The company who manages it: Sue, Jake and Simon are a different story. Jake makes promises that he can't keep. Sue isn't organized and visible overwhelmed. Didn't work with Simon much, but when we did he backtracked on a lot of his answers to questions. No one could give me a solid answer on lights. Lights were supposedly hung by a licensed electrician. I've never seen a licensed electrician leave power cords with exposed openings hanging on the side of the building. Sue is great for trying to make the property's problem, your problem. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. My clients absolutely LOVED the property which is THE only reason we stayed. If you use this property, please please please, get a day of coordinator to handle the mess of Sue and Simon (Jake has been MIA for months)! Don't rely on them or you may end up with LED backyard lights!

It was a shame to learn a week prior that Sarah, our wedding planner for the past year, would be unable to attend our events. As expected (without the original wedding planner) a few things went wrong along the way. I confronted Sue, the owner, with the issues in writing via email and she made it right with us in the end. We are confident since the company took responsibility we will be able to put the small things behind us in our future memories of our big day with the closure we received. It was a beautiful day on Clearwater Beach and we do have a lot to applaud Sun Coast Wedding for! I just wish it was perfect, but doesn't every bride? :) My advice: read your contract and make sure your original planner will be at your wedding! There were a few things I was promised and/or misunderstood with my original planner. Such as, Sun Coast is not your wedding "coordinators". They are your wedding "planners". Example: If you have things that need to be set up (like personal decor) they are not responsible for setting it up because it is not in the contract. So make sure everything is in writing in the contract, not just agreed upon via email or phone. Congratulations and good luck!

We just had our wedding with Gulf Beach Weddings…read more The staff had always been very accommodating, especially with all my last minute changes. This is a very laid back, low key type wedding which is what we wanted! If you're a bridezilla and want a high maintenance fussy wedding then this is not for you. There were lots of beach goers on the beach but they didn't bother us one bit and the staff made sure no one intervened with me walking down the aisle. Yes the flowers they use on the arches are fake but that didn't bother me. I'm sure if you wanted to pay a florist tons of money to do that then you could. We did the Upham Beach location just because it happened to be across from our condo. But parking at this location was definitely an issue for our guests considering it was a gorgeous 80 degree Sunday so it was very busy. We also really like that the paradise grille was right there so our guests could stop for a quick drink prior to the ceremony. The photographer provided with the package was amazing as well! So friendly and totally passionate about her profession. She made everyone very comfortable and kept the flow going well! If you're looking for low key, no fuss then this is for you!

It was on a Saturday but even leaving at 4 pm to be there by 5pm, and I was only 15 min away but it was still not early enough! Consider having your wedding earlier if you decide to book a wedding with this location in Pensacola. Took about 1 hr to get to my wedding! One other mishap was the violinist was late but probably due to traffic, she was a ok violinist but I wish the music was louder, the waves from the ocean were loud so you could not really hear the music that well. She also played the music I picked in the wrong order. Other than that everything was good! The set up was beautiful! Weather was perfect! Something is always going to happen on your wedding day and I hope this review will help other people with their wedding plans:)

Throughout the nine months that we worked with her to plan our wedding, Shannon always communicated with us when it was most convenient for us - including nights, weekends, and even holidays. Because we live in Tallahassee, FL - the location of our wedding - and Table 6 Productions is located in St Petersburg, FL, Shannon communicated with us by phone and email. Shannon worked with every vendor involved in our wedding, which included negotiating and securing contracts with them. Although Shannon was working outside of the area of our wedding venue, the planning process was seamless. Shannon listened to our ideas for our wedding, and she then turned our dreams into reality. We have no idea if Shannon was working with other couples during the time that she was planning our wedding, as she never mentioned it. Several of our vendors mentioned to us that they were impressed that Shannon came to meet with them in person, as that is rare for other wedding planners that they've worked with - including ones who live in our area. In fact, all of our vendors and everyone involved in our wedding informed us how friendly Shannon was and what a pleasure she was to work with. Shannon's knowledge of the wedding industry, coupled with her attention to detail, allowed her to execute every aspect of planning our wedding with flawless precision and class. There is no possible way that our wedding would have come to fruition without Shannon's help.
