Cream chipped beef on toast and home fries.
    Mark T.

I reviewed this place a couple years ago when we stumbled upon it. We liked it so much we went back twice during our stay. This trip, we saw it again on nearby eats. Had to come back! Just as I remember. Best Chipped beef I've ever had. It's not bland like everywhere else. It's absolutely phenomenal. Staff is as friendly as I remember, just an absolute great place to eat. And it's a really nice place! Comfortable and priced great! When we're in town again I will absolutely be returning again!

Best breakfast in town. Local mom n pop shop with really great food
    Cassandra P.

Well I must say I was impressed. I was not sure what to expect but it had great reviews so I had to give it a try. This restaurant is such a great mom n pop shop. The staff was so friendly and attentive as well. The town doesn't have too many restaurants in this area so we were really glad we found this place...we went 2 days in a row, so long story short we enjoyed it. They have a very simple breakfast and lunch menu. When you arrive you order at the front and then find your seat wherever you wish. The place is small but cozy. The food comes out pretty quickly. The things we tried were all really good. Pancakes, omelettes, biscuits and gravy. It was the perfect home cooking style. I want to come try their lunch next time.

My son and i found this place when we took a trip to PA to go ziplining at the skytop Lodge. On the way there we stop by grab 2 breakfast sandwiches and we took the menu as well, I've got the the campsite and I was delighted by the sandwiches. I've told my son that we have to review the menu and maybe we can stop by on the way home and we did. We headed home around 2:30 pm and I've told my kid, we need to try some other items. AGAIN. We were amazed by buffalo wings, the chicken parm sandwich and the sirracha burger. Omg such a small place with amazing food, the owner Josh was very very nice to us.. If you ever around the area, stop by and you won't be disappointed. Love this place

Friendly service, delicious and reasonably priced food, and a cute & clean interior. I found this place on Yelp on our way to the Skytop Lodge, and I'm really glad we stopped in! They serve breakfast all day and have daily specials. They also had art and jewelry from local artists inside.

Grilled Chicken Melt with a side of split pea soup

We were on a weekend vacation from Philadelphia and looking for an easy place for lunch and were so happy we found this gem. Don't let the simplistic decor fool you, the food here is really great and well priced. I got the Turkey Rachel - crisp, gooey cheese, grilled perfectly. My husband got the Grilled Chicken Melt - bread was excellent and chicken was moist. We were actually a bit surprised at how good the food was not to mention how nice the staff was. Although we didn't need it for our visit, they have a grocery area if you want to pick up some simple camping foods which is a nice add on. The only downside...for being a cafe the coffee was subpar. But overall - a 5 star experience!

The food as very good. The Chicken Cranberry Croissant (toasted croissant with pulled chicken and cranberry salad with arugula salad) was our favorite. I've come back while driving through just for that chicken sandwich. Unfortunately we were traveling with it and I asked them to separate all the items for us and they did not. Would have been nice to reconstruct it ourselves and not have a soggy sandwich when we got to our destination. Much better to eat immediately so make sure you do that. I would have to say space is limited and the placement of the furniture makes it hard to dine in. It was very interesting because there were parties smaller than us and they all seemed cramped as well. We sat at the corner table right when you walk in on the left, we all had to sit on the bench because the circular table in the middle of the space blocked us from sitting on the other side of our table. It was very awkward because it was hard for our party to get out and the other table was full and wasn't being helpful by scooching a bit haha. I would recommend the food here but only if you're in a small party and looking for a quick bite.

Our order: a carrot Morning Glory muffin, a breakfast sandwich (two organic eggs, grilled Spanish chorizo, sharp cheddar, baby arugula, and sriracha mayo on a fresh-baked roll), a HUGE chocolate milk, a mocha latte, and some spreadable cashew cheese to-go. The café itself is tiny--just enough space to place or pick up orders--but it's full of eclectic charm. There are a few tables out front, some indoor seating, and a hidden garden patio in the back that makes it feel like a secret hangout spot. The vibe is funky, cozy, and very "local favorite." The staff were super friendly, which made the experience even better. The food was fantastic! The muffin was moist, flavorful, and big enough to split. The breakfast sandwich was perfectly portioned for two, with that warm, lightly toasted roll stealing the show alongside the chorizo and sharp cheddar. The chocolate milk was rich and perfectly chocolaty, and the cashew cheese spread was salty, nutty, and delicious on crackers. We sat outside on the sidewalk café tables and watched the town slowly wake up around us. Between the great food, the welcoming atmosphere, and the little details that make it special, it's easy to see why locals recommend Café Duet as a "must try." We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

We stayed in Room 10 which features a king size bed and a large soaking tub. The bed was comfortable, clean, and the bathroom was sizable. We always felt like there was a lot of space to unwind and relax when we were in our room. We were offered the Fall menu when we were there. On day 1 I had the apple crumble French toast (AMAZING) and I'm not even a big French toast guy. Your table has fresh orange juice, water, and coffee/tea when you come down and get seated. Loved this. On day 2 I had the traditional breakfast and enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was friendly and accommodating - as expected from a well run B&B. We were on site for a small gathering of gamer friends and so I also tried some of their offerings in the small cafe. I tried Italian wedding soup for lunch and got several hot tea drinks. All excellent. They have a small "snack room" near the main entrance that has popcorn, and water, coffee maker, and other small amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the most visitor-focused B&B we've had the pleasure of staying in. It sounds obvious to say that, but it his place really puts your money to work to make you enjoy your stay.
