It was super flavorful and I'm still thinking about it. The wings were packed with meat and they don't skimp out on the sauce on it! Hainanese chicken was pretty good but the rice could've been better. It felt a bit hard and lacked flavor compared to the other rices I've had with hainanese chicken. Unless that's how they wanted it here. We came on a monday night for dinner and it wasn't busy at all. There's a good amount of parking in the complex but I know it can be packed on the weekends. I had the opportunity to visit their current location with fellow Yelp Elite All Star, Carol C earlier today (4/11/26) at their current spot in South Seattle/Othello near S Myrtle & MLK Way. The parking lot is shared with many other businesses and the slots are weirdly configured, kind of tight, so exercise patience and caution. Other options include finding offsite street parking or use public transit (bus or light rail). That being said our timing was perfect, arriving right before the weekend lunch rush. We were able to peruse the posted menus, see the daily specials, which included the last weekend for Taste of Nations dining deals. Place your order and pay at the counter. One can dine onsite, others chose takeout. Orders are brought directly to one's table. Bus your table at the end. Carol C ordered a Hong Kong lemon iced tea, garlic noodles with fish sauce wings, and also added some lemon pepper wings. I did the same with the Hong Kong lemon iced tea, garlic noodles with shaken beef, and added an order of fish sauce wings. The iced tea was a bit sweet for me after a few sips. The rest was polished off later by The Homie. The garlic noodles were flavorful, beef was tender, and I enjoyed the red and yellow peppers. I did end up making a side pile of onions and green peppers, just not my preference. Overall the entree was okay, just a bit oily. Fish sauce wings were as I remembered and also brought home to share. While the overall dining experience was fine, experienced helpful customer service, what was ordered was accurate and received in good time, I would only return if in the vicinity. Thanks Carol for getting us there without incident to/from despite the traffic, weather, and parking situation!

You don't see prices like that anymore... And the lady was very nice. She stuffed the banh mi, asked if we want to cut it in half. The banh mi comes with pate as well as butter. Not many places does that. It was a good banh mi, especially for the price. Satisfied my cravings. I also got some wings to try and for 4 jumbo wings, you only pay $3.97! That is a deal. I air fried them when I got home and it was really good! Better than some restaurants! Definitely a hole in the wall. Will be back for sure.

The size is perfect and the bread was toasted nicely. It had a good crunch on the outside. I'd say some of the meat was fatty but that fat was cut in bite sized cubes so I didn't mind it. Very filling and tasty flavor. Good filling to bread ratio in my opinion. The customer service was also amazing. Such kind ladies behind the counter and quick and easy service. I'd order here again.

When we first pulled up, the outside looked a bit unassuming, so we were unsure at first. Once inside, though, it was surprisingly spacious and nicely set up. It even looks like they host karaoke at night, which adds a fun vibe. The service really stood out. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. We ended up ordering from the Vietnamese side of the menu, when we originally came for seafood boil lol. They also had an street food menu. The pho was served in a hot sizzling pot, and the appetizers came out on bamboo boats, which made everything feel extra special. I ordered the braised duck with egg noodle soup, and it was rich, flavorful, and really satisfying. We also tried the Vietnamese coffee with coconut, which was delicious. Overall, everything we tried was great and the service made the experience even better. We would definitely come back. I really want to come back to try the street food menu. There is also a small parking lot on the side of the building, which is convenient.

The area may not be the best to be alone at night, but if you can brave the place, you can get anything you want from pho to seafood boils. We've come here a few times with family. The pho is a specialty because it comes out in a big stone bowl where you add the ingredients yourself so it is nice and piping hot, which my family enjoys. There are seafood boils and the combos usually come with a side (we usually choose sweet potato or curly fries) which is a nice touch and it is reasonably priced and decently tasty. We've tried some of the other things like escargot on the menu (they were too chewy but the salted egg yolk flavor was different) and they had a famous beef hotpot that I was honestly very disappointed in (it was very pricey for a small portion of noodles/beef/etc and did not feed as many people as it proclaimed). I would stick to the regular things on the menu here. Service can be a bit spotty again, because they are so busy.

Ran by a couple Cantonese guys, who speak barely any English but boy can they get their hands on some interesting critters. They import live seafood from various parts of the world; Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Although they will sell the familiar items you see in the wet markets of the Mediterranean and Asia. Do not be surprised to see the price per pound reflected with the cost of securing and shipping. Expect to pay upwards of $100 at a minimum when you come here. Yesterday, on my way to my aunt's house, I decided to stop by for some oysters. I was wonder why they don't have it. But the fact is they hide them behind. They didn't even let me see the oysters, they quickly packed into a plastic bag. When I got home, I saw that I have oysters'' size like an iPhone 10. The shell of the oysters is very stinky, like it's been under muddy water or sewer for years... so when I open them, the shell keeps breaking. Which makes sense to me why they Havee those that are already opened. I steamed some of the oysters and smell them, they are not fresh.. so I just throw 1.5 dozen of oysters into the trash.

What immediately caught our attention (for obvious reasons) was the bold sign: LIVE KING CRAB. We walked in and were instantly impressed. Large water tanks filled with live Dungeness crab and live king crab, crystal-clear water, and absolutely no fishy smell--always an excellent sign. The space feels more like a clean, well-run warehouse set up for both wholesale and retail, not a typical seafood market. A gentleman working there quickly came over and started chatting with us about crab. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a wide selection: live, fresh, and frozen crab, Japanese scallops, fish, and a variety of shellfish. We considered the live king crab, but it was honestly too big for the two of us to handle in a hotel kitchen--and definitely would've been a splurge. So, plan B: I called my sister-in-law to see if she'd like some frozen king crab legs. She said yes immediately. The gentleman showed us the frozen options, and the king crab legs were long, meaty, and impressive--similar in size to what Costco carries, but priced better. We ended up negotiating a great deal and purchased a box of their Party Pack King Jumbo Crab Legs for her. Later that evening, she surprised her daughter with a king crab birthday dinner, and they reported the legs were super meaty and absolutely delicious. Safe to say, we'll definitely keep Seattle Seafood Center in mind for future seafood splurges. If you love high-quality seafood and especially crab, this place is worth a stop--even if it's an unplanned one.
