I didn't choose them. I called Subaru roadside assistance as my car is under warranty. My car would not start in the driveway. I suspected it was the battery. Tech texted he was on the way. Showed up earlier than promised. Put his little battery charger tool on the battery and asked me to start the vehicle. It started right up. He said to let it run for 20 min. I asked what happens when I turn it off. He replied 50/50 chance it would start again. Then pointed out it was probably under warranty. No charge. Subaru paid. read more

My car's battery died in BJ's parking lot. I called my carmaker's roadside assistance number. They contacted Mr. QuickPick - Lake Worth and told me it would be 60-90 minutes. The person from Mr. QuickPick, arrived in under 60 minutes, was polite and courteous, and he got me up and running within minutes. Kudos and thanks. read more

A tech from this company named Maverick was dispatched by Mercedees roadside assistance. I was alerted of his ETA I was able to track him and he called me when he was on his way. When he arrived he was super nice , let me stay in my car ( i was pulled over on I-95) and was extremely fast! My experience was great. Maverick was definitely a bright spot to a scary situation. Thanks for the great service. read more

After checking it out, he pointed out the problems with the previous repair job.
