Great reliable spot for brunch or breakfast with friends any day of the week! We came to celebrate a birthday and had a great time. I ordered the Belgian waffle which came with a berry compote, butter, powdered sugar, and syrup, and it was perfectly fluffy and delicious. I also ordered a side of their grits with both butter and cheese and they were so good. This place tends to always be packed, so expect a wait. There are plenty of tables but it's pretty popular. Service is good, can be a little slow, and it really depends on your waiter. The place has a nice ambiance, pretty clean, and nice! read more

Loved walking in to so much attentiveness at the front door, I was a table of 1 and they accomodated me in a cute booth. Everyone very friendly and nice, the waitress was okay very mid service nothing over the top or crazy to highlight or acknowledged, I didn't get bad service either, I got service. (If that makes sense) The food: I have the avocado toast with sunny side up eggs and bacon. The bacon astronomical it was delicious I could eat 10 of those. The chocolate chip pancakes was whatever a bit burnt, I wouldn't order it on a next time read more

First watch is always my go to brunch spot!! No matter which location, the food always hits the spot & they even add new things to the menu seasonally! The seasonal Chimichurri Steak & Eggs Hash has been my favorite thing ever from there & I truly wish it would be on the menu permanently!! It is a must try :) Each First watch location is typically busy & (for good reason!) but the service is always speedy read more

I had the opportunity to try this spot and there was about a 15-20min wait. Afterwards, we were seated and immediately the waitress asked what we would like to drink. I tried the morning meditation and it was pretty good just too much ice. It was busy once a table clears up the next group comes to sit. I tried the chimichurri steak and eggs hash. It was good the waitress mentioned they didn't have chimichurri and the food wasn't extremely hot for something that just came out. read more

This place is like my go to when I can't determine what I want to eat. The variety of healthy yet still tasty options, quick service, large portions and decent pricing makes it a no brainer. Ask for Bryan if you want smooth service with a smile. He also has great recommendations. I typically sit inside because the heat in Miami can be a lot but you have the option to sit indoors or outside. The outside views are not the greatest. read more

Since First Watch was right in the same plaza where our run club was meeting for our morning 5K, it was an easy choice for our group to hit 'em up and quickly added ourselves to the waitlist before the rush rolled in around 10:30. Once seated, our server remained attentive and made sure our water and coffee cups stayed full. I've mentioned this before that First Watch has some of the BEST black coffee around. I didn't want a meal to myself, so my friend and I happily split the Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich. It was a perfect marriage of pork sausage patty savory and Mike's hot honey drizzled million dollar bacon sweet with egg, smoked gouda and arugula made it an ideal post-run meal alongside their potatoes. I have to admit I would have leaned on 3.5 stars because of one unnecessary hiccup at the beginning. Two of our friends were literally right in their car quickly throwing on t shirts over their run attire, and despite us pointing out that they were just steps from the door the manager remained very firm about refusing to seat us until they physically entered the building. I try to understand policies, but considering they were clearly right there and walking in momentarily, it felt unnecessarily rigid. Thankfully the friendly service and good meal made up for the awkward start. read more

On our last day of vacation, we decided to stop by First Watch for breakfast. We've visited their locations in New Jersey and South Carolina before, but this was our first time at this specific spot. Knowing they tend to stay busy, we put ourselves on the digital waitlist before arriving; although the estimated wait was 20 minutes, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated within five minutes of getting there. The restaurant has a bright, modern, and inviting atmosphere that makes it a perfect place for a relaxed family meal. We started by ordering the Million Dollar Bacon for the table, which was a hit as always. For our main meals, I had the Chimichurri Steak Hash, my wife went with the Farmhouse Hash, my sister-in-law chose the Elevated Egg Sandwich, and my father-in-law ordered the Traditional Breakfast. Everything tasted great and maintained the high standard we expect from this brand. My father-in-law especially enjoyed his meal--he devoured the entire plate and looked like he could have gone back for seconds! It was a perfect way to wrap up our trip. read more

First Watch - Miami Gardens delivers exactly what you want in a breakfast spot. First off, let's give credit where it's due: they carry Coke products. That's already a win in my book. Pair that with a cold glass of fresh orange juice that hits just right, and you're off to a solid start. I came in for the Million Dollar Bacon--because, let's be honest, how could you not? Perfectly sweet, smoky, and worth the hype. Rounded it out with the Eggs Benedict (potatoes on the side, because why not live a little), and everything came out hot, fresh, and on point. The service matched the food--friendly, attentive, and smooth from start to finish. You can tell the team here actually cares about getting things right. Ambiance is First Watch. It's like a kitchen table--life itself. If you're in Miami Gardens and need a proper breakfast or brunch spot, this location of First Watch deserves the stop. read more

One of my all-time fave breakfast/brunch spots. Came here earlier today with a friend and they did not disappoint! Food: 10/10 Everything was so tasty and they came out fresh and hot. I had the smoked salmon frittata and the new summer strawberry tres leches french toast! That french toast is to die for. You should definitely try it. Service: 10/10 Our server was amazing. Super quick, efficient, attentive and even recommended food we should try. Glad to say he was right about the food! He checked on us multiple times throughout the experience and I loved it. Drinks: 9/10 I tried the spiked watermelon wake up. It was part of their summer menu. Soooo good. They make all of their juices fresh with premium fruit everyday. Decor & Ambiance: 7/10 It's your typical cafe/brunch spot. The artwork they have is pretty cute and colorful. However, they don't have decor like a moody restaurant or over the top aesthetic restaurant would, and that's ok! It's still warm, cozy, inviting and super clean. Overall, I love First Watch and I've been coming here for a few years now. They always exceed expectations and I love their food. Definitely coming back soon. read more

I enjoyed their chicken avocado salad. You can pick any of their salad half sized if you also get their soup. Soup of the day was vegetable soup. It was chunky and flavorful. Last time, I went for the tomato soup but it was too thick to my liking. The roast beef sandwich was decent, though! My kid couldn't finish his roast beef and havarti sandwich, but wanted pancake instead. That fluffy item appeared in pretty shorter time than expected and the kid finished that without stress. The sun dried/roasted tomatoes kept dripping out of the sandwich -- I took a bite of one of them, no shame lol. My sis and mom shared a plated of potatoes and some kind of egg omelet. This is my mom and sister's fave location. The parking lot is kind of confusing, but you can park with ease. It's also next to the Starbucks and in the shopping plaza shared with Publix and TJ Maxx. The atmosphere of this place was as expected -- not quiet and definitely crowded. You can enjoy some cocktails here but it's also very family family. John took care of us. The service was fast and pleasant. read more

I was hoping this was better than the one I seat with Another Broken Egg but it didn't come close, I enjoyed the shrimp. I disliked adding seasoning after a food is cooked but I had too. One of the main reasons for the 3 star rating is the customer service. I had everyone of them walk past me or look at there phone when I approached them. It was dissatisfying . read more

Best brunch I've ever had. I usually stay away from breakfast places because I'm really picky about my eggs and they usually come out greasy. Not here though! I ordered the Brooklyn breakfast sandwich which came with 2 eggs on top of a pile of pastrami, arugula, pickled red onion on a beautiful artisan roll. Service was top notch and all the servers were full of excitement. Absolutely great service with awesome recommendations. The place was electric and there was a great mix of people. The place was busy which always makes me happy because that means the food is coming out hot and fresh. Place was clean inside and outside. I was seated right away which I couldn't believe because it was so packed. Perfect place for the perfect meal! read more

So we were looking for a breakfast place that wasn't IHOP and Yelp pointed us here. We were blown away by this place. One of the very best places we've been to in a while. Where even to start? So, the food was fabulous. I had the BLT Eggs Benedict and the wife had the breakfast tacos. Both were amazing. The eggs bene were very delicately poached, with lovely runny yolks. The bacon was perfectly crisp, without being the slightest bit over-cooked. I chose the fruit option, which went with it perfectly, providing a nice fresh palate cleanser. The tacos shells were nice and crisp and the filling was perfectly portioned. She asked for and received some of the house-made sour cream, which was delightful. We finished off with about half the order of cheesecake donut holes (we asked but could not confirm that, like the eggs, they are free range and ethically sourced). The ambiance was very pleasant and everyone was really nice. Our server, G, was and absolute delight and one of the very best I've had in recent memory. Prices were very reasonable and portions were perfect, maybe even on the heavy side. Definitely won't be our last trip there. read more

This was my first time and I'll be back. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and sat immediately. Brian was our server and was nothing short of amazing! Great service very attentive. Had the works omelette. It was made just how I like it, not dry and stuffed with meats. The potatoes were a little overcooked to my liking, but Brian made sure to get me a fresh batch cooked to my liking! I also tried the 2 eggs with Belgian waffle. The waffle tasted light. The blueberry compote was delicious. Hot, fresh syrup given one the die The iced coffee also was surprisingly good. The restaurant was very clean. Many food options to choose from for whatever mood you are in. It's in a plaza so plenty of parking. read more

Was in the mood for a really good breakfast/ brunch decided to head over to First Watch for the perfect meal. Food: 10000/10 Loved every aspect of my meal. They added Tres Leche French Toast to their Summer Menu, and when I tell the it was the most satisfying plate of French toast I have EVER had. It had the right amount of sweetness without being too overly sweet, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, all the works! I also had the breakfast tacos which were great as well, a nice savory breakfast that was very filling. Drinks: 10/10 We went for the Spiked Watermelon Drink, and it was amazing. Very refreshing, great drink to have with the meal. Service: 10/10 We were seated immediately although they were a bit busy which I loved, the wait time for our meal was short which I can appreciate given how busy they are around brunch time. Our waiter was amazing. He was super attentive and ensured we were taken care of during our stay. Ambiance/ Decor: 10/10 Loved the decor on the inside, they had nice paintings hung throughout the place which I liked. I'd compare the decor to an "modern day dinner" . Overall, this is such a great spot to have breakfast or brunch by yourself or even with friends and family. The menu has a plethora of dishes to choose from that I'm sure anyone will find something they love! Will definitely be returning. read more

This was our first time at our restaurant. Our server was not pleasant and did not pay attention or asked if we were okay. We received our food quite fast but it came cold. Our service sucks but after speaking with the manager, we were able to smooth things over. We will give it a try again. Not everyday everyone has a great day. read more
