Took a few moments to peer at the bakers behind the glass preparing pastries from scratch. Always a good sign when fresh mounds of powdered dough are waiting to be baked into tasty treats. The open kitchen concept is a the new norm at a few bakeries that I have recently visited - but only a few pushing the full transparency thing hard. All of the sandwiches and baked goods looked fresh and vibrant. The wife and I were deciding on a mozzerella pizza or an eclair. Well, we decided on a vanilla creme eclair and an espresso to wash it down. Nothing too dietetic here. The espresso was presented in a small cup bearing the Rosetta Italian Bakery name and red flower logo. The Julius Meinl Vienna Austria coffee blend was strong and smooth. The vanilla eclair had a light crisp shell with a sweet and creamy center - delish!!! read more

Rosetta Bakery - VANILLA CUSTARD ECLAIR & ESPRESSO - Bakeries Near Me - Aventura, Florida

Considering they are in a mall food court, it was a wonderful surprise for me and my husband to be able to find, in one spot, a great coffee, groumet desserts, croissants with many fillings, a great design of the stand, and "Sheyla", the most smiling, professional and kind person behind a counter, patiently taking our questions and finally our order, all were tasty and fresh, especially my chai latte! Size is a problem though is so small, guess what? It was the standard size for coffees at the Aventura mall, in all it was a beautiful "Rosetta experience ", what we had today. read more

The long row of sweet goodies and Mediterranean style sandwiches looked so appetizing that I tried the vanilla cream filled eclair since I really don't like chocolate. Paid at the counter with a coffee too. Near the bakery there was a separate coffee bar but did not have anyone standing there. You can sit in the bakery and eat or in the dining area inside the mall. read more

I was just walking around the mall, saw a slice of pizza, and it looked way too good to pass up... so I grabbed one. Tell me why I had to come back and get a second slice right after. It's definitely on the pricier side, but I can't even lie... it was delicious. The kind of pizza that pulls you back in even when you know you had no business eating the first slice, let alone going back for another. No regrets though. If you see it, just get it. read more

Honestly, I don't think I have ever been in the Aventura Mall and didn't have coffee in Rosetta. It seems to be a tradition already. I have a love-hate relationship with it ;) When the mall is quieter, this is the perfect place to relax, have a snack and coffee. But when it's busy, you have to fight for a table, and stay in line for some time. I would mention though that employees do their best, they serve right away, friendly despite the crowds and always willing to answer any questions. I also appreciate them cleaning the tables constantly. The food and drinks are really good and fresh. Maybe that's the reason this place is so packed They do also have another smaller location in the food court; it is new I think. And it's less crowded. I would recommend. read more

If you come here on a busy day which it seems that the two times I was there it was busy. There is a long line of people and luckily there is a lot of people working behind the counter. However, service is slow and indifferent and not the most personal so that is not ideal. The bakery items are flavorful which is good. Since this location is in a mall I understand it is not the best place for an "ambiance". There seems to be tables on the side but I can't say that's the ambiance people are aiming for. This is more of an "express" bakery. read more

When it's late for breakfast but early for lunch, this is the perfect place. We tried some of the smaller sandwiches they sell, one with salmon, another turkey and a caprese. The bread was delicious and fresh. You can also have them heated. They have a great selection of pastries. I like the mini ones, perfect size after a sandwich. The service was fast and they all worked together to help us quickly. Lots of table seating is available and they also have some comfortable couches. read more

Stopped for a coffee with a friend and Rosetta Bakery did not disappoint. We went straight for coffee so off to the far end, you can order just coffee and not have to wait the line for food. **Even though it was SO tempting! Their food looked fresh and delicious. All sorts of paninis, baked goods, and more. If it wasn't because we had lunch reservations, we would've ordered food too!** They do have a large portion of seating right in-front of the Bakery but keep in mind this place is popular, the likelihood that it is full is very possible. We both ordered an Iced Mocha and it was made to utter perfection. It was a nice treat before our lunch date. Would definitely stop by again and try more goodies! read more

Great and beautiful bakery with all its pastries and goods in display! What you see is what you get! With fair prices, in my opinion. Very well maintained and organized. Although, the service leaves much to be desired. I think the staff needs more experience on customer service because they're lacking that. (That's the reason i'm taking off 1 star) read more

Rosetta always had delicious pastries and sandwiches, as a French person I am l quite picky and I approve the quality. Service is quite fast, the sitting can get busy but generally you will find a spot. It can get quite noisy because it's in the middle of the mall with tall ceilings. The coffee is OK, they use Julius beans which the roasting is too dark (because of the beans quality) so it's not the best tasting coffee. But if you take a drink with enough milk in it, it tastes fine :-) read more

The service here is absolutely terrible. Yesterday, when I went to get food, I was met with rudeness and audacity. The employee in question can be seen in the attached picture. For some reason, she decided to ignore me even though I was first in line and instead served the person behind me. When I politely asked why, her response was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My recommendation: Stay away from this establishment. read more

Today, we stopped by Rosetta Bakery in the morning at Aventura Mall. This bakery is so nicely decorated, very clean with a cozy and comfy ambiance. You just want to spend an hour there taking in the wonderful aromas of the baking breads and desserts. There is a small area to sit and enjoy a coffee with sandwich or dessert. Very nice. We ordered lunch to go, a freshly made Prosciutto and Provolone Croissant sandwich and a Nutella donut. Did I say delicious? Oh, yessss! To find the bakery, drive over to Abigail Rd at the Aventura mall by Macy's Women's store, go thru the store to the inside of the mall, and you will find Rosetta Bakery. Be prepared to put a smile on your face! read more

It looks like a regular sandwich, but once you bite into one of these, you'll quickly realize it's the best sandwich you've ever had in your life. I've tried the ham and cheese and the mortadella - both oh so good! That's because all the ingredients are incredibly fresh and the bread is baked in house daily. Doesn't get fresher than that. One day I will try one of the piazzas, which also look good. They have the most delicious desserts too. I have yet to have anything I didn't like. Bombolone, fruit tart, apple tart, little mini chocolate filled things (I don't know what they're called). They're all good, trust me. Yes, the line can be very long sometimes and the service slow, but they're always crowded, so they're doing the best they can. read more

This is a cute spot inside Aventura mall. I gave it a try and it did not disappoint me. Pastries are very delicious, fresh and handmade. Way too expensive for a pastry but you get what you pay for. The service could be better, even though they explain to you about their pastries they can also hurry you up which makes hard to choose the right pastry. Overall is a good place. read more

Great part about this place is that it's always moving. There's a lot of movement of food and people so you know you're going to get a fresh bite. We got 2 different types of sandwiches and they were both delicious. One sandwich had prosciutto and it was incredible tasty. The other was a caprese inside a croissant which was my personal flavor. Even without meat, it was so tasty. The croissant was so buttery and flaky. So delicious! The staff is so helpful and she even offered to toast the sandwiches for us. And yes. Toasted is better! I also did get a cappuccino which was delicious and perfect. My husband got a fresh squeezed orange juice and it was great. Nice and fresh and not acidic at all. They have an ample seating area which is very nice. There's lots of table and an area with a sofa. Really comfy! Great for a morning or afternoon break. read more

It has recently become my custom most afternoons to stop by the Rosetta Italian Bakery in Aventura Mall for a cappuccino. The brew is nothing short of perfection, with freshly ground coffee beans comprising a superb cup. To prefer Starbucks trashwater to Rosetta's nectar would be the precise equivalent of choosing MacDonalds over Hall's Chophouse in Charleston, SC (my absolutely favorite steakhouse); to wit, sheer insanity. But, truth be told, the real reason that I have turned my visits to Rosetta into a habit is the young woman who prepares and serves their coffee. Her name is Aurora, and she is an absolutely delightful breath of fresh air. She is in a continuous good mood, with a smile always on her face. When interacting with her, it is IMPOSSIBLE to feel down. She improves the ambient atmosphere, and ends the afternoon for anyone around her, with an injection of good feeling. Aurora serves superb coffee superbly. I cannot recommend highly enough a visit to Rosetta Bakery on the first floor of Aventura Mall for a cup of spectacular coffee, prepared by the delightful, Aurora. read more

With many locations all over the world, this one stands out mainly for two reasons. The service beyond anything you'll ever experience from management all the way to Jose who has assisted the corner table where for months my friends and family have sat. Same corner, same hours and consistently above and beyond service from Jose Salazar. Food is what you can expect at all of their locations but their pistachio begniet are out of this world. Nice little shop inside the Aventura mall, in Aventura, Florida. Great Italian/French style baked goods and pastry. It is popular, so there may be a small line, but it is worth the wait. Whenever we are in Aventura Mall we always stop at Rosetta for a snack. The pizza is delicious and the deserts will have you calling it 'cheat day' I love the almond cookie (cake?) The texture is crunchy yet soft and the flavor is not too sweet but rich and buttery. If you are going to a friend's place for dinner or visiting someone, a dessert from Rosetta will make you the VIP guest of the night. They wrap to go orders up nicely and present it well Our kids always split the Nutella donut . The donuts taste fresh and there's enough Nutella in there so the siblings aren't fighting over the 'good bite' The seating is comfortable and I love that they don't use disposable plates and cups. Rosetta Bakery is yet another food addition in Aventura Mall's expanded wing but this is actually located indoors across from Macy's entrance. I stopped here to grab a sandwich but ended up having one of the veggie pizzas, mushroom and spinach. It was just calling my name lol :) It's not the best pizza I've ever had but the ingredients were definitely fresh. Plus they're not stingy with the toppings here. I also enjoyed eating my pizza at their gorgeous seating area in the middle of the hall. (See my pics). Like the original Collins Avenue location, they also have focaccia sandwiches and a variety of desserts on display. They all look enticing but be prepared to pay a premium. Just remember, you are paying for high-quality food so this is not your average bakery. Next time, I will try the fruit tart because it just looks divine. read more
