Showed up earlier than promised. Put his little battery charger tool on the battery and asked me to start the vehicle. It started right up. He said to let it run for 20 min. I asked what happens when I turn it off. He replied 50/50 chance it would start again. Then pointed out it was probably under warranty. No charge. Subaru paid.

I went to the Delray Beach location because my front grill was basically falling off (bad repair…read morejob from another dealer). As soon as I walked in the door, Nick greeted me and asked about my situation. After explaining to him, he said "let me take a look". After checking it out, he pointed out the problems with the previous repair job. I asked him what price I was probably looking at and he explained that a proper repair job is probably going to be at least $2500 (just a ballpark guess since it wasn't completely inspected). He then offered to help me put the grill back in place and temporarily secured it. He said that as long as I avoided concrete parking stops and potholes, my grill should remain secured for awhile until I am able to get a proper repair. Nick was the ultimate professional. I definitely know where I will be taking my car when I'm ready.

Ladies DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. My friend reached out to this company…read morefor a tow to be provided for less than 3 miles which costed $170. Which is ridiculous for 3 miles but due to it being urgent she decided to have them come anyway. On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. I am not pleased at all with this company and how courtesy was not shown at all. Ladies please don't use this company As you will get take advantage of.

Instead of taking ownership of a job not done well, Jonathan tried saying my vehicle was painted somewhere else and it was not his shop's fault. My vehicle has never been in an accident, the only time it has been painted was at this place, and I have text message proof that we had to bring the car more than once last year to get the overspray taking care of and was never completely accomplished. Jonathan instead of accepting that the job was not done right flat out lied to the dealer when he had to redo the job and said the hood had Bondo, a complete lie!! Not only did we pay him extra money to remove all paint imperfections when he had my car for the warranty work, but why would I repaint my car for no reason. Luckily the dealer stepped up and had Jonathan redo the work. I assume that at some point in the past they must have been a good place to do business, but not today. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place!!!
