Edmonton West Location:…read more At first when I got to ArrKann, I was impressed. But over the last 3 weeks, the customer service has been a complete hassle! The Sales team; Cassandra & Ryan were both amazing, friendly and they really took our dreams into a reality! (Them two honestly need a freaking raise!) The day of pick up, we drove the trailer to the plot of land of which it would be staying and being a first time buyer we were extremely cautious bringing it home. Upon getting it home, we had noticed the furnace vent door had not been closed completely by their service department; and it had in fact broke in half from the wind all within 30 mins of owning it. We went straight back to Arrkann right away to order the furnace cover. The service manager Christine had ensured that she would order us a new cover and that she would call us... multiple days later still no phone calls. We used the trailer for one night. After pulling out our couches and chairs, there was mouse poop and chewed up pieces of foam scattered under the furniture and in the floor vents. Not cleaned and burnt out light bulb's, but we thought "what ever it's an easy fix" Then the rain came the next day... Buying a 2015, we were aware that it wasn't brand new; however that is why we chose a 30k trailer over a kijiji special. The seal around our slide out was in fact leaking and pouring in water over our dinette, the slide out wall and about 20" of our carpet. We IMMEDIATELY returned it back to ArrKann. That evening we dropped off; we were so close to closing time that we had to call them to say we were on our way and would be there right at closing time. Their staff stayed until we pulled up, and to be told by another service member "that furnace cover is here and in stock"... I was furious, the fact that nobody in the service department even called to tell us they had the part and there was no calls ever made from Christine. We had called her a total of 9 times in a week; leaving multiple voicemails for an update, and never once did she bother to call us. It came to a point where my father had to step in and call Christine to hear of any update on our trailer; she which then put the phone down on my father! (He is a service manager for over the last 16+ years, and never once has he ever treated a customer the way that Christine had). From this point on, our only point of contact is the Manager Cliff. G. For all of our updates, we have called him directly for all of our questions, and estimate time to pick up our trailer. What we thought would be quick, easy and great service; me & Daniel are very disappointed in the ArrKann service department. Sales team is great, and they worked their magic (Amanda was great at getting the interest rate that we were hoping for!). But once you buy, you're on your own. "We've water tested your trailer with a sprinkler, and we can't find any leak, you can come pick up your trailer when you're ready"....they didn't want to reseal our slide out because they couldn't find the problem. However we had video proof of the leak, and the force of wind and amount of water in that rain storm was much greater than what a 'sprinkler' could do. Save your pennies and buy PRIVATELY! 2 Stars, one for Cassandra & one for Ryan doing an amazing job and finding us our dream trailer within our budget. Thank you so much, to the BOTH of you.

We bought our brand new Fifth wheel in red deer last year. it is a superb unit. There were small…read morethings that needed to be done to the unit but they were identified and we arranged to drop the unit off to the Acheson center in October. We had an issue with our slide toppers allowing water into the coach. We had to chase after them to get the repairs done because no one wanted to listen. we had video evidence of the issue. It was found a major repair was required on the main living room slide. completed. All the small things were verified and fixed We went in to pick the unit up in April the front driver portion of the camper dome had been contacted damaging the gel coat. We did a walk around and found the damage. No one had verified the camper was in good repairs. when we mentioned this they said they would make repairs. it was going to take 3 weeks. W live 4 hours from the repair center. They said we could take the unit and arrange a different time for the repairs to be completed. We brought it back in on July 2nd 2025 for the 3 week repair. They also had replaced the front LED lights but when we got the unit home we found the lights had not been hooked up to the battery because of this a number of the plug ins didn't work. We problem solved this issue and fixed it. When we arrived back to pick up the unit we attempted to hook up the unit and found someone on the team had removed the hitching mechanism from the hitch and had installed it correctly. When questioned we were given a bunch of empty noise about disciplining some junior tech or other. How about you all put a QC process in place to prevent customers from experiencing damage to equipment extra cost and time wasting from a group that is supposed to be professional. Any warranty work I require going forward will be done at a different repair center. Empty words like I understand your frustration and you deserve to express yourself is pointless to me do the work and do it right. Positive Jamie D was always there for support. He made sure to show us different options for what we were looking for. At first I wasn't sold as I had my mind made up on another layout and with another dealer. When we were ready to buy, that other dealer dealer didn't even get back to us. We reached out to Paul and came we in to see what other options were available. Paul was so observant with what we were looking for and showed us units that fits our criteria! When we found our new trailer I fell in love with it (I was very skeptical at first) Paul and his team made the whole process very easy. I love how it's family owned and you can tell that they actually care about their customers! If you're looking for amazing quality product, with a great customer experience experience, I highly recommend Trail Blazer and Paul! this is the place to go!

STOP!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!…read more TrailBlazer RV will knowingly sell you DAMAGED GOODS, We bought a 2009 RV from Trailblazer, we asked Mike the sales guy all the right questions and were repeatedly lied to. Brought the RV back for LEAKS more than once and MARK in Service DID NOTHING TO FIX IT!!! SAYING THEY COULD NOT FIND LEAK. ONLY two short yrs later RV was sold for scraps after floor and walls were soaked and moldy. iT BECAME SO WET THAT EVEN OLD PATCHES REOPENED ( We patched where we could but couldnt stay ahead of it, Inspector said the leak was there for more than two years.) TrailBlazer's Manager CHRIS did nothing to compensate us in anyway. Even with these Leaks being previously recorded on TrailBlazers records they said they could do nothing for us. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT JUST GETTING YOUR MONEY, THEN YOU THE CUSTOMER ARE ON YOUR OWN... WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE BUYER BEWARE!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED After only two years we still have a loan to pay for and NO RV :( R&C

Update with photo"s Misrepresentation, Hidden Damage, and a…read more$30,000 Loss Our experience with ArrKann Trailer & RV Center Rocky View has been nothing short of disastrous. We purchased a CanaDream Inc used motorhome from Eva Moser (Internet Sales Manager) and Brock Simmons (General Sales Manager) in May 2024 after being assured it was "like brand new," fully inspected, and in excellent condition. These statements were blatantly untrue. Brock even refused to supply items promised at the time of sale until we escalated the issue to head office. After driving 800 km to pick up the unit, we immediately discovered multiple issues--followed by more within 24 hours: a torn mattress, missing parts, cracked tires, electrical failures, a leaking hot water tank, and a large stain above the driver's seat that staff dismissed as "soap residue." This stain was later proven to be long-term, undisclosed water damage that ArrKann RV should have known about and that CanaDream Inc., the real owner at the time, had previously documented. None of this was disclosed by ArrKann RV during the sale. We then spent months caught between ArrKann Trailer & Sport Center in Edmonton and CanaDream inc in Delta, BC. We were forced to make 860 km trips for each repair at our own expense, only to face delays, poor workmanship, and incomplete repairs. While the motorhome sat unusable, water began leaking into the front cab--the exact area we questioned on pickup and were told it was soap residue from the detailing guys and that it had "no leaks or previous damage" stated by Eva Moser and Riley, the technician. Later records confirmed prior roof work in all the same locations. ICBC then informed us the motorhome could not be registered because it was still legally registered to CanaDream Inc. ArrKann RV sold us a vehicle they hadn't properly transferred. Repairs done by CanaDream Inc were not industry standard, and we were denied any documentation of the repairs performed. We were told everything was between Jason Granger (CanaDreamn Inc Sales Manager) and Chris Caldwell (VP Customer Experience & Marketing, ArrKann RV). We received no receipts, no repair details, and no transparency. ArrKann RV then Chris Caldwell asked us to sign a release waiving all future claims. We refused. Their urgency to obtain our signature was as telling as alarming. In early 2025, when attempting to trade the motorhome in, the receiving dealer uncovered major structural roof damage, hidden repair work, and long-term water intrusion that both ArrKann RV and CanaDream Inc failed to disclose, even though they were in possession of inspection reports that stated otherwise. This resulted in losses exceeding $30,000 to us personally. When we approached Chris Caldwell to discuss compensation or talk accountability, we were denied. We were told the unit was used and had "no warranty," despite months of misrepresentation, false assurances, and repeated promises that the situation would be made right. If you are considering buying from ArrKann Trailer & Sport Center or CanaDream Inc, proceed with extreme caution. Our experience has been financially devastating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. It appears that used RVs sourced from CanaDream Inc are being flipped quickly with minimal inspection and no transparency. Many promises--no follow-through. We trusted the "family-owned, award-winning" image they promote. Unfortunately, our experience suggests otherwise. Their heavy advertising on repairs and winterizing now feels like the old tale of a fox guarding the henhouse.

They were cracked all around the tire side walls and deep into the tread of the tires, initial response was how did those get missed by our inspection and also by CanaDream Inc. as they are an Alberta licensed Government inspection facilities. We have the records of that inspection with the inspectors name and license number. showing all the tires were good? So either the licensed facility is lying on inspections or someone changed out good tires for bad ones between CanaDream Inc and ArrKAnn Rv in Calgary?
