This place is great. Best taco truck in South Seattle. Quesabarrias are a teen favorite, although the veggie burrito is delicious too.

Sauces (avocado sauce is only given when requested)

This taco truck is one of our favorite spots to go to in Washington. They have buzzers that you get after you order, so you can wait in your car until it is ready to pick up the food. On Tuesdays the tacos are $1.25 a taco, which is a steal! We usually order the Al pastor (spicy pork) tacos and mulitas here. Their tongue here is pretty good too! Al pastor tacos - spicy pork is tender and had the right amount of spice to it. The flour tacos were not the best, but the spicy pork is so good/the price of the tacos on Tuesday overshadowed the flour tacos. Al pastor mulitas - crispy tortilla stacked goodness filled with al pastor, tomato, avocado, and cheese They usually give only 2 sauces when they hand you your food! However, you can ask for their avocado sauce, which is only given when requested.

Flan, chicken tacos, horchata, carne asada sopes, & al pastor macho burrito

We finally tried this after its other trucks around. Having a coupon we tried this location and even without the discount, it was well worth the value!!! After reading reviews, we tried the chicken tacos. My almost 9 year old GOBBLED up 3 saying they were SO good. They were comparable to any leftist Mexican place. The carne asada sopes would be my recommendation!!! They're my hubby's favorite dish, and usually I'm not a fan. However Los Potrillos did them RIGHT as the texture was perfection to me - not too chewy so I actually enjoyed them!!! The carne asada was tasty as well. We also read about the macho burrito, so tried it with the al pastor. It was a great burrito, wet style. Love the blend of flavors!!! The flan & horchata were our add-one to meet the coupon requirement but weren't quite our jam / worth the expense otherwise. They were tasty enough but a little pricey.

Tripa tacos are amazing and crispy. Nachos are good but sadly some parts got too soggy by the end. Everything else are just average, but huge portion for the price.

I would only come here on Tuesday for their $1.25 tacos, It good for the price!

I try to come here every Tuesday because of the obvious... Taco Tuesday! For the quality you get for ONLY $1.25 per taco?! You seriously cannot beat that. I don't know many other places that sells tacos for that cheap, but one thing I do know is that these tacos will definitely supply your satisfaction. I usually get about 4 to 6 tacos every time, and they come with your typical choice meats, onions, side radishes, and some other garnishes on your tacos. They also throw in a long pepper for you in your order too if you want to spice it up! There is 6 choice meats for the taco but my favourite has got to be the carnitas. The other meats I have tried as well and they are also good! If you're looking for some good affordable tacos, Los Potrillos is definitely a spot worth checking out!

4 Tacos via Delivery. (Note: 1 eaten) Lengua extra $2. Came with salsas. Jalapeño and radish received upon request. Total $16.99. Nov 2023.

Was craving late night tacos, my usual place was closed. I stepped out and ordered 4 tacos w lengua delivery via Grubhub. Lengua was a little fatty ? But they provided a good amount of meat per taco. Tacos were slightly but good amount of soggy, like just wet enough. Asked for radish, carrot, and jalapeño side - these were not available on the takeout menu. They gave me two slices of small radish and a long, skinny grilled jalapeño. Felt skimped. Especially with the amount paid - Lengua was an extra $2, totaling $16.99. That is more than four dollars a taco! A little high for not being able to provide sides that are free at the restaurant. Tasted pretty good, will order again in a pinch.

Thankfully dine-in is back open again, so we got here on a Saturday morning around 11:20am to indoor seating that was nearly full and a small line that was forming at the front counter. Walls have a bunch of photo frames, and overall place felt very homely. They have a ton of Hawaiian style plates and even burgers and some seafood, though we and most others got the former to eat. I ordered their chicken and pork combo Hawaiian style plate, and my bestie got their chicken katsu Hawaiian style plate. Portions are huge for both plates and both also came with macaroni salad. They give you sooooo much meat no matter what you get. To go in slightly more detail: - Chicken and pork combo: both meats were flavored very well, and a little sweet too though pretty salty without using the rice as a palette cleanser. Chicken had more depth in its flavor; the pork's flavor was a little too much for my liking, and was slightly harder to chew. Both meats had some sauce hat went onto the rice itself. This didn't detract from my overall experience here, though. - Chicken katsu: we both agreed this was our favorite after exchanging pieces of each other's dish. The katsu is crispy and crunchy, and the chicken itself retained a lot of its juiciness. Katsu sauce on the side is honestly optional since the meat itself is already salty enough. This place does share extremely limited parking with Cakes of Paradise next door, so get here early or be prepared to drive around the area to find some. Just get here, it's a place you can't pass up when you hit up Georgetown!

We came on a Wednesday and happened to score a parking spot right in front of the bakery. Once you arrive, get in line immediately--there will be one. The woman taking our order was incredibly peppy and friendly, even while juggling everything: taking in-person orders, answering phones, serving customers, and bagging food. Seriously impressive. All the seats were filled, so we ordered everything to-go. We got the famous crispy ginger chicken, spam musubi, and chicken long rice. I was hoping for oxtail soup and asked about it--she explained they only offer it on certain days and recommended calling early in the morning to check, then getting there quickly because it sells out fast. Can't wait to come back and try it. Back at the hotel, we feasted. The crispy ginger chicken is famous for a reason--so flavorful, perfectly crispy, and somehow even better the next day. The chicken long rice was packed with noodles directly in the soup (not separately) so the broth had mostly soaked into the noodles, but it was still deeply flavorful and comforting. The spam musubi leans on the sweeter side, which is great if that's your thing. Overall, this place is all about heart, hustle, and seriously satisfying Hawaiian comfort food. Come early, expect a line, plan for parking--and you'll be rewarded.
