After buying numerous raw fish poke bowls with raw tuna, which were always fresh, a few days ago they ran out of raw tuna, so I took raw salmon, rather than wait for them to cut more tuna. The salmon was so not fresh that I threw it all out. Luckily, I had so much edamame and other toppings that I had a good lunch without the fish. Went here tonight at my son's request. I'm giving the food 3 stars and the staff 4 stars. Why 3 stars? I guess my prior poké bowl experiences to include poké in Hawaii sets the bar a little higher than most. I was disappointed that they didn't use Japanese rice (fatter grain like sushi rice). They were fairly generous with portions but they are definitely heavy on the salt, from the salt in the proteins and salt in their sauces. Not that there is anything wrong with that but there are other seasonings that add more flavor than just salt. As for the boba. 1) whenever I get boba, unless it's specifically mentioned it's always milk tea (liquid form) and not a slushy. I was disappointed to get a slushy with boba (which came out much later than our food) the boba was also flavorless. I wish they did honey boba or cooked their boba with sugar or honey (as how it usually is in authentic boba cafe) my son got strawberry and I got avocado. I could barely taste any flavor in it. Service was decent. The girl who helped us was super friendly. Outside of our bobas taking forever to make (she wasn't making it) service wasn't bad. read more

Had an amazing meal here for lunch for our family of 4. I had the make your own poke bowl and my husband had the seared tuna. We both loved how fresh it all was. So flavorful with the variety of veggies and sauces available too. The seared tuna was down right fantastic, but he would get a side of rice next time. The kids bowl is a great deal. Review highlights: Someone on the phone with Me confirmed that I got excited after I was told that the birthday cake would come in a bigger size and they tried to gaslight me and say they did not say that. Some hard as a rock Switching out the tapioca what is showing at $.79 on their giant screen, when they tried to charge me $.99 the manager will not honor it. Let me start this off by saying I have not left a bad review the anywhere in years. I had problems both with deceptive advertisement perceived on my end and the quality of the balls in the reeses boba. I was up sold and feel wronged by this business. from my perspective and the person I was on the phone with perspective who also heard me say OK so the birthday cake is the bigger size. They come out with a small size and at six dollars for your standard golf course size see-through plastic cup is a rip off. They both made up some story because I thought maybe I miss heard them until I talk to the person I was on the phone with while I was ordering. Even if there was somehow a miscommunication, they obviously knew I changed my mind about ordering based on how excited I was and I said OK that's a much better deal and then I ordered what are supposedly the small sizes. There's no way that they did not know I had the wrong impression from my view. I politely asked to see the manager and he came out and he said that they cannot do any refunds because they will lose money. He did not care that I believed that I was misled by his staff. I told him he's going to lose a lot more money because now I am not coming back. I I got really excited when I saw that you can build your own bowls and everything but I just feel like I was treated as expendable by the manager and then gaslighted by his employees and the taller one gave me a slight attitude when I was talking extremely respectfully. Had great takeout from here delivered to my hotel last night. I made a one protein poke bowl with wild tuna and it was incredibly fresh and delicious. I was able to select a ton of veggies, fruits, and toppings, and they followed my request for the sauce in the side. Everything was fresh and tasty and felt like they had just made it for me even though it came delivered. I also started with some miso soup which was equally delicious and fresh. Everything was packaged well so it didn't spill and they provided me with utensils (chopsticks and a fork) and napkins which was super helpful being in a hotel. Don't worry, the pleasant staff will walk you through all of it with a smile. We went for two poke bowls, big kahuna style for more protein, and proceeded to add the literal world to our bowls like mango, masago (fish eggs), crunchy garlic, you name it! It was a little tricky to eat the packed bowl given that it's served in a cone-shaped dish, so I'd recommend getting it in the flat-bottomed to-go box instead. I also tried the Hawaii Five-O boba tea, which was delicious but I felt a little small for the price when compared to other local boba tea joints. Yesterday I came here with my sweet grandbaby. It was the first and last time I ever visit this establishmemt. I ordered a bowl and it looked delicious until I started eating it. The carrot was not shredded fully, I could have chocked, or even my grand baby could of. Secondly the cream cheese was harder than a piece of wood. There was also a little big that decided to step all over my cream cheese. And to put the cherry on top, my sweet grandbabys fork broke as soon as she took a bite. During a time of a pandemic I ordered online after a day of boating and not wanting to cook. Have ordered many times online in the past and never had a problem, it's very convenient and you can pay online and just grab it at the counter. We got home and both bowls we ordered were mixed up, it wouldn't be a problem usually but I'm gluten free and my daughter isn't and both bowls had gluten so I would've been left not being able to eat either. I called and explained and they offered to remake the bowls and deliver them to us. Within 20 min our food was at the door with the extra bonus of some delicious dole whips. That type of customer service and going the extra mile during a time when everyone is stressed out and on edge is so amazing and appreciated. I can't go here any more. I try to order iced Thai tea with boba. For whatever reason, this place serves Thai tea as a frozen/slushy drink. I know that they serve it this way by default (even though it does not state it on their menu) and I specifically tell them I want it as iced tea and not frozen. I ask them if they can do it. Everytime, "no problem, I got you" and every time they bring me a slushy. Once the girl bringing it to me told me to "just try it". Like I wouldn't have told you i specifically don't want that if I hadn't tried it before. And then 2 days ago I was given a slushy with ice? I don't get it at all. They get it right on the second try so they obviously are capable but I'm just done trying with them.
