Nice place to have a seafood dinner. The environment is pleasant and the staff is polite. The meals were all prepared quickly and served promptly. Each meal was delicious. I would definitely come back here when in town again

In typical tourist fashion, we searched for fish and chips near me and came across FishWorks. Three of us ordered it with cod, and I ordered it with halibut. The food was pretty good. Go with the cod option. Service was a little slow.

Very good fish restaurant where to get a good quality Fish and Chips at a very fair price. I had the Halibut fish and chips that was quite a bit more expensive than the usual cod but it was totally worth as it was a huge piece of fish and of very quality.

Great service and good food! Each pair of us got the seafood tower. Our waitress was super patient with us as we waited for the stragglers to show up. She was also very attentive.

A Fancy restaurant. I was there in early May for dinner. Food and ambience were great. The female cook(?) at the entrance was welcoming and promptly alerted appropriate person to assist me. I was a solo tourist eating by myself and I was quite sweaty and wasn't dressed to match their ambience. I think the service became more up to par once I put myself together in the bathroom. Still, I wish they came to check in on me for a second glass of wine when it was finished. Perceived a slight judgment there but it's not unique to this restaurant. A hidden gem.

This is one of the best meals that I had here in London. Perhaps because it was fresh and simple! No extra sauce or frills, just basic and tasty. That's exactly what I needed. I had the sea bass, veggies and some chips. It was quite satisfying. I wish I found this spot earlier during my trip. I would have dined here more than once. If you're looking for something simple and healthy, come here!

For a great fish-centric meal, Fishworks is amazing. Right off busy Piccadilly Circle, Fishworks resides in a side street that's seems quiet and has a different vibe than one street over. The dishes we enjoyed (Grilled Seafood Platter, Smoked Salmon, Oven Roasted Halibut, Grilled Halibut) were simple and the fish truly shined.

Fishworks is a great little seafood restaurant tucked away on a side street behind Regent St. It is very cozy and candle lit in the evening with excellent food. We had roasted scallops to start followed by the grilled sea bass with rosemary, both of which were delicious. The food is relatively pricy - I think our bill came out to £90 which included a carafe of Sancerre. It is also quite popular and when we arrived at 6:45pm, they were turning people away so do make a reservation in advance.

Met up with friends here for a little wine & dinner. Great atmosphere and ambiance. Place was full of energy and service was excellent. Good wine list, a nice seafood selection, my food was delicious and plenty of wine and conversation. Awesome place for dinner date or group. I really enjoyed this place and all it had to offer. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for a great dining experience!

It is a farmer's type market with some prepared foods, which were top notch. We walked the entire thing and grabbed as much as we could to eat. There are plenty of food places just outside the space that are open later as well. I got some meat sticks from a vendor, sort of farmers market style. There was also another stand that had fruit in a cup with chocolate. Our best deal were some arepas that were half off because it was closing time and they wanted to get rid of them. This isn't the place to take pictures, but rather to immerse yourself in all the goodness that is here.

My wife and I chose this place for our last dinner in London before heading back home to DFW. I had…read moreread about this restaurant in some top 10 lists for foodies visiting London and was dying to check it out. First, it's not in the busy part of London where you would expect a restaurant of this caliber to be but rather it is in a very blue-collar neighborhood on the south side of London. It is a VERY cozy place with only seven tables but that is how they keep the quality and experience so great. The decor is as if you are on an old fishing ship. Reservations are highly recommended but we got there right when they opened (7pm) and thankfully they let us have a table. After being seated the hostess showed us the days specials and they ranged from fantastic scallops to lobster with every choice as good as the last. My wife and I chose the Chef's Choice 8 course dinner. The dinner comprised of a delicious sardine sandwich followed by a fillet of night perch which was then followed by lobster that melted in your mouth. Then we had a pallet cleanser of a light peach sorbet with a shot of vodka poured over it. The meal resumed with a grilled piece of pork belly (I got the "meat" choice) while my wife had a grilled hallibut (she got the "fish" choice). The next course was a warmed cheese (I believe it was gruyere) in pastry accompanied by a small mixed green salad with aged balsamic. The dessert courses were a delicious crepe with creme bruille filling and the end course was a pear puree along with a chocolate pudding with a hint of mint. We loved this place even though the name sort of threw us off at first. When you hear "The Lobster Pot" I imagine a bunch of seniors getting off a day-tour bus to a casino at a truck stop or something but this experience was far from what I first imagined. I would highly recommend spending some of your tourist dollars here at this restaurant.

A delightfully decorative place complete with seagulls singing sea shanty classics on loop. Terrified but glorious goldfish adorning the cabin window walls, really every maritime detail had been thought of, even staff in cabin costumes, it was as cheesy as the lobster Thermidor. So fun. I loved being bibbed up too, I like knowing things are gonna get messy. The Meli, a melee of seafood; half lobster, sea bass, spicy grilled perch, razor clam (touch over done), squid kebab (could've been flavoured more) but all in a sea of buttery champagne and avruga sauce. No tide could hold me back from wanting to lick my plate or use this as a moisturiser, oh my golly so delicious. It came served with enough perfectly cooked veg that my mother would approve of too. Soft butter, less surprise from the proprietor at our arrival and this place would have had a perfect score. Overall our waitress was lovely and the food was really darn good.
