On vacation and had a buy one get one free coupon offer for First Watch and found this location across from the hotel. This location was very consistent aesthetically compared to other locations I have been to with a farmhouse vibe and decor. We were greeted and seated immediately in a table in the dining area upon arrival. Our waiter came by to take our drink order and then brought waters to the table and then came back to take our food order. I had The Works Omelette and I customized it to remove the sausage and ham and add avocado. I had a side of fruit and English muffin. I asked for the homemade salsa that comes with the Bacodo omelette. When I got my order the salsa was missing and the server did not come to follow up to ensure that our order was complete. My omelette was cooked perfectly and had a generous amount of toppings. I was very satisfied with the portion size and quality of the food and they were very accommodating with the customization of my order. My party also had the Trifecta breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and a waffle as well as the Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich with potatoes. The service could have been a bit more attentive as by the time she checked on us, I had almost finished my omelette and never received my salsa. But overall, had a satisfying and enjoyable breakfast dining experience and appreciate the coupon from the rewards program. read more

Never ordered from this place before. I was just a worker outside servicing the trash-can in front of the establishment. When a kind employee named Hannah came out and offered me a drink on the house. The workers here are real people. Definitely will dine here in the future. read more

Not Bad, but Not Outstanding. The server was prompt and friendly but forgetful and not diligent in following up with customer. The food was ok but nothing to write home about. Prices were ok in keeping with other restaurants like Manhattan and Yours Truely. I had the Classic Eggs Benidict with herb potatoes. The potatoes were ok, especially as they are fresh not frozen variety but the ham was more of a deli ham (like ham off the bone variety) rather than a thin ham steak. Eggs were good with the right consistency of over easy variety. My brothers was the 2 bacon parmesan hash which he said was also ok. So for us, OK sums it up. read more

I'm excited to finally check this place out. Didn't realized this place. This place gets busy but service is great! Staffs are very friendly and make sure to attend to your orders. Food came out hot and delicious! If they're still serving Watermelon Wake up drink, make sure you try em. It was absolutely refreshing! read more

First Watch has always been my favorite but the wait made me reluctant to go. We were seated as soon as we arrived and our order was taken very quickly. We opted for the specials and everything was delicious! The blueberry lemon cornbread actually had a lemon curd on top that was phenomenal! We took half back to the hotel and ate it for dessert later and it was just as good! The granola in my bowl was very tasty and I ended up buying a bag to take home on the way out. If you like lavender I would also recommend trying the purple haze drink. I had the watermelon wake up and was pretty rich but tasty read more

Great experience here! The food is amazing and the drink options are super fun. Staff is nice and attentive. Only downfall is that it can get very crowded/busy at times. I would recommend going as early as possible so you don't get stuck in a rush and have to wait awhile. But the fact that so many people love the place I think speaks for itself! Definitely recommend! read more

First time trying the farmhouse breakfast bowl. It's delicious. It's enough to share. Two nice size pieces of multigrain toast, Plenty of Potatoes, eggs, bacon, onions w/berry composts. The roasted tomatoes are delish. They have a tangy twist to them! Another great meal at First Watch!!! read more

Very good breakfast, the interior is comforting, and everyone is very nice. The tri-athlete was great, the egg whites were cooked perfectly, veggies on the inside of the omelet were nice and tender, the pico added freshness, their toast is great, the all-natural house preserves are so fresh and sweet and plays nicely with the heat of the green chiles, the bowl of fresh fruit is a nice addition, and it was a good price for all that food. read more

One word: David. But also- I came here on a busy Tuesday lunch time. I hadn't eaten all day and got the simple classic breakfast. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly (and I'm super picky about that). David remembered my name when I was checking out after I'd given it to him during a short wait when I came in. I watched him throughout my meal, doing whatever needed to get done-hosting, wiping tables, greeting the regulars at their tables. When I was checking out David asked how everything was and I burst into tears. I was in town because my father had passed away the day before. I told him and he immediately asked if he could hug me. (Yes). And he comped my lunch, which was completely unnecessary but such a kind gesture. My brother-in-law takes clients there occasionally and I told him this must be his #1 go-to. Thank you, David for making a horrible day just a little better. read more

GREAT brunch/ breakfast place! Everytime I come here it's crowded and there is a short wait. The first time I came there I had to wait about 30-45 minutes and the second time I had to wait about 15-20 minutes but ended up doing a to-go order which also took about 30-40 minutes to get. Both times I just happen to arrive between 11AM-1PM. The tables are comfortable, very rustic. Service was great and food was bomb! portions are big so good to share if you're not crazy hungry. But for someone who's starving, the portion size is just right! I've had their ham eggs benedict which is delicious, their chocolate chip pancakes, and their turkey sausage gravy with biscuits and scrambled eggs and hash. Everything just tastes absolutely delicious! This place is great for groups and families to come enjoy a great meal together before starting their day! Pricing isn't bad either! Just be ready to wait if you arrive at the busy times. read more

First watch is always delicious. I had the frittata {wild Alaskan smoked sockeye salmon, house roasted shallots and tomato's topped with Parmesan cheese and a chive cream cheese drizzle} --I would have loved a little more sauce with this dish. It's served with a fresh ciabatta roll--this was a little too crispy to eat though. They always have fresh squeezed juices that are amazing! They rotate these so they change frequently! read more

First Watch is amazing! They have a large menu that caters to a variety of dietary restrictions. I usually have a sweet tooth when it comes to breakfast, while my husband prefers something a bit more savory and First Watch has many healthy options that we both love! Today, I branched out from my normal sweet breakfast and tried the Smoked Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Frittata. It was very flavorful and the mixed greens added a nice, fresh element! The service has been great both times I have been to this location and the food has never disappointed. They can get pretty busy (though I have never seen it quite as bad as the Cedar Road location), but I highly recommend using Yelp! to join the waitlist. We got a table minutes after arriving, while others were having to wait 20-30 minutes for a table. Definitely a time saver that more people should take advantage of! read more

I was there 12/16/24 and ordered a half grilled ham and cheese and a cup of chicken and wild rice soup. The ham was like packaged lunch meat and the soup was Luke warm and looked like mush. It was probably the bottom of the pot. I would have been embarrassed to serve that. I told the manager and he shrugged his shoulders and charged me the $10 anyway. Save your money. Food is too expensive to waste like this. read more

Very good food. somewhat pricey but everything is going up. Large selection on the menu.

Yesterday was my first time at First Watch! The interior was cute, the staff were all friendly, and our watiress was wonderful! She gave me a sample of one of the seasonal drinks so I could see if I liked it! So kind! I had the seasonal carnitas bowl with corn bread and it was very good. I loved the flavors and it was the perfect portion size! Next time I go back, I am totally trying the eggs benedict! :) read more

I ordered the 2 chocolate chip pancakes for $7.99. I thought they were good and filling! I wish there were more chocolate chips in them as they got somewhat dry. We had to wait around 30 minutes for our seat as it was quite busy at 11am. The service was quick and efficient and they did a good job. Somewhat loud and busy in there but overall a good experience. read more

Ambiance: I've enjoyed coming to this farm-inspired brunch spot. The place can get packed but the place never gets so loud you have to yell or have difficulty hearing others. The servers have been consistently super friendly and helpful although sometimes they struggle when the place is full. Food: The First Watch chain is built around clean cooking with locally-sourced ingredients which they excel at. The vegetables/salads are crisp, the jams don't taste processed, and the flavor profiles are light and complex. I think the chefs are technically excellent, they cook their eggs perfectly to your order and the potatoes are lightly crisped. The hashes are the hearty and satisfying but the best dishes are the specials which tend to use seasonal ingredients and have more unique flavors. Overall I can trust First Watch to provide a reliably enjoyable brunch experience with healthy options, all while supporting local growers. It won't replace your diner-style breakfast joint but should have a place in your brunch arsenal. read more

We met family at this First Watch location. It was a really nice one and less crowded location than the one we typically go to in Pittsburgh. We also love that you can join the waiting list (when there is one) within Yelp. That really saves time if you time it correctly. I even asked for a table instead of a booth and they accommodated. It was a nice big table. Everyone enjoyed sharing their delicious coffee and International Delites creamers. Their ice tea is also very good. I enjoyed it. I had the creamy and delicious avocado toast, which I love and is consistently good no matter what First Watch you attend. We all shared the million dollar bank which is sinfully good. My cousins had the chikichanga and absolutely loved it along with the crispy crunchy potatoes. My cousin was lovin his crab omelette. My husband enjoyed his pancake, eggs, grits and potatoes. We all loved everything we ate and the exceptional service. read more

The food really good but the service sucked. We order the million dollar bacon and the server asked do you want it way earlier than when your food arrives and I said yes. She totally forgot this and even part of our meals like our eggs and even the silverware and blamed it on kitchen being really busy. I used to go to First Watch all the time, but this was the first time I had been back in a couple years. We came in on a Saturday around 12:30, and it was busy with about a 30 minute wait. Once we were seated, service was pretty fast and our waitress was great. They've really expanded their menu options, but I still went for one of my standbys the Floridian French toast -- cinnamon French toast with wheat germ, bananas, strawberries and kiwi, and it was as good as I remembered. read more

We were looking for breakfast and decided to try first watch for the first time. We made an online order and arrived at the time specified for the order to be ready. When I walked into the restaurant, our online order was bagged and waiting. That was a cause of concern, anyone could have taken the order and how long it was waiting there. We ordered the Traditional which was eggs bacon, potatoes and wheat toast along with a BLTE with tomato soup. All the food was room temperature. The Traditional's wheat toast was wheat bread, nothing showing it had been toasted and it was soft. Also scrambled eggs were yellow and white showing they were not mixed until on the grill. The Tomato soup was so thick that when you put some on the spoon and then turn it over it would not POUR off but would come off in clumps. The BLTE was cold but tasty. Based on the price and lack of quality our first time will be our last time as customers. Our first impression was not good. read more

As far as breakfast/brunch places go, First Watch is pretty run-of-the-mill. Their menu is fairly standard, their tables are close together (read: no romantic ambiance), and the wait times are pretty high for what you end up getting. Here's what I can remember about the experience: we waited a long time to get in, we were four inches from the next table, we had to flag down our server multiple times for various things like ordering, refills, and the check, and the price was so-so. I don't remember what I got. Probably a benedict? That should tell you how memorable the food is. I guess if you're in the area it's an alright option, but it won't be a standout experience. At least the parking's plentiful. read more
