Their pricing was excellent, the work was completed incredibly fast, and the timing couldn't have been better--they replaced our entire fireplace and chimney right before the holidays, allowing us to fully enjoy our home with out-of-town guests. Scott and Martinez were phenomenal throughout the entire replacement process. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was explained clearly, and the job was done efficiently without cutting corners. One thing that truly set Jax Chimney Pros apart was their attention to detail and respect for our home. Instead of destroying the front Italian marble mosaic to replace the fireplace, they thoughtfully accessed everything through the wall behind the fireplace, preserving the stunning, gorgeous marble on the front. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. A huge shout-out as well to Ben, who replaced the wall afterward and textured it so perfectly that you would never know a large hole had ever been cut. His craftsmanship was absolutely amazing--flawless work. Overall, Jax Chimney Pros delivered excellent service, MORE THAN fair pricing (LOWER THAN ALL OTHERS), fast repairs, and top-tier craftsmanship. If you're looking for a company that truly goes above and beyond, this is the team to call. We are beyond happy with the results and would recommend them without hesitation! TRUST ME !!!!

Before moving in, we renovated and redid the fireplace inside and while all the construction was going on we discovered a leak in the chimney! Turned out we needed a new chimney cap and some other repairs. After all that and the chilly weather we have been having, I had John book us an inspection and sweep. I didn't want to take any chances with the new house! We scheduled a level II inspection and sweep. There was a wait to get an appointment- but today they were 10 minutes early and took about 40 minutes for the two men to check and clean our chimney. They said it was one of the cleanest they had ever seen! I'm sure the new cap helped- but also they believe the chimney was barely used. The gentleman (Michael) who came into the house was very professional- he removed his shoes, made sure to lay down a drop cloth and even covered the front of the fireplace to keep any soot to a minimum. Our report is very thorough- everything is to code and in good condition. And I currently have a fire blazing even though it's not too chilly out! Had I known the leak was not so much the roof- but a chimney problem, I probably would have had a quote from this company!
