We ordered a chicken quesadilla, a chicken loco taco, and the carnitas. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and so incredibly delicious. We recently ate at a Michelin rated taco restaurant and your food truck blew them out of the water. The burrito came filled with Mexican rice, beans, cheese, and crema, and it was pretty hefty for the price compared to similar spots. The carnitas had good seasoning and roasted flavor, though they were more moist than the traditional slightly dry carnitas I'm used to. My first bite was a little salty, and unfortunately the burrito wasn't very hot and the soda wasn't very cold. They did include salsa cups. The red salsa had real heat (ears itching), while the green tomatillo salsa was tangy but mild. Solid flavor and good portion size, but a hotter burrito and an ice cold drink would make the meal much better. I will join my coworkers again, this time with special instructions to make the burrito hot and to grab a cold drink from the back.

I got the Big Lily Mammoth crepe and I'm blown away by how good it was. Deceptively big portions and the crepe holder is a sturdy and perfect way to eat without getting your hands dirty. Pricing may seem high right off the bat, but these things are packed with ingredients and are worth it! I was given a buzzer and waited less than 5 minutes for my order to be ready! The staff was super friendly with big smiles all around and I didn't realize until looking back at photos that the guy was posing for the photo in the back holding up crepes, which is hilarious. Great attitudes, very quick turnaround time from ordering to receiving food and I would highly recommend trying these out if you see them! All their offerings sound delicious and based off my experience, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the choices.
