I used these guys once, they were great. Set up a date for 6 months later. They showed up on time, and were out of here in 20 minutes flat! Streaks enough for 3 houses!! Called the co. and requested a return trip. Answer was no. Too busy. Asking to speak with a manager got me nowhere. Asking for a return trip tomorrow, that was ok. When they return, I'm told it's my inside windows and they are not going redo the job and left. Never again!!! read more

Problems with Quaility of work performed on window cleaning. Afer calling the office I was told a manager would call me back that afternoon(tues). Called daily on the second day the message on Fish's answering machine was out of town until monday. They couldn't even call. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS !!!! read more

I called to request a quote for my home and one of my multi family properties. No return call.

I had a wretched experience with Fish. They gave me an estimate, showed up to do the work in July but didn't bring the right equipment they said so they had to come back the next day. Looking at the windows afterwards they still had green mossy/dirt stuck to them, in addition the sealant around the windows had slices in it. I called numerous times a "manager" came out to take a look. I guess I assumed I'd hear back or the bill would be adjusted, or they would actually clean them. Nothing.... so I called more and was always told someone would get back to me, finally in the fall I received a call back. I was told they did the best they could. This isn't an elementary art project, I'm frankly not interested in their best efforts. I wanted clean windows. In the meantime they kept sending the original bill. I resumed calling and was told the owner would get back to me. It never happened, finally a secretary called multiple times one morning. When I called back that they I was told they had been trying to reach me and that if I didn't pay their determined amount they would submit it to collections. This is one of the top five most disappointing service experiences I've had. read more

They are absolutely TERRIBLE. They come give you a low quote and then just slowly stop showing up. Their employees are just as terrible as their service. I would never recommend them. read more
