So needless to say, I had no choice on the matter for which valet company I wanted to use, so I was stuck. They were quick to respond to my original inquiry about booking, my contract stated payment would be charged two weeks prior to event date. They charged my card early even when I put it in writing in my email, that I wanted a copy of the remaining balance BEFORE charging our credit card. Within seconds of me sending that email for our final guest count plus my written statement (which was about three weeks to my event), i received a receipt for the payment. They tried to lie and tell me that it states in our contract that payment is due a month prior to event. I have a WET signature document that shows final payment is due TWO WEEKS prior to event. They said they changed their policy. I preceded to tell them that I didn't care considering that's not the agreement I signed and for them to reread their own documents. Not a single apology from them except, "Oh, we must not have changed it on your document before signing. All of our customers don't have an issue paying early." I don't really care about your other customers, nor was the money an issue, it's the fact that you breached your own contract without getting your customers final approval on the balance due when the contract was a working contract. That being said, no one complained about their service at my wedding, so I can't deny that they might at least have good employees, but the management side could use some work.

The point I'm making is that Jose's knowledge and professionalism easily matches the other highest rated, but more expensive options. On the day, Joes's team arrived exactly when scheduled, setup with no difficulty, and confidently provided service for the entirety of our agreed upon window. In comparison, we had other vendors for our party (Bar Tender; Hot Dog Man!) that required varying degrees of support and interaction. But not Jose's team from Logistic -- I literally never had to do ANYTHING for them. They just took care of their work all on their own. As their shift wound down, coinciding with the end of our party, they easily handled moving remaining guests' cars so that they were easily visible from our front door, handed off the keys to me, collected their check, and packed up and said their friendly goodbyes, leaving nary a trace that they were ever there. They were vocally asking for tips from the guests around me and were showing attitude even though they were prepaid a large lump sum of money to cover tips (I was part of the event organizers that arranged the prepaid lump sum to the crew) On to the crazy part: One of the guests was leaving and as he was pulling out, Jose, one of the valets, acted like he was hit and pinned between the cars. But look at my attached video and pictures and make your own judgement if that's truly what happened! The whole family business went into a faux panic and called emergency and police to demand insurance from the guest and proceeded to open an insurance claim against him! The security guard, also part of their company, claimed he witnessed everything when he was never there during the embarrassing event! Unfortunately their outlandish behavior left a very negative effect on the attendees of the event. They are actually dangerous and a harm to your guests and event you organize! Not to mention they pulled out my car and parked it in a handicap spot before I ever called for it. Note: Yelp removed my review once "because it wasn't clear that your review described your firsthand experience as a customer of the business." After investigating she didn't have a camera footage to proof that the headset was not stolen from her valet service so she offered me to compensate for headset. When I asked her for proof of purchase for the headset to confirm the authenticity of the headset. She backed off from her words and said she no longer want to pursue this route. It showed a clear sign that she was only buying time to and not truly address the issue. Their parking services is not trust worthy when owners of the business don't stand by their words. I have filed a police report already and will pursue legal action against them.

They were very responsive and took care of all navigating parking in a difficult street in Los Angeles. On the evening of our event, they were there early and got right to work.
