The quote Air Tight gave me for a new furnace was less than half of the one I got from Evans, and Trevor did an excellent job explaining the different install options, and the pros and cons of repair vs replacement. Natalee was able to get me scheduled for an inspection the very next day, and Skyler showed up ahead of schedule (after checking in to make sure it was ok to be early) and finished the repair quicker than I could have hoped--despite the fact that the furnace is deep under the house, with a tiny access point in the foundation. It's so nice to have a cozy house again! The level of communication, integrity, and customer care this whole team brings to the table is beyond rare these days.

Beyond the quality of the work itself, Steve brought real expertise to the project. We cannot say enough good things about A & G Concrete. They are based out of Fortuna, and we hired…read morethem for multiple major projects at our home in Eureka, CA, and every single experience has been exceptional. Over time, A & G Concrete installed a new concrete driveway and patio, repaired serious backyard drainage issues, reinforced our garage and pier/post foundation, and installed a beautiful cedar fence with a solar gate around our entire side yard. On top of that, they designed and completely replaced our kitchen, using redwood materials salvaged from earlier work they had done when replacing our garage's redwood floor with concrete. The creativity and skill involved in reusing those materials was impressive and speaks volumes about their craftsmanship. We originally chose A & G Concrete because of their creativity, fair pricing, integrity, and how easy they were to work with--and they exceeded expectations in every category. Communication was excellent every step of the way. We always knew what was happening, when it would happen, and why decisions were being made. They were punctual, professional, and respectful of our home throughout each project. What truly sets them apart is how much they care. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, and they bent over backwards to accommodate our budget while still delivering high quality, long lasting solutions. They consistently worked with us to find creative options that fit our constraints without cutting corners. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. Every detail was handled with care, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. Steve and Jason, the owners, are top notch, and their entire crew was professional and skilled (Stephen in particular was fantastic--highly knowledgeable, detail oriented, and great to work with). Honestly, A & G Concrete became part of the family. It's rare to find a contractor you can fully trust--not just with the work, but with the pricing and the process. We always felt confident knowing they had our best interests in mind. If you're looking for a contractor who is skilled, creative, honest, communicative, and genuinely invested in their clients, stop looking and call A & G Concrete. We recommend them without hesitation and will absolutely use them again and again whenever we need something done.
