The two men that were here had found the problem, figured out which of our irrigation lines they could turn off and replaced a piece in the pump that should've told it to shut off. Two men walking around, looking for the problem, found it, fixed it, and we're so polite and offered some suggestions about how we could trim down the amount of faucets in our backyard. The the price was less than I thought it was gonna be, and like I said the quality of service. The professionalism of the two men were just amazing. I'm definitely would call them again.

Watson Well installed a tank, water treatment system for us near Bridgeville, CA. The equipment is…read moregood quality, but the installation and repairs left a lot to be desired. The pressurization pump was not bolted down! This caused the plastic pipe connections to break. When they were called out to fix it they simply replaced the broken pipe. Guess what, it broke again. This time I bolted down the pump and fixed it myself. The Ozone treatment system requires regular maintenance, they didn't tell us this, just left the manuals stuffed behind the pipes and the system failed. We paid them to replace most of the parts. The 5000 gallon tank has a stencil above the outlet saying "flexible connector is required" on the outlet piping The tank was hard piped and we believe broke as a result of the last earthquake because there was no flexible connection. When I calls to get to come out and provide a flexible connection it took me months to finally get in touch and even longer to get him to come out and fix the leak and install the required flexible connection. There was no discussion of cost. They finally came out put a flexible tube, but didn't even address the leak and charged us over a thousand dollars to do the installation as required by the tank manufacturer. I strongly recommend that you choose another company for your water system. Also, Just check out the BBB reason for lack of accreditation.
