We used to love First Watch. The food is consistently good. However their handling of Covid is ridiculous. Literally want you to wear a mask from the front door to a table 6 feet from the door with no one else around. When we told them no and headed straight to the table they attempted to hand us the masks "in case we use the restroom". At some point common sense has to kick in and realize that the nonsense of thinking a virus can travel while going to your table but not while sitting and eating has to Trump country ordinance. read more

My brother and I needed some place to get a bite. He recommended the restaurant as it was close by and prior to covid was a busy place. We sat outside in the fresh air. The server recommended a menu item that hit the spot. We both had a 1/2 sandwich and salad. Yummy! I ordered coffee and they brought a carafe. That is so nice for a coffee drinker. So we got here to eat breakfast, mind you the drive to here is about 30 minutes from my house, and we just realized that we only had one mask with us... so we expect you know maybe they would be ok with it and just allow us to go to our seat promptly without any issues considering we do not have to wear our masks at the table to eat. But we had gotten rejected at the front door and were told we had to have masks to get in, my dad gets pretty mad by this considering we went out our way so far just to go elsewhere, and then we see a part of 6 people or more walk in without masks no problem and get seated.... I feel very disrespected and mad that they can somehow choose who to allow and who they can't. read more

First Watch is quite literally the best breakfast restaurant I have even been to. My husband and I are so pleased every time we go both with the service (everyone is friendly and helpful) and the food. Hands down the best menu in Florida and every single item on that menu is perfectly seasoned, cooked, and crafted! We go to First Watch almost every day. They have healthy vegan food as well as exceptional breakfast, and lunch items. You can't go wrong. My husband loves the BLTE sandwich. Bacon, Lettuce, Egg, Tomato. I love the AM superbowl! It is delicious. I always order extra fruit, and quinoa pudding and am never charged! If you are in Naples, First Watch should be your staple breakfast brunch-they will never let you down. read more

Not bad for a chain! I've been here multiple times and have left happy each time. Everything is really fresh and the service is great. One complaint though, I ordered the two eggs and toast meal and it appeared they gave me half of one scrambled egg which was really not enough.... Would never go back to the first watch south of immokolea and 41 ever again. My daughter picked up breakfast for herself and my son and as he's eating his omelet discovers hair after hair in eggs a total of 5 hairs. My daughter called location immediately asked to speak with manager about hair in food waited and waited on phone. She ended up hanging up because of waiting so long and then noticed her charge card was credited for meals. I'm sorry but that needed to be done but not to come to phone and at least apologize? Service is iffy most times. Every once in a while you get an amazing server, but not often. The remodeled look is neat but I didn't think the old door needed any updating. Love that you can see the kitchen. The Mexican breakfast burrito is so good! Love that they have pressed juices. The oatmeal was blah (not worth it). While I love the vegetarian friendly menu I was very disturbed to see the new carryout bags that say "Got Bacon". This is not ok on many levels including how much suffering the pigs experience in their short lives and I'm offended that the restaurant would be so insensitive to the unethical treatment of pigs, along with how I as a supporter of First Watch would not want my to-go-meal packaged this way or to see the bags displayed in the front of the restaurant. I understand bacon has become more popular, however, many people choose not to participate in the cruel treatment of these beings. As most know, it is carcinagenic along with being damaging to our cardiovascular systems. Please drop the bags! Also, you need to offer plant based creamers and milk. This place is a whole lot bigger then the one on radio and santa Barbara. It was so busy but pretty chill. I went with my boyfriend and my daughter for breakfast and it was delicious. Service was good and the menu has a lot of options although, I would have l liked to see more lower calorie options or a "lite" section. I got the classic eggs Benedict and the bread was very soggy. I went here for breakfast. They have A LOT of healthy options, which I love. This day, I just wanted a basic bacon and egg breakfast. They only have one type of cheese and multigrain bread (I just wanted regular old white bread) with the basic breakfast. It wasn't bad. The home fries actually had a lil seasoning and a few onions. I had two scrambled eggs and these must have been the smallest eggs they could find (lol) but they were not bad. The bacon was tasty but I think it always is. The coffee was good and they have several different international delight options at the table. The service is quick and it was crowded. We shared two pancakes and they were huge so don't go ordering an order of pancakes and anything else. You won't be able to finish it. Oh and the syrup was served hot. Two points for that. read more

I used to work in the area and most of my healthy coworkers always raved about this place. I'm not a big breakfast person but had lunch breakfast and brunch several times. The staff are professional and food is pretty much your basic egg, bacon, omlette, toast, fruit, milk and juice. Like a fancy Denny's or IHOP. Our server was a really nice lady from Frankenmuth, Mi. I picked her accent up quick. So she really enjoyed our funny story. We even talked about Zehnders Fried chicken! Overall food is so so. This is a crowd pleaser, judging by the number of people waiting for a table.. It's a cavernous room, with a constant din, and can get a little congested at peak time. This is typical: We saw eight guys stand to leave from their table, but the conversation continued. One guy put his hand at his friend's back and said "scuse me Fred." about three times. When Fred continued to chat, his friend finally leaned in and yelled, "MOVE FRED!" And it wasn't a bit disruptive. Fred moved, btw. About half the space needed for his friend to pass by. Waitstaff seem overworked except for the cute thangs kibbutzing at the reception desk. I suspect that mgmt thinks it's more important to have many greeters up there so guests can be hustled to a table until one of the few floor staff arrives. Individual tankards of coffee at each table buys time for the house while you're waiting for them to come for your order. My daughter ordered the multi grain pancake, but was told that it was an error on the menu as there isn't any multi grain batter. It's the same FirstWatch recipe that's always been used. At least she told us. So much a la carte, so much nonsense here. First Watch is expensive and annoying for just breakfast. I'll choose any other place, given the social opportunity. read more

Good Times. We had just a 10 minute wait and on Ash Wednesday. Great, really great server. 3 out of 4 ordered breakfast no complaints on the quality, it all looked very good. Lots to choose from on the menu. I ordered a turkey/ bacon melt and added avocado . The melt was excellent the $.89 avocado add on was shameful, two of the teeniest little slices ever to be seen with the naked eye. Soup was delicious. I do wish they carried REAL maple syrup, the french toast was awesome, except for the gross syrup. Place was clean , prices average. Visited First Watch/North Naples with my wife recently. I was taken aback at the interaction of the waitress with our table. My wife is black, I'm white, additionally I am vision impaired/ legally blind. Neither of us added to our waitress' burden, straightforward order off the menu. There was however a distinct difference, or lack of service we received, as opposed to neighboring tables (same waitress). Nearby tables were greeted, asked if all was okay, refill on coffee enquires, we were left with no query of satisfaction, no check if we required refills, pretty much wilderness. I appreciate we live in the 'South', but I cannot disassociate proximity. My handicap and/or my wife's skin color was undoubtedly related to the distinctly and glaring different/poor service we received on this occasion. Sad, as we are both educated, professional people. I can honestly say I haven't experienced this in the 3.5 years I've lived in Florida, or the 35 years of joyful marriage with my wife. Maybe First Watch needs a wake up to understand it's a big world, and we all just need to get along in mutual respect for each other. It seems to be one of the busiest brunch places in the area. Before you begin your meal, consider purchasing the $120 gift card for $100. It's really ideal if you plan on returning multiple times. Service: Kind servers but average speed. Ambience: it's above average in noise level, but sitting at your table, you'll just hear mostly your party. Food: Get the pancakes - they are deliciously fluffy and giant! Also, try the raspberry preserves with the pancakes instead of the plain old maple sugar. Monte cristo French toast is tasty if you are craving something savory. And to drink, get their fresh squeezed orange juice - it's great, but not as awesome as Randy's nearby. read more
