In the store it felt okay so I proceeded with the non-refundable purchase. After skiing a few days in Utah, I visited a boot fitter there who made the discovery that these are one complete size off! I don't know how any boot fitter worth his salt could allow this to happen. The entire reason to get ski boots in the first place is to get a custom fit so one can improve their skiing. My daughter called ahead and was assured by a woman that the tech suit she wanted in the size she thought was right was available in the store and she could be measured to confirm sizing before trying. Then a man came out and said he wouldn't measure her because the sizing is on the box and he doesn't allow tech suits to be tried on without a guarantee that it will be purchased that day. She's asking for the suit for Christmas and wanted to confirm sizing. I was actually planning to buy the suit today to surprise her but she and the man did not know this and the man refused to help her. He did let her try on a tech suit in a different brand but that didn't help us with what we wanted and he wouldn't measure her or let her try on the size she wanted because he said she was wrong about her size. If I wasn't there I wouldn't believe this happened. I would not purchase from this store if I could help it.
