I'm thankful I was referred to FIT Brea. Workouts are challenging yet fun. The coaches are truly invested in the field and each of us. Despite the variant athletic levels we all get what we need. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to improve their health and fitness and their overall life. I do personal training and I have to say it's been truly an incredible and amazing experience so far. They spend so much time focusing on your needs and wants when it comes to physique, body fat and weight loss and flexibility. Erik gave me a full on diet plan to follow which allows a lot of flexibility with food as long as I stay in the range of carbs proteins and fats that I need to eat each day. Plus These guys have fun!!!!! Bhavan Singh!! read more

This gym is so warm and welcoming! I just moved to town and had a list of gyms to try and the first one I tried was FIT... I didn't even need try another gym. The instructors are well educated and attentive. My form has improved. I've gotten so much stronger. I feel supported in my fitness journey. This place is hands down the best place to get a great workout in! Not only are the workouts great, the trainers there are so personable and comfortable to be around. They truly care about your personal fitness goals and pay close attention to your form so you're always protecting your body. FIT Brea is also an AMAZING community! I can't express this part enough as this is what differentiates them amongst other gyms. Andrew, the owner is not your typical meat head, annoying salesy gym dude but an amazing trainer who really cares for his community. Once you start taking classes here you'll see the reflection of Andrew's great character in the community he has built. I give this spot my highest recommendation! read more

Still going strong over 4 years later!! The community is amazing and the programming for the workouts is top notch. Always working to get us better and stronger. I'm a 47 year old woman and have never felt stronger. The coaches work on technique and are all very encouraging. I sprained my ankle with torn tendons and still went to classes every day. Coaches modified my workouts for me on the fly. I never get bored with the workouts and am constantly being challenged. I'm looking forward to another 4 years! read more

It has been about a year since my last review, so here is what is new at Full Intensity Training. 1. I and many others made tremendous gains on our lifts and hit new personal records in deadlift, back squat, and bench press. 2. Technique Thursday: each month the trainers focus on developing a specific movement. So far we have worked on rowing, power cleans, single arm kettle bell cleans, and kipping. It has been a great way to work on form and learn new lifts. 3. F.I.T Yoga! After a week of great workouts it feels so good to stretch, focusing on the muscles we targeted. Evelyn, our barbell yogi, does an amazing job rejuvenating us every Saturday morning. 4. First ever F.I.T. Row-a-thon: this gym is awesome in giving back to the community whether in fundraising for Suicide Prevention or supporting youth after school programs. It is great that this gym moves beyond itself to helping improve the community. If you haven't given F.I.T. a try yet, you are missing out on an amazing experience that will help you reach your fitness goals. It has been the key to my success for the past three years. Come give F.I.T a try...see you there. read more

I joined Fit Brea about 4 months after having my twins via c section. My husband started while I was pregnant and raved about it so I was very excited to start once I got my doctors approval. I immediately felt welcomed when I walked in. The classes are small enough to get that individual attention I needed yet big enough to where I can get that group comradery. 2 years later and I'm in better shape now then I was before having my twins. The trainers really pay attention to your fitness goals and gladly modify any workouts to your needs. They have became my fitfam and I can't imagine my days without them. Being a stay at home mom they have became my energy release at the end of the day to recharge and come back to my boys a less stressed mama. They offer a free week trial which is great for anyone curious. I'm so glad I did! read more

The trainers here are very caring and very conscious of you and the way you're doing the exercises. If you're doing something incorrectly they gently correct your motions so that you get the best benefit of your exercise program. The staff ends up becoming part of your extended family and anyone can step in for a trainer at any time if your trainer is out for some reason. I highly recommend this training/exercise establishment and would still be using them if we had not moved out of state. read more

This gym has the most positive and encouraging trainers that I've ever seen! It all starts with their leader, Andrew, who embodies what it's like to be diligent, positive, energetic, and encouraging. It's not a large gym like 24 Hour Fitness, where nobody knows (nor wants anything to do with) each other, nor are the employees apathetic and seem like they would rather be somewhere else. The trainers know all of their members, make everyone feel welcome, and works with each person at their individual level. Despite its modest size, this gym has enough equipment and variety to satisfy the requirements for a full body workout. I definitely recommend FIT Brea for anyone who is looking to improve their physical health! read more

This is NOT 24 HR fitness which I hate. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The classes are fun and challenging! A very friendly environment. Everyone there is willing to help you out. It's been over two year (OMG) since my original review and I haven't stopped coming since. The workouts never got too easy or boring but I definitely got stronger and faster. It shocks me to know how much I can actually do and I never would've known if it wasn't for the amazing group of trainers and motivators here. From deadlifts, back squats, bench press, or TRX work outs I'm still in AW with how much I have improved. Not only the workouts are challenging but the diverse community here is why I really keep coming back. Everyone is so much fun to be around. They push you and want to see you succeed and accomplish all your goals. My primary motivation was to come in work out, loose fat by sweating a bit and then go home. But now I find myself hanging out, chatting and definitely laughing. This is the kind of environment I want to be around, happy and positive. I recommend ANYONE to give it a try. No matter where you are in your journey to fitness, no matter your age, or gender. Trust me, you'll fit in! read more

I highly recommend FIT! I've been doing circuit training with Andrew for over a year now and I've definitely seen a transformation. The circuits combine a little bit of everything from weights and cardio to TRX. His motivation and enthusiasm pushes you to challenge yourself and want to push to your greatest potential. I've also started the cardio kickboxing with Carlos. It's intense, yet really fun. I'm in better shape than I've ever been! read more
