Nikki and Thora were over-seeing everything. And personally, without our consent, one of them approved replacement of damaged flooring under toilet in master bath but then asked us to approve the front bath floor repair. One of their male workers actually lied to me over the phone and told me that the toilet "water pump" needed replacement at a cost of $50 for the part (which costs $20 @ home depot) and $25 for labor. First of all, I have never in my life heard anyone refer to the "float" as a water pump!!! Second, how do I know that they didn't fail to properly re-install the float in the first place? It was working just fine before they removed and re-installed the toilet! That's my personal experience with this company. I do not recommend any of their associated companies, TLC Fixer or TNT Flooring. If I could find TLC Fixer on Yelp, I would leave a review.

However, we had a few issues with the items they brought into our home which sifnificantly reduced the numbers of stars we can give. Some of the accent pillows smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (we are non-smokers). When I closed the bedroom door with the pillows in there, the entire room smelled. Also, there were two canvases used that had visible and significant amounts of mildew growing on them. Lesser issues were dusty plants and a wrinkled and messy poster in one of the frames used.
