Who will be open on a Sunday to assess the damage? Will the right size tire be in stock? Sunday morning I arrived at the Grass Valley store right around opening time and an extremely competent young man found the hole, fixed it, remounted the tire, checked the pressure of all my tires, including the mini I had limped in on. The service at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and professional. I was able to continue my trip as if nothing alarming had happened. This company advertises that they fix flats for free, and I found myself wondering if there would be a catch. There was no catch. They did, in fact, fix it for free, and I wanted to pay for the excellent service, but nope, they fix flats for free. The friend I was visiting confirmed she always gets her tires from Big Brand because they are trustworthy. Thank you for providing an essential service that increases safety on the road! (Sidenote: AAA roadside service took too long, so I installed the mini tire myself. Glad I know how to do that...)

Driving into Grass Valley from Auburn on a Sunday afternoon, we were dismayed to see the tire…read morewarning signal light up in our Subaru. Fortunately, Sierra Tire answered our call and instructed us to pull into their second bay. We were warmly greeted by Joe and Oscar, who immediately checked the pressure in the four tires and looked for nails or screws. They discovered all of the tires were overinflated! Oscar suggested checking the spare, which was underinflated and the likely case of the warning light. Both gentlemen were efficient, professional and absolutely delightful! I made an appointment for an alignment for 1pm dropped off my car at 11:30. an…read morehour and 30 minutes before the appointment time. 2 1/2 hours after the appointment time, my car was still in the same parking spot and I was told that they had other appointments that I guess were more important?? so mine was bumped would be a few more hours. There was no communication when I dropped my car off an hour and a half early for its appointment that they were behind or other appointments in front of me that were priority so it wouldn't be touched in a timely manor.

I has a poor experience here....disturbing....brought my car to have them check it out. Person who…read moremade the apt. seem to impersonate 'Anton' and said he would check out the car himself...so I was impressed esp. because of the impressive rating (although it is easy to make fakes ones of course). Upon arrival...there was no entry point as the whole facility was jammed with vehicles. So, I made a left turn into a one way street and parking my car in the only space left...all the vehicles were parked in a mist-mash of ways. I asked to speak to Anton since I believed that is who I had talked to. The guy responded that he was not there but would arrive. Then he told me that he was the one who talked to me. I had wanted my car checked out esp. the front end and originally , he said d$100. I left and after 30 minutes he called and told me me it was done. Gave me info and said I needed for new tires which I really already knew. He did not mention anything else like the brakes,etc. Or even that he did a test run.. The garage was packed full, so I have no clue when my vehicle was looked at. Upon my return and talk, he then said the charge was $180!!! When he say the look on my face....he immediately realized that I was not going to fall for this chicanery and said only $100. I would say don't be fooled by this guys' pleasant demeanor and promises. I just wonder how many other folks he has conned,
