I met a friend up here for brunch to celebrate his graduation. I arrived before he did and I was greeted by Natalie at the front door. I was automatically stunned by her frames. They were adorable. I promise I'm gonna order me some. I was seated and then my friend joined me. I haven't been to first watch in a few years. I see that the menu has grown some. I kept it classy and went with the triathlete. I also had a purple haze as my drink. The food was good it's never too salty or under seasoned. The customer service was awesome and Natalie was just a butterfly. I wanted to take her away with me.

Flavorful menu selections, service was very personable, friendly and attentive. They sell their own brand of coffee strong and tasty. Funny we have seen them in 6 states we have lived and quality go beyound statelines glad to see their close by.

Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast comes with eggs & chicken apple sausage

I'm so glad I stopped here for breakfast because everything was AMAZING! Luckily I got here ahead of the crowd and was able to snag a seat at the bar. For my drink I ordered the Morning Meditation Juice and it's fresh squeezed!!! It comes with orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar and beet. So good and freshing! For my meal I decided to stick with the fall theme and get the pumpkin pancake meal which comes with eggs & chicken apple sausage. I ordered my eggs fried hard. The chicken apple sausage was a delight! I like how it's not the traditional link sausage everyone else uses and it had herbs in it. It was in a patty form and you get 2. it tasted like it was made in-house. The pumpkin pancake was light, fluffy inside with a crisp edge. The size is a large round so although it only came with one, it was all I needed. Needless to say I scraped the plate and had not one crumb left. I really like how the syrup is served warm! I'm not sure about their other locations but this one is one I'd come back to for sure. The payment method is easy too! I was able to scan the QR & pay with apple pay. No need to wait for your card & have to sign! I wish more places did that.

Great breakfast spot, you can never go wrong! It was clean and the food was delish!! Our waitress seemed like she didn't have her morning cup of tea

I use to order breakfast here if not daily every other day to-go. The only problem was I would always find lettuce in the A.M. Superfoods Bowl. I mention to them once that this keeps happening, but that didn't change anything because I kept finding lettuce in my Superfoods Bowl like they're using the same utensils. Now, it's probably been a few of months since I've order here and now the Avocado Toast doesn't even have seasoning or salt on it, Avocado isn't even chopped up anymore and the eggs are just bland. Not to mention a funny taste to it. I couldn't even eat it sadly. As a chef in my previous career, this location is becoming a disappointment. At least for to-go orders. Whatever changed it shows. Most likely will be finding another FirstWatch.

We clearly hated it! Came in on a Wednesday mid morning for brunch. We were seated immediately, and our drinks came out fast. We tried the Raspberry Ricotta French Toast, Million Dollar Bacon, Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee, and Elevated Egg Sandwich. Everything came out super fast and was delicious! Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was nice and clean and had a cute farmhouse theme going on. Overall we had a great experience and would love to come back! Hopefully I'll remember to take photos BEFORE we clean our plates lol. Thanks First Watch team!

Ok the good... the outside area is nice for fall weather... food is good... when you finally get it. The service was good, she was very nice but spread too thin for the area she was covering. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a chicken hash bowl, also a waffle it took 45 minutes. I could have gone and grocery shopped and gone home and made the food quicker. Second time visiting, this was a Sunday with my husband. First time by myself on. Saturday and Eggs Benedict took 40 minutes and was cold. Great potential.. I will wait awhile before going back. I am sure my review will not deter people, which is good, but pack a book, your patience and if you have kids make sure a snack before.

On 1/19 my family and I decided to give the newest First Watch a try. I went with my husband and daughter. First Watch is my favorite breakfast spot and of course I ordered my usual: The Trifecta (Chocolate Chip Pancake, w/ Chicken Sausage and Potatoes instead of Eggs) and hubby ordered the Works Omelette. Unfortunately, our food was taken to the table sitting right next to us. They ordered before us so I didn't think anything of it when their food was brought out. Until one of them sent their food back. The other just thought she had the wrong side. They took the plate back into the kitchen and then brought it to my husband. I could hear the kitchen staff a little upset about having to remake my food. What was even weirder the person who brought out the food was both of our waitress. There wasn't any apology or communication about why my food came out 10-15 minutes after my husband's. This location is closer to home but I think it still has some kinks to work on. Until then I'll keep going to the South Park location.

Service is very slow, @850am. Only a couple of people in the dinning area. Our waitress has walked pass us couple of times ask if we was ready to order then she disappeared before taking our order. Once we got to order and the food was served: the eggs were cooked to perfection. The bacon was delicious. The potatoes are little over seasoned for my taste. Overall it was a good breakfast.

Came for brunch on a Monday - got seated within 10 minutes. The service was good, friendly waiter. For food, we ordered the avocado toast, egg sandwich and egg, biscuit and gravy, potatoes plate. The egg sandwich and plate filled us up - huge portion sizes. Quality was good as well. A cute breakfast spot when looking for a typical brunch menu!

Everything was so nicely seasoned I enjoyed it! The place was nicely decorated and clean , the people were okay. I will say I found hair underneath my biscuit, but I'm not making it too much of a big deal. Not sure if I'll be back but for what I had everything was nice.

Eggs over medium and boiled egg, we asked for over easy.

The area was clean and the cute interior makes for a good social media photo op. The menu has good variety and explorative flavors that encourages repeat visits. I got a Mango Milk Tea and was not disappointed. It gave a Mango Lassi vibe and was very refreshing. My only downside was the bottom of the drink tasted gritty and had a white residue left at the bottom. Also, I initially wanted the drink with light ice and this was my first encounter at a shop that charges extra for light ice (45 cents). Not a huge deal and I understand that companies incur more costs for light ice or no ice. Maybe I could justify the additional charge for getting the drink without ice, but I still wanted ice---just not a lot of it. I just would've like to have been told about it or seen some signage about the additional charge since the toppings and other add ons are listed out. I could've missed where it was listed out, but I don't think I saw anything written out. Nonetheless, after a few healthy gulps, I was sad that the drink was gone. I would come back to try other items.
