Big Pancakes, Good Coffee, and an Easy Brunch Choice We've been here quite a few times and keep coming back because it's just an easy brunch spot that doesn't disappoint. The menu has a good variety of croissants, egg dishes, toasts, coffees, and juices. One of my favorites is the breakfast croissant with egg, ham, and melted cheese. The cheese inside is so good and really makes the whole sandwich. We also tried the scrambled eggs. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the whole wheat toast, which felt a little dry, but everything else was good. If you're coming hungry, get the pancake platter. The portion is huge and perfect for sharing. It comes with eggs, bacon, and three large pancakes. They also have no problem bringing extra syrup, which is always appreciated. For drinks, we've had iced cappuccino, lattes, and the detox juice. The detox juice was actually really good, especially for a green juice. Service is always quick and attentive, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. It's the kind of place where people grab breakfast, work on their laptops, or stay a while and enjoy their coffee. Nothing overly fancy, just a solid brunch spot with fair prices and consistently good food. We'll definitely keep coming back. read more

YES!!! THE PLACE: located on a strip mall, plenty of free parking is available. Inside, the restaurant is beautifully decorated with a mixture of cozy traditional, and clean modern decor. Tables available. THE FOOD: On our visit my husband grabbed a crossaint sandwich and a peanut butter smoothie, both of which he really loved. I had an iced coffee and a pane chocolate (flaky top, soft buttery inside) - which I haven't stopped thinking about in over a month. I do believe that the restaurant overall has higher pricing in comparison to their portions, but then again this is also South Florida. THE SERVICE: the staff was very nice, helpful, and worked well together in the back and in the dining floor as they arranged and cleaned the restaurant consistently. I came for breakfast with a friend. The restaurant looked good from the outside. It had a nice, big outdoor sitting area. The inside was spacious. It was beautifully decorated. I liked the color used. The restaurant had a counter towards the back. It had the menu posted on top. You order your meal, pay, tip and they give you a place stick to put on your table for someone to bring you your meal. I didn't understand why I was tipping for. When the meal was brought to my table. The server had no contact with me, no friendly smile, no greeting. She never asked if I needed anything else. No one came around after to ask either. I wanted water and had to go get it from a cooler myself. If I would have wanted anything else. I would have had to get it from the counter. Gratuity is for good customer service not for someone doing their job. That is my understanding. The table service was fast. I ordered an omelet with salmon. The omelet was okay. I have been wanting to try this upscale coffee chain for a while and went to the one in North Miami. The place is impeccably decorated and very inviting. The ambience makes you feel welcome. The service was good and we got one breakfast croissant with ham and cheese, a bagel with nova, and an avocado toast. All were good. The only negative thing I can say about them was I ordered a coffee Americano and it was ice cold when they brought it to me. I'm not sure if they put cold cream in or what happened but everything else was really good. The prices are not cheap I thought $13 for one slice of avocado toast was way overpriced for what you get. The bagel with nova was decent and reasonably priced at $14. The breakfast croissant was also reasonably priced and good. Very cute sit in cafe! They have ample indoor and outdoor seating, very European feeling decor/seating. Very cute for a brunch or breakfast with friends or on a date. There's also lots of parking. We were in the neighborhood, so we decided to stop in. My husband wanted an open faced egg sandwich. I had a cappuccino. He loved his sandwich, although it wasn't the most healthy on the menu. There were 2 eggs on top of bacon, melted cheese and ham on two slices of thick bread. My cappuccino was made to perfection. The manager gave us 2 cards for free coffee and 15% off next time we come. The service was very good. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and there were a few people working on their laptops inside. There is an outdoor dining area as well. If you look on the bottom of the menus, there is a 15% charge added to those that dine in, As opposed to take out. A bit pricey, but a very nice place. read more

I went there specifically for the strawberry matcha that was advertised everywhere but unfortunately they didn't have any and they said they wouldn't have any for another 3 days or so when I went. The space is well designed and pleasant on a Sunday morning. The service was adequate and the food was simple yet good for the price. I loved the plates but the salt shakers were overpacked and not functional. The only issue I had was that they automatically put a tip on the bill and didn't say so. Given you pay before receiving your food, that should be optional and clear. I ended up needing to ask for a refund for paying additional tip which was based on the total of the food, tax, and the auto tip. It took a while to get the refund, but it was nice that they handled it well. I had given up on expecting it, but the atmosphere was enjoyable and ended up staying well after finishing my meal long enough for a manager to arrive. I will likely return. Seems like a nice place to meet someone for coffee with some casual couch seating available on the side. It is a nice addition to the neighborhood if you want a easy breakfast place. read more

First time visiting this establishment and leaving very unimpressed. The ambiance and decor give gourmet but the food was mediocre and overpriced for basic breakfast items. At checkout it was asked if we would like to leave a tip to which we declined and left cash, however upon reading our receipt we noticed a 15% gratuity was already included and this was not disclosed and there was no signage stating. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which come with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and an aioli. When it arrived to our table after an almost 25 min wait, due to what seems like understaffed, the presentation was lackluster. The type of lettuce served on the sandwich is a chopped romaine, the aioli was not spread on the baguette, just on top of the lettuce and the cheddar cheese was melted on the bread vs the eggs which caused the cheese to be hard on the edges. While the baguette had good taste to it, I do wish it was a bit more toasted as it tasted a little doughy. I am not sure if the side spring salad was meant to consume or for decoration but it was very small, almost as if it was thrown on last minute and some pieces of the lettuce were welted. The positives were the drinks, we ordered the strawberry matcha and the seasonal pumpkin spice. Both were refreshing with great flavor.
