From the start, the experience was excellent. Borys scheduled an initial consultation, arrived on time, and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. I showed him the location and explained my goals, and he walked me through his ideas, potential concerns, and options until we landed on a clear plan. He then provided a very fair quote for both labor and parts on the spot. The installation itself was somewhat complex, but Borys completed everything in about two hours. He installed a recessed outlet behind the TV according to code, added a lower outlet for the AV equipment, and connected the two with a large conduit so cables could be easily fed through. He even demonstrated how to run HDMI cables through the wall to achieve a completely clean, no-visible-cables setup. The final result was exactly what I was hoping for and works perfectly with a large 75" TV. Beyond the technical work, Borys was extremely professional, patient, and thoughtful.
