Food was good and service was decent. They forgot our Boba Tea and if you order food from the kitchen, be prepared to wait awhile for it to come out. They were nice and accommodating and apologized for the long wait and forgetting the drink. That said, my daughters' create your own bowl was very good and the ingredients were very fresh! read more

Me and my friends are here for work all the way from California. Literally such good and fresh fish, huge portions, and most importantly impeccable service. Some of the kids in my group mentioned wanting to try the crab but didn't get it, and the owner brought over a huge bowl of crab for everyone to try. He was so friendly and we had a great experience would definitely recommend to anyone in area read more

This place is amazing!! Fish bowl is locally owned and operated. The service is great here, and they offer unlimited topping of choice. The bowl with 2 proteins is easily 3 meals for me. Highly recommend and will come back here again when I come back to visit. Super high quality ingredients and I ALWAYS feel like a million bucks walking out of here. read more

Food is so fresh, portions are great! Love this place, people are always nice here, very clean.

Raising to 4 stars I went back and made my own tuna poke bowl And it actually wasn't bad So now I just stick to that only The prices are a little high and it's not the best poke I've had or the most flavorful but for some fast food it's pretty decent Do not get the cakes out of the case. Not good and stale. Yum yum sauce isn't up to par with what you will get at a Kobe or other Japanese restaurant but it's ok. read more

I recently learned I have an extreme gluten sensitivity, UGH! So finding good food, especially quick food, is nearly impossible. I was thrilled to learn that Fish Bowl was a fabulous option, and even offers GLUTEN FREE sauces! It is the first fresh "fast food" Ive enjoyed in a long time. The portions are large, everything is fresh, and the prices are fair. read more

First time visiting a customer in this area and was looking for something fresh and healthy. Fish bowl was just that. I have to say it was even more than fresh and healthy, it was probably the best poke I've ever had. Once you walk in they have a pick as you go type of style but just looking at the menu, the stuffed avocado poke had me sold. It had absolutely everything I could want in a poke bowl and more. The poke bowl was a little more than what I pay where I'm from but this bowl was also MASSIVE. Worth every single penny. Now my biggest issue is trying to not go there for lunch and dinner everyday. If you're in the area, or even if you're not, you need to check it out. read more

Their boba is always disappointing. Overcooked tapioca, so soft you can just bite down through it without chewing. Flavors are hit or miss. Food is good with big portions but too expensive if your looking to get one meal out of it. read more

After buying numerous raw fish poke bowls with raw tuna, which were always fresh, a few days ago they ran out of raw tuna, so I took raw salmon, rather than wait for them to cut more tuna. The salmon was so not fresh that I threw it all out. Luckily, I had so much edamame and other toppings that I had a good lunch without the fish. Makes me consider skipping the fish from now on and eating vegan. Everything happens for a reason. This probably happened so that I eat more vegan. read more

Went here tonight at my son's request. I'm giving the food 3 stars and the staff 4 stars. Why 3 stars? I guess my prior poké bowl experiences to include poké in Hawaii sets the bar a little higher than most. I was disappointed that they didn't use Japanese rice (fatter grain like sushi rice). They were fairly generous with portions but they are definitely heavy on the salt, from the salt in the proteins and salt in their sauces. Not that there is anything wrong with that but there are other seasonings that add more flavor than just salt. As for the boba. 1) whenever I get boba, unless it's specifically mentioned it's always milk tea (liquid form) and not a slushy. I was disappointed to get a slushy with boba (which came out much later than our food) the boba was also flavorless. I wish they did honey boba or cooked their boba with sugar or honey (as how it usually is in authentic boba cafe) my son got strawberry and I got avocado. I could barely taste any flavor in it. Service was decent. The girl who helped us was super friendly. Outside of our bobas taking forever to make (she wasn't making it) service wasn't bad. read more

Had an amazing meal here for lunch for our family of 4. I had the make your own poke bowl and my husband had the seared tuna. We both loved how fresh it all was. So flavorful with the variety of veggies and sauces available too. The seared tuna was down right fantastic, but he would get a side of rice next time. The kids bowl is a great deal. My 2 kids loved making their bowls as they selected the toppings. They enjoyed the rice bowls, a cup of fruit, and a juice box for $8. read more

This is the holy grail of poke bowls but also acai bowls and lots of other things. Upon entry you'll notice plenty of outdoor seating, themed decor and menu screens for DAYS. Don't worry, the pleasant staff will walk you through all of it with a smile. We went for two poke bowls, big kahuna style for more protein, and proceeded to add the literal world to our bowls like mango, masago (fish eggs), crunchy garlic, you name it! It was a little tricky to eat the packed bowl given that it's served in a cone-shaped dish, so I'd recommend getting it in the flat-bottomed to-go box instead. I also tried the Hawaii Five-O boba tea, which was delicious but I felt a little small for the price when compared to other local boba tea joints. The menu is chock-full of desserts like dole whip and warm specials like curry. They really do have everything. We will absolutely be back again and again. read more

Review highlights: Someone on the phone with Me confirmed that I got excited after I was told that the birthday cake would come in a bigger size and they tried to gaslight me and say they did not say that. Even if they didn't, they knew I was skeptical about ordering it until I saw that bigger size & got excited & said that's a lot better. Over 70% of the tapioca balls were hard. Some hard as a rock Switching out the tapioca what is showing at $.79 on their giant screen, when they tried to charge me $.99 the manager will not honor it. Also claim they have mochi on the window but no longer actually carry it The manager would not give me a refund after I was misled, resulting in a first time customer never returning to a place close to my home. Let me start this off by saying I have not left a bad review the anywhere in years. I had problems both with deceptive advertisement perceived on my end and the quality of the balls in the reeses boba. I was up sold and feel wronged by this business. from my perspective and the person I was on the phone with perspective who also heard me say OK so the birthday cake is the bigger size. They come out with a small size and at six dollars for your standard golf course size see-through plastic cup is a rip off. They both made up some story because I thought maybe I miss heard them until I talk to the person I was on the phone with while I was ordering. Even if there was somehow a miscommunication, they obviously knew I changed my mind about ordering based on how excited I was and I said OK that's a much better deal and then I ordered what are supposedly the small sizes. There's no way that they did not know I had the wrong impression from my view. I politely asked to see the manager and he came out and he said that they cannot do any refunds because they will lose money. He did not care that I believed that I was misled by his staff. I told him he's going to lose a lot more money because now I am not coming back. I I got really excited when I saw that you can build your own bowls and everything but I just feel like I was treated as expendable by the manager and then gaslighted by his employees and the taller one gave me a slight attitude when I was talking extremely respectfully. Also, 70% the tapioca balls in both drinks are really hard in Reeses to where it would be hard to slice a knife through them, leading me to believe something is wrong with them. read more

Had great takeout from here delivered to my hotel last night. I made a one protein poke bowl with wild tuna and it was incredibly fresh and delicious. I was able to select a ton of veggies, fruits, and toppings, and they followed my request for the sauce in the side. Everything was fresh and tasty and felt like they had just made it for me even though it came delivered. I also started with some miso soup which was equally delicious and fresh. Everything was packaged well so it didn't spill and they provided me with utensils (chopsticks and a fork) and napkins which was super helpful being in a hotel. I also got a matcha boba tea for this morning. I put it in the fridge last night and it's still really good this morning. I would highly recommend! read more

Wanted to like this one. Did not enjoy the she crab soup or the miso. The one sushi roll on the menu was fried with a nice crab salad. That one was good. Crab Rangoon was air fried. Great for cutting back on fried foods. But not as good as fried , taste and texture wise. Service was very good. Ambiance is good. Need to try some other things and see. read more

Once again another amazing experience at Fish Bowl. Owner decided to whip up some Coconut chicken soup to soothe the soul on this blustery day. Delicious and exactly what we needed. He even came and checked on us to make sure the soup met our expectations. Always phenomenal service, delicious poke bowls, and great atmosphere. The Avocado Bowl never disappoints and the Keto Bowl is perfect for a little lighter version. You can always customize as well. I ordered a hot chicken poke bowl thinking the chicken was fresh but its just microwaved chicken. The potstickers were yummy and the sauce was flavorful. I ordered a acai bowl but the "nutella" was more like chocolate sauce. Not sure if it was a mistake but overall it's just not for me. read more

First visit- Ordered lunch online through their website. Meals were ready when we arrived. Prepared exactly how we wanted it. We both throughly enjoyed our meals. The portions are huge. Wife made hers last for 3 meals. Me, I stuffed my gut and couldn't eat dinner that night. Second visit- ordered through Yelp. I think Yelp ordering does not communicate with businesses correctly. A few items were left off. This has happened when we used Yelp to order at another business. So don't use the Yelp app to make an order. But again, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. This time I split it up for 2 meals. read more

When I walked in the first thing I noticed is how clean the restaurant is. As I was heading to the counter to order, I was greeted cheerfully. Yesterday I came here with my sweet grandbaby. It was the first and last time I ever visit this establishmemt. I ordered a bowl and it looked delicious until I started eating it. The carrot was not shredded fully, I could have chocked, or even my grand baby could of. Secondly the cream cheese was harder than a piece of wood. There was also a little big that decided to step all over my cream cheese. And to put the cherry on top, my sweet grandbabys fork broke as soon as she took a bite. Not only do they have bad silverware but they also dont care about their customers. I hope nobody else has to go through what me and my grand baby went through yesterday. read more

During a time of a pandemic I ordered online after a day of boating and not wanting to cook. Have ordered many times online in the past and never had a problem, it's very convenient and you can pay online and just grab it at the counter. We got home and both bowls we ordered were mixed up, it wouldn't be a problem usually but I'm gluten free and my daughter isn't and both bowls had gluten so I would've been left not being able to eat either. I called and explained and they offered to remake the bowls and deliver them to us. Within 20 min our food was at the door with the extra bonus of some delicious dole whips. That type of customer service and going the extra mile during a time when everyone is stressed out and on edge is so amazing and appreciated. Over all, great food, awesome portions and top notch service. Well deserved 5 stars. read more

I can't go here any more. I try to order iced Thai tea with boba. For whatever reason, this place serves Thai tea as a frozen/slushy drink. I know that they serve it this way by default (even though it does not state it on their menu) and I specifically tell them I want it as iced tea and not frozen. I ask them if they can do it. Everytime, "no problem, I got you" and every time they bring me a slushy. Once the girl bringing it to me told me to "just try it". Like I wouldn't have told you i specifically don't want that if I hadn't tried it before. And then 2 days ago I was given a slushy with ice? I don't get it at all. They get it right on the second try so they obviously are capable but I'm just done trying with them. The food is good and the drinks are good once they finally get it right but it's just too frustrating to have to spell it out for them to have them get it wrong every time. read more
