost impossible to estimate. When you have stairs and parking is far from your unit you have to add an additional hour at least. read more

Thank you to the two young gentlemen who helped me move my furniture into my uhaul truck back in July 2020. This review is a little overdue but I appreciate the professionalism and the help they provided. They were respectful of our home, polite, and made sure to wear masks due to the pandemic. It didn't take a full 2 hours to move my furniture (1 hour to complete the job) but the price for a 2 hour move (~$80) was worth it and I do like that the owner is giving younger folks the opportunity to enter the work force and earn some cash. Anthony, Trey, Dallas and Lamont really did a great job emptying out 3 storage units plus a truckload from our daughter's house into our new home. They were very careful moving very heavy furniture up the brand new stairs! They kicked their butts for 12 hours to get us moved, we were ready to quit after 6 but they kept at it with great positive attitudes. BTW, the overall price was extremely competitive.
