Edan at Midwest Marble and Granite helped me select attractive elements like the sink, faucet, quartz material, and backsplash ceramic tile. Because of her experience as an interior decorator, I really valued her insights. On installation day, I was truly impressed by Jake, Carlos, and the team. They worked tirelessly to remove the old countertops and backsplash and to ensure the heavy new countertops were perfectly aligned and level. I had no idea how physically demanding this work could be. The next day, during backsplash installation, the same praise goes to Patrick, Frank, Eddie, and Austin. They spent hours bending over the counters, meticulously cutting, placing, and grouting ceramic tiles on four walls. That has to be backbreaking, especially for someone as tall as Frank! I now use them to winterize my system, despite it being self draining. Setup an inspection date and met Chris Dollmann(Certified Master Inspector). Chris is personable, extremely knowledgeable and fully explained every issue which needed immediate attention, or anything that should be corrected, but not critical. Have purchased three homes during my lifetime(this being my last) and can say Chris is by far the most comprehensive inspector I have dealt with. All items documented and sent via PDF (with pictures). Due to Chris's thoroughness, estimates totaled $8,000 (mainly roof and electrical) of which I forwarded a copy to the seller resulting in $4000 being paid via seller at closing. Highly recommend 'Direct Inspections' and very appreciative of Chris's expertise.

Cost was $100. NOTE: Two other roofers wanted $400 to fix the problem!!! Fast forward to 05.2025. I noticed several black spots up high on my ceiling. Matt came out to check the spots.
