These vans are owned by people but rented out by this company - so... it was an older unit, some things were broken/delicate/damn near broken and obviously not meant to be beaten so.... With common sense and care everything was fine. I drove from Tampa to the keys without difficulty. I am 5'7" 140lb and not athletic / agile. I have fallen/ tripped/ banged my head and other body parts 7000 times.. again the van is small but nice! I got to my destination (Tampa to keys) and hooked up to power / water .. power didn't work. Camp ground figured out the entire electric panel was turned off. Very odd... anyways AC and all worked great no complaints. Showered, used water heater, and dumped tanks in the morning without issue. Bed is heavy and uneven / hard to lift. You end up letting your chest hold it while your legs and back push resistance = uncomfortable with boobs let's be real.. not journeys fault but the bed will absolutely break your back/painful kink in the morning.. I'm still recovering lol. There are ants. Mind you... I'm not surprised. It's a camper in Florida. But it's still annoying. I'm in this thing for 3 days I don't want to deal with ants... Drop off was easy, provided a gate code and let myself in and out. Overall would recommend if you can deal with ordinary use and issues, if you need something brand new and sparkling this isn't it.

This was not mentioned to my husband. It is pitch black so he could not see there were two gates. He was instructed to put a code in but because the gate was not identified, he was at the wrong gate. As the sun began coming up, he was able to make his way to the second gate. Mind you, he tried phoning the leasing agent 53 times - yes, 53 times before he picked up! Yes it was 6:00 in the morning but we could not get to our rental. Even better, once my husband was in the gate (after an hour of being there) our RV was LOCKED! UGH! My husband had to wait for the agent to come and unlock the RV. This not only delayed us leaving, we hit rush hour in a few cities and could not go out to celebrate a family birthday that evening since we arrived at our location at 9:00! As we made our way out on the road, we soon discovered the navigation system was not operational. My husband had to phone the owner to try to use the system however, the system was never activated by the owner. A few of us were trying to work along the route and soon also discovered the internet we paid for was not working. Great! Since a few solid hiccups already occurred, my husband decided to call the owner about the insurance we purchased for our trip. Initially the owner told him all was ok. Great - we continued on our trip only to receive a call awhile later telling us the insurance we thought we purchased was not in effect; we still needed to purchase this! Yes, while already on our trip. I do believe it needed new shocks/suspension and windshield wipers were not good. All of this is why I am giving this review a 3.5. ALL of this could have easily been avoided! Our trip started off on a bad note because of this and again, we missed plans on Monday night with our family. Not acceptable. The 3.5 stars is because of all of the above. The RV itself was great! We enjoyed it, it was comfortable and made for great memories. Going forward, if we choose to rent an RV again, I"m confident we will look elsewhere.

I scheduled a tow 5 hours in advance after my car broke down, and I even arranged an Uber to get to work, trusting they'd keep their word. After two exhausting 12-hour shifts at a hospital, I showed up at the scheduled time only to find that no one was coming. No one even bothered to notify me of the delay, leaving me stranded at my broken-down car with no support and an additional 2-hour wait. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values reliability or courtesy. They've completely wasted my time and shown zero respect for my situation. **Edit** I just want to add that according to the company, they have a very bad flow of communication towards their team. Their lack of proper communication and planning leads to unprofessional service. I am pleased that I now must wait an additional 1 1/2 to 2 hours minimum for my service with only $25 off my $106 total fee, not including the $70 of Uber charges. It was that or Uber again home and try another time. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor my friends unless you want unprofessional service and lack of proper communication towards the dispatcher-drived and driver-manager. I should not have to message the driver and not hear anything back 5 mins before my scheduled tow. I still would like to personally apologize to the dispatcher who is very supportive and trying to understand my situation and help but in the end I will be a "Karen" right here and say this is still unprofessional especially with everything's that has come out of this situation. But having been a manager, I would have liked for them to call and apologize to me instead of sending his dispatcher on his poor management.

In Sarasota, about 2.5 miles from the entrance ramp and in the middle of pitch black sky on a Friday night. Yep, that's what happened to us. We have AAA, Progressive Insurance Roadside Assistance, plus are staring at the Road Ranger FHP sign. Call all 3 for assistance. AAA says someone will be out in 1.5 hours. I explained that we were on the shoulder and not in a safe location. 10:25 pm they say, someone will be out here. 4 phone calls later, our ticket never is identified as a safety issues and is bummed to a 4:44 AM Saturday expected time of arrival. We don't have enough gas to stay on the road all night. Progressive identifies our location as in Bushnell Florida, which is over 110 miles from us. When I call to correct their information, they reassure me that it has been corrected and the ticket is being assigned to someone. 20 minutes later, now looking at 11:40pm, a tow truck from Bushnell contacts me and says they are nearby. When I clarify that we are in Sarasota, they ask that we cancel our roadside assistance ticket! REally?!?! FHP informs us at 10:40pm that Road Rangers are closed at this hour and they will send an FHP trooper to assist. NONE ever shows up. No trooper, no roadside assistance from three different programs! What is going on? In fact, none of the roadside agents even bother to call us back. THREE hours on the side shoulder, traffic zooming by so fast that our car shakes from the wind velocity. We have a spare, but the two of the nuts on the tire are stripped. We need help. Here comes Brian from Florida Tow, pulls over, with his tow truck, light flashing. Asks us not to get out for the highway is too busy and says he will change the tire for us. Takes out all the necessary equipment and even shows my husband the stripped nuts, so our mechanic can replace. This man worked quietly and professionally without asking for any information from us. He truly was an angel to us and we will always remember his kindness. We were so worried, and unsure of what he was doing. We asked him. His answer was "I cannot leave you on the side of the road like this". He asked for nothing in return. NOTHING, and gave me his first name and cell phone, so I could send him my AAA information. Really amazing. Restores your faith in mankind and not once did we feel anything but gratitude for Brian. GREAT PROFESSIONAL and COMPANY. We certainly need more Brian's in our lives and in this area!
