After sitting down to receive a haircut, I asked the cashier why he seemed grumpy however he is the owner, this inappropriately got him upset, abruptly asked me to leave in front of a full shop, without any explanation or courtesy. His tone was unnecessarily loud and dismissive, repeatedly stating his right to refuse service. The interaction was unprofessional and entirely lacking in basic customer care or respect. While the shop appears to stay busy, it seems that steady business has come at the expense of customer service and professionalism. An attitude of "I do not need your kind here".
