The salesperson had a professional appearance that represented the dealership well. The most important attribute of any car salesperson is to greet all their showroom visitors as an well-informed buyer regardless of whether they may be kicking tires or just window shopping. This dealership revealed that kind of ability. I believe it is important for a car salesman to know a few key things about how to interact with customer and to provide a highly satisfying experience which will ultimately end with an automobile purchase. Both the parts and sales department had provided an pleasing and relaxing visit. Chico, the manager that answered the phone, asked where I was and where I wanted the car towed. I told him and he gave me a price of $175. I said fine, ok. He dispatched the call to a driver. Driver calls me screaming at the top of his lungs, "how many miles to the place where you want to be towed?" I said sir I don't know I'm stranded in the middle of the road. I gave you the address. He says "well look it up in your phone because I think the price should be much higher." Then he starts telling me how he makes commissions on tows and he wants to make sure it's enough money etc.... I hung up on him mid sentence and called another tow company. A few minutes later this rude driver calls me back and says he's on the way. While I'm on the phone with him the other driver from the other tow company showed up and politely got me towed from the street. I would never recommend this company. Very disrespectful and rude with me and it was not called for.
