Our meal was amazing from start to finish. We had soups and mussels to start the lentil soup was well seasoned and very tasty. The lobster bisque has tender pieces of lobster and a silky broth. We all had fish and were not disappointed. Fresh fish, tender and melt in your mouth good. We finished with an apple tarts that was divine. We went on a Wednesday and it was not crowded which leant to a tranquil dinning experience. You can eat inside or outside on the charming terrace. Visit soon.

There was a huge menu and Of course the prices went up . I'm happy to say The service was as excellant as I remember and the Ambience and decor was bright and classy. However I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed tonight with our grilled food lamb chops, fish and sardines tonight which was overcooked and the cold shrimp which was tasteless, our Greek salad had no perceivable seasoning including oregano and the feta was hard and not great and both olives in the salad were pitted . When food is overcooked on a grill it's shrunk and dried out and when shrimp is frozen is loses flavor. So I'm Sad to say it was not worth the price we paid so we will not be back because with Greek food it is about simple flavorful of fresh food.

We had reservations and were seated immediately. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous. They have a tree in the middle that gives it an outdoor open feel. And an incredible wine display in the back. Our waitress, from Portugal, did a great job of explaining the menu to us and guiding us on what to order. We started off with the Bolinhos de Bacalhau which are cod fritters and OMG they were sooo good! These tasted identical to the ones we've eaten in Lisbon. It comes with the classic pairing of black eyed peas which are awesome when eaten together. We also tried the Chouriço Assado which the presentation when its brought to the table is a treat itself. It comes out on a flaming pig and then its sliced tableside. Our waitress recommended trying the chorizo with the piri piri sauce which is slightly spicy and it was delicious. It added another layer of flavor. For entree we got the Paelha Marinheira which was absolutely amazing. First off, its a huge portion and comes piping hot. Each bite was full of seafood. We added the lobster which was perfection. It's great to share between 2 people. For dessert we ended with the pasteis de nata and its great because it brings 2 pastries and we paired it with ice cream. It makes for the perfect sweet treat without being too much. The pasteis de nata is served slightly warm and is perfect with the cool ice cream. Overall great restaurant for some Portuguese cuisine.

I had the seafood stew, which was hearty and full of mussels, fish, clams, white beans, and other seafood. Side rice was just ok. My mom enjoyed her salmon and vegetables, which included eggplant. For dessert, I had to get the famous dessert of Portugal, pastel de nata, which is a mini egg custard tart. It tasted wonderful, but was different from the traditional pastel de nata because it had cinnamon and powdered sugar on top, and personally I like the traditional plain version better. My port (sweet wine) was a delicious accompaniment. Service was very attentive. Interior is small and cozy. Plenty of parking.

3 Stars - Beautiful Morning Breakfast at Sole Hotel We sat…read moreoutside on the balcony, which was lovely -- such a beautiful, hot Miami morning . Our hostess was very sweet, though once our food arrived, we didn't receive much additional service. What We Ordered: Avocado Toast: Gorgeous presentation, but there was a bit too much onion for my taste -- that was all I could really taste. Eggs Your Way with a Side Pancake: The scrambled eggs were fluffy and delicious! The potatoes were okay -- a little over-seasoned and I wish they had been served hotter. The bacon was perfectly cooked, and the two slices of toast came with a beautiful assortment of butter and jams. Pancake: Light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness -- I loved the subtle hint of cinnamon. Didn't even need much syrup! Drinks: We had regular coffee and an iced caramel latte. The coffee was average (my abuela enjoyed hers), but the iced coffee wasn't my favorite. Overall, this was a beautiful spot for breakfast with great atmosphere and some stand-out items -- especially the eggs and pancake.

Honestly his Hospitality elevated or experience so much, he was so sweet and warm and welcoming. We ordered the cheese board to start. I ordered the herbs chicken as my maib dish and my husband ordered the fish, and we couldn't say no to key lime pie for our last dessert in Miami! Everything tasted amazing! Unlike most of our outings, my husband and I were actually pretty full from lunch, but we still ate every single thing at this meal. Having something that tastes amazing even after a full really speaks to how great the quality of the food is. Overall I highly recommend this place, between the views, service, and food, you can't go wrong. I will definitely be coming back for my next visit to miami.

My husband doesn't drink and he even loved it. Then we ordered the burger and the avocado, shrimp and lobster salad. The burger was very juicy and their fries were cooked perfectly. So first getting to this restaurant - you have to go around the side of the building entering through the beach access. As you come around the corner, you'll see some orange umbrellas where the restaurant is located. The seating area view is nice. The service was slow. It took about five minutes before someone came and got our drink orders. The food was pretty bland. We weren't happy that we had ordered the grilled sardines as an appetizer, and it came out at the same time as the main meals. We had ordered sweet potato fries instead of the vegetables with my husband's fish, but they never made the sweet potato fries. I had the crab and shrimp salad. Not a lot of flavor they depend on this mustard sauce that they give you with it, but I wasn't a fan. The crab and the shrimp refresh but again not much flavor. My daughter ordered the pasta with chicken. It was terrible no flavor at all. My husband's fish was OK. He did not like that. It came with the sauce on top. On top of it it wasn't the best meal and it was quite pricey. For four people is about $250 and we left not very satisfied. The location is nice that's why I gave it the second star, but other than that there was not really anything that would bring me back.

The buffet has a wide selection of dishes, from sushi and hibachi to hot entrees and seafood, so there's definitely something for everyone. The sushi bar was one of the highlights for me--fresh, constantly restocked, and with a decent variety of rolls to choose from. I also appreciated the made-to-order hibachi station, where you can customize your plate and have it cooked right in front of you. It adds a nice touch compared to your typical buffet. The atmosphere is pretty standard for a buffet--busy and a bit loud at times--but the staff does a good job keeping things moving and clearing tables quickly. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus.

We're not good at buffets and hardly ever go. (Most of us were, in fact, pathetically done in after…read moreone plate.) But local friends strongly encouraged us to go to Mizumi, especially since it was within walking distance of where we stayed. I have to admit I was extremely skeptical of and resistant to dining at Mizumi. AYCE anything is is usually a losing proposition for me, especially if it involves sushi. But some members of our contingent were so happy about this meal that I think it just may have been worth our while -- despite our laughable lack of endurance for buffets! The sushi was... not bad. Surprisingly not bad. The fish was not expertly cut by real sushi restaurant standards, but some of the cuts were of surprisingly high quality, including fish served as sashimi where there's nowhere to hide if it isn't of high quality. I enjoyed the akami and escolar (I think also known as "white tuna") cuts. Escolar has been banned in Japan for its high levels of indigestible wax esters, so you'd never see it there. I've seen it on a lot of mid- to lower tier sushi places in the Miami area, and it does taste pleasant. But enjoy with caution since those indigestible wax esters can cause an upset stomach if you eat more than your body can tolerate. Even knowing the risk, this escolar was so buttery and flavorful, I was tempted to take more than the two pieces I tried -- about as much as I know I can consume without side effects. Mackerel sashimi, on the other hand, was extremely fishy and not to my taste. Nigiri came with too much rice as is probably the norm for AYCE sushi, but the fish I tried was all of decent quality. Maki were also sometimes excellent, especially vegetarian preparations. cucumber-wrapped preparations and rice-paper / summer roll preparations. Excellent: - snow crab legs - Sichuan crawfish - creme brulee dessert (not overly sweet) - the sheer choice of offerings! - oysters (a huge, unidentified varietal, fresh and enjoyable, but very poorly shucked with lots of shell bits and no liquor) - butter clams - Italian style cooked salmon - Vietnamese summer roll-style, rice paper crepe wrapped maki Good: - akami and escolar sashimi - cucumber wrapped maki ("Naruto roll") - sauteed green beans Fair: - ribs - gyoza / dumplings - most maki - asparagus preparation (hyposaline, but good with a spritz of lemon and a small additional sprinkle of salt) - the Pardner's cocktail (very sweet, but otherwise well mixed and well priced by NYC and I suspect Sunny Isle / North Miami Beach standards) If it were up to just me, I'd rather go for really excellent sushi, ceviche or other seafood at a restaurant specializing in these. But given how much my convives enjoyed the vast choice on offer at this buffet and the sometimes high quality of the food, I didn't, in the end, feel sad about eating here.... to my great surprise!
