Good first experience while spending the weekend in Naples. We didn't have to wait to be seated, they were not as busy as we expected. Most of my party was gluten-free, and had known First Watch as being allergy friendly. Didn't have as many options as we would have liked, but they were able to prepare my egg & avocado sandwich on the gluten-free toast. I enjoyed it and my side of breakfast potatoes. Everyone liked their meals enough but were all served at different times. read more

My first time at this First Watch. Servers were very friendly and attentive. Checked on us a few times. Food was good and delivered to us quickly. Decor is always cute and it appeared to be clean in the restaurant itself. Would definitely recommend! read more

Heidi was our server and she was top notch!!! Great smile and personality!!!! Had the new steak potato hash and eggs !! The new blueberry cornbread was awesome!!! Have to say the custard dipped French five toast was a bit dry but tasty!! Overall this location was a winner!! read more

I came in hoping to have a relaxing and delicious lunch and I had the best experience! Tammy was amazing! The best customer services I've ever received at any First Watch! This is an amazing location and fantastic service! Thank you Tammy read more

Very nice food, the pretty redhead accidentally gave me the wrong eggs order but swiftly fixed it. I do really like the prices of the food I do wish the tonic was a little more heavier in the apple or the ginger so that it would balance the slight bitter taste in the juice (probably the lemon). I'm looking forward to coming back in the future one day and I hope that day will jane. thank you guys! read more

Let me put it plainly, and I do mean plainly: if you value your time, your taste buds, and the notion of competent service, you will steer clear of this particular First Watch location as though it were under quarantine. The east side I-75 spot off Immokalee Road? Exemplary. The airport location? Equally commendable, with staff who appear to know the difference between hospitality and indifference. But this outpost? A tragic case study in how to squander a brand's good name--the servers are very nice and competent, but I get the general sense that management left the building some time ago and forgot to lock the door and left some type of hopped-up dictator in charge who screws everything up. I have *never*, until today, witnessed a General Manager openly argue with staff and create such a reckless and unwelcoming environment for customers. Do y'all have an office to air your grievances rather than in front of the customers? Do y'all have a District Manager or Regional Manager who reads these reviews?? The woman you have running this particular location needs REHAB and an immediate intervention, because she's either on drugs or she is mentally disturbed. Avoid it at all costs, lest you find yourself wondering why you didn't take my advice in the first place. Go to a different location. read more

Great place to stop into when your on the go. I love their breakfast & green drinks. Great service!

Excellent!! My boyfriend and I were in a hurry to get food and hit the road. We told the waitress we were short on time and she did such a wonderful job at getting our orders quickly and effectively. She was also very friendly and attentive (filling up water when needed, checking in on food, bringing drinks within a minute of being ordered). She even brought the check before we finished eating so we could leave as soon as we were done. In regards to the food, I got the Parma Skillet Hash and my boyfriend got the Farm House Skillet Hash. We had an orange juice and a Kaletonic as well. We enjoyed both! Overall great brunch experience! read more

This spot is average, especially for a vegetarian. I do like how they serve free coffee when you wait but the wait was EXTREMELY long. The place is super small and it was way too loud. I've been here twice but I'm not sure I would come back. I've tried the veggie burger and tomato soup which was the better of the two meals I ate here. On my second visit I had pancakes which were just average. As I mentioned, the loud environment just doesn't allow you to enjoy the meal! Service is always good. 4/5 stars for this one. read more

This place is known for their healthy, made from scratch breakfast that is cooked to order using only fresh ingredients. The inside is fresh and vibrant with plenty of lighting while very spacious with plenty of seating. They have WiFi and there are complimentary newspapers for you to read inside while waiting for your table. They offer daily breakfast and lunch specials and serve omelettes, pancakes, waffles, skillet dishes and Benedict's. If your looking for a healthier option they offer power bowls, oatmeal, granola bowls and power wraps. For lunch, the salads and fresh made sandwiches are recommended. My server sat me right away and offered several suggestions. I decided on a favorite of mine, the Chickichanga that has whipped eggs with spicy all-natural white-meat chicken, chorizo sausage, green chilies, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, onions and avocado rolled in a flour tortilla. Topped with Vera Cruz sauce and sour cream. Served with fresh fruit and fresh, seasoned potatoes. This dish light, flavorful and not heavy tasting at all. The avocado pairs well with the chicken and Vera Cruz sauce making for a delightful meal. The service was good and they are well staffed at this location. The only downfall was, the seasoned potatoes were undercooked and very dense. Everything else was perfectly made and quite pleased with what I ordered. read more

This breakfast dish ELOTE MEXICAN STREET CORN HASH as many that have been on a separate menu for just three months, will once again, leave the menu as of August 15th. Rarely are they extended for another week or two. Was told this by the manager. I had this entree yesterday 6/28/21 and it was the best! ALL their dishes are great but this would have been my only entree from now on. The flavors in all the dish were perfect. Great combination. I'm posting this in ALL six First Watch restaurants in Naples so you don't miss this. Enjoy! read more

First Watch is always a good move in a pinch. Their consistency across all of their locations, is pretty impressive, considering their menu is seasonal. I've never been disappointed by their food, their staff is seldom unpleasant. read more

The WORSE first watch experience, ever. We walk in and quickly greeted by Steve. He told us to have a seat, there was a 10-15 minute wait. However, two other parties came in and were immediately seated(with the same amount of people). I thought that was interesting, but moved on from that. We sit down and Ashley asks if we wanted any coffee. We said no and she disappeared for 10 minutes. Yet she served two tables water that came in after us. At this point we were ready to walk out, when she came over and asked for drinks. She gave us water but, didn't pour it in a cup like she did her other tables. Once our food was ready, it was delivered and that's it. She showed up once our food was practically gone to ask if it was okay. No drink refills, just a check at our table. Steve asked how was our meal and we said it was okay, but the service was horrible. He gave us two $2.00 off coupons and said thanks for coming in and "he's sorry and even though $2 isn't much, it's something". I'm not coming to this first watch ever again - purely horrific. read more

A great little breakfast/lunch chain recommended by a local. The menu had a lot of healthier items on it which was nice, but my favorite menu feature was definitely the "2 For You" option. You can pick two "1/2" servings from a list of some of their popular salads and sandwiches (and/or a soup) - for a really good price! Our server was friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. As far as the food goes, my 1/2 Market Veggie Sandwich was delicious, as well as my Chicken Avocado Chop Salad. In my mind the best comparison I can make is this place reminded me of a much higher quality Panera Bread (if Panera was more of a restaurant). I would come back for a bite while visiting Florida to mix and match menu items or try a breakfast meal. read more

I have been looking for a top-notch breakfast/brunch restaurant for six months. I FINALLY found it! This restaurant has everything: great ambiance, superb and quick service, high-quality, innovative food choices, FRESH produce, and proteins, tasty freshly squeezed juices, indoor and patio seating, and the best part is that it's affordable. I almost feel I shouldn't write a review to keep it a secret! The only bad thing is that they close at 2:30 pm. read more

Delicious food, and outstanding service! I love the variety of the menu and also the fact that you can have breakfast or lunch.

Again, why do people like this chain? Came for my hubby's free birthday breakfast which turns out to be more expensive because they nickel and dime you. We were the only ones in the entire place, not counting one old lady reading the paper, yet our food took forever to be cooked. Blueberry pan cakes were so blah my hubby wished he had the gluten free frozen ones at home instead. My veggie skillet looked appetizing but again had no taste. There's only so much that salt and pepper can do! Service was the only good thing here. Free or not, not returning to ANY of their branches. Waffle House keeps lookin better ! read more

This place is really good for healthy eaters and people who just want to pig out. I'm both. Got the Protein Pesto Chicken Bowl & the protein pancakes both of which are great. Also ordered eggs Benedict and chocolate chip pancake as a more traditional meal and it was very good as well. Your boy doesn't eat many carbs but their bread (Orlando Bread Co) is bomb. The quality of meat is legit, it's not chintzy bacon or ham, but real think think cut stuff read more

First Watch is a nationwide breakfast and lunch cafe, first opened in Pacific Grove California in 1983, and has spread to 29 states, with it's base in Bradenton Florida. It is the same old formula that people are much too used to to question. We had a table that was dirty, the hot sauce bottle was new( and had to open it), a ketchup bottle that was empty, clutter for coffee on the small table, dishware that had speckles on it( looking like it was dirty) and very salty gravy for my biscuits and gravy. I was given water in a Mason jar, with loud music playing and echoing throughout the high ceiling restaurant. I wanted to get dessert but my server Jacob handed us the check before we could, having the cashier fix it as we ordered their overrated donuts. This chain is barely above Country Crock. A hard pass, especially with the glut of places to go in Naples Florida. Plus, Three days later, we received a flyer in the mail from them. They were quick to get my information to send out advertisements to anyone. read more

Gentleman at the front desk: helpful and very friendly. Seated us after a short wait. Food: Delicious and good portion sizes Waitress: Extremely rude. First, we thought we did something wrong. Then, we noticed that the other tables on either side of us were treated the same way and the patrons were equally perplexed. We may come back for the food but will request a different waiter/waitress if we have her again. read more

I don't understand why there aren't any pictures or reviews on this site. But, as with many of the other locations we've frequented for lunch, this also is up there with great food. I posted pictures of what we had before today. But the pictures to today's lunch I can't find. They had a phenomenal Butternut Squash soup. Will have for a short time I was told. Don't miss it. The half sandwiches with soup or salad combo specials are great and very reasonable. $7.90. The Arnold Palmer drink gets a free refill. The server we had today was ADAM and he was great. Right on top of things. Thank you Adam!! You'll see what we had just below here. Love this place. This is about the 4th location I've been to. read more

They had me at avocado toast.... :) This is a casual, friendly breakfast/brunch spot with a wonderful selection of dishes. My avocado toast with basted eggs was delicious, as were the pancakes and breakfast platter ordered by my family. Our server was friendly and thoughtful - I'm sorry I don't recall her name. I also enjoyed their green juice, Kale Tonic, though it was a little ice-heavy -- mental note for next time. I wish they would consider offering more gluten-free options, especially pancakes or toast. Something to think about, First Watch crew. Also - please consider opening another location in the south Miami / Gables area. We need you down here! read more

5 STARS! Doesnt taste like a franchise but it is!!! Fresh food ahead! FOOD: The hash with tomato, bacon and avacado is delicious. The flavors pop from all areas and the textures blend so well. Topped with scrambled eggs i found this plate davine! Its sided with fresh fruit and two slices or bagel toast. Yum! The cranberry oatmeal was filling and with the fresh sliced bananas on top, sugar on the side, this was a great decision. The wheat pancakes are light and fluffy and the taste is perfect. You wouldnt know its wheat! The added blueberries and fresh and plump, not frozen! SERVICE: Our server was very very friendly. She smiled more than any server before. She also was very helpful in helping us decide on food. OVERALL: Five stars baby! And I cant believe its a franchise. They need to make their way to San Antonio!! ENJOY! read more

Food is amazing and fresh and Sean was beyond accommodating. I had the BLT breakfast skillet , bacon and Bloody Mary. Highly recommend!

Definitely in the top two for BFF and I when we are b-festing in Naples. (The other choice being Wa-Ho, so it's kind of a no brainer). Coming from Boston, I'm always impressed with the southern hospitality here. Everyone is so friendly and nice, it's like they actually WANT to do their job and serve you. No complaints about the food either. In fact, I cannot believe that they had goat cheese on the menu. Sign. Me. Up. On our last visit here, I enjoyed one of the turkey wraps off the healthy menu-- a tomato wrap encasing fluffy egg whites, spinach, turkey and GOAT CHEESE. Guzzled half down with the side of fresh fruit and delicious orange juice, savored the other half later for lunch--actually it tasted even better cold! I look forward to coming back again soon :) read more
