Richard and his team did an excellent job of Staging one of my clients properties in Fremont. My clients received excellent service and staging and the price was extremely fair. I have to say that richard went above and beyond and even returned to look at the property again because he did not have a clear view of things with my clients personal things were at the property. He really took this assignment seriously and gave it an excellent finish. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks me if I knew of a good staging company that was reasonably priced. read more

Richard did a fantastic job staging our home when we put it up for sale! Not only did he provide great looks to each of the rooms, he gave us very good advice as to how to arrange our own furniture that was going to be part of the staged house. Richard was very prompt for all of our appointments and responded quickly to my texts whenever I had questions. We definitely think Richard's staging helped tremendously with our home being sold for well over the listing price! We highly recommend Richard and his services! read more

I've been blessed to have met Linda! She is a wonderful stager with an impeccable designer. Linda took an old ordinary home and gave it life to which I was able to get $180,000 more for it. Her consultation was perfect. She told us what paint colors to use for the interior and exterior, what furniture theme such as modern or contemporary, furniture layout and her execution of bringing everything together within budget and time was exactly what I needed. Linda has great communication as she communicated with me via phone calls, texts and emails. This is the best part of working with her as I always felt that I was her only client and kept abreast of what she was working on. My wife and I are so happy with Linda's work, we will also hire her on our current and future projects!!! read more

I chose Rest and Relax Staging to stage my 3,000 sq. ft, 7 bedroom 5 bath home and they did an AMAZING JOB. Staging such a huge house is no easy feat, but they did a beautiful job. I seriously interviewed so many staging companies, but when I met Richard, I knew I was in good hands. He was professional, and he walked me through each room and talked about his vision and plan. As a Seller of many homes in the past, other stagers didn't do this. I also liked that Richard was very timely, organized and the style of the furniture was really nice. His prices were very reasonable and he was honest and fair in pricing. He also is just a super super nice guy too so It's always nice to give business to good humans. I told him what I did or did not want and he listened and followed all of my requests. I liked the color scheme and the fact that he used lots of green. I appreciate how thoughtful he was about the placement of different pieces and I liked his ideas and the creativity. I really like the staging he used and I'm very happy I chose Rest and Relax Staging. I would use their services again in the future! Linda really has an eye for great taste! I had no idea where to begin when I moved into my new home. All I had in mind was colors and a long list of furniture to buy. She had a list of suggested furnitures to start with and we went on from there. Linda knows where to place everything, from big pieces of furniture, to wall art and small decor/accent furniture around the home. Her vision and execution turned my home into a very warm and inviting place. Thank You, Linda!! read more

I'm a seasoned realtor and have worked with many different staging companies. Linda with Rest and Relax Staging is by far one of the best out there. She's in tune with the current design trends and doesn't just put in furniture to fill the space. She puts in a lot of thought and effort to make the home beautiful and welcoming. I recently sold one of my listings for over $30K more than another property that was listed in the same tract at the same time and was slightly larger with more updates (ML81667486 vs ML81667087). The difference was with Rest and Relaxation's staging and making it look like a model home. Linda executed a stunning theme that flowed throughout the house that makes you feel at home. The buyers who purchased the home even inquired about purchasing all off the furniture and decor because they fell in love with the house as-is. read more

Linda is extremely talented and has great taste - she was able to make an awkward living room and small space look much more spacious, and was able to eliminate unnecessary clutter while making our place look amazing. I also really appreciated that she was willing to work with our existing furniture, and just came with her decor and adjusted arrangements. Prior to deciding to have Linda do the staging, my husband and I were both skeptical, but afterwards we couldn't stop talking about how much it was worth it! We actually received multiple offers PRIOR to the first open house because so many people were so impressed with just the pictures alone. And we ended up selling our house for 200k more than what we bought it for only a year after purchasing it. I also received so many compliments on the pictures. My only wish was having someone like Linda stage/style my home before living in it, so we could enjoy it the way she had set it up. She is just so good at what she does! read more

I used rest and relaxation staging while I was pregnant and wanted to redesign my whole house as i was "nesting". Linda was not only helpful but very patient with me as I wasn't sure what I wanted and was all over the place. She had some amazing ideas and even pictures of her current and past decorations that she did which helped a lot in guiding me to what I wanted. She even brought samples so I can see them in person which helped a lot. Her designs are great and up to date to the current trend so I trust her taste. I have been a realtor for 6 years and have used numerous other stagers for my listings. Out of all of them Rest and Relaxation Staging Services have been the best and my favorite ever since I have been using them. Not only are they professional, fast, and courteous but they carry the latest and contemporary styles. Most staging companies start to look the same after a while however Rest and Relaxation is in tune with current modern styles and is unique to each home. I recently had a listing in Cupertino that had an awkward floor plan but Linda came in and resolved this issue with a well planned game plan. Linda and her team not only made the home look completely different, but also complimented the home's features as well. She did such a great job that I had multiple potential buyers take their own photos of the home to emulate what she had done inside. I definitely recommend R+R Staging for all your real estate staging and interior design needs. read more
