The assurances given to me that my vehicle was not on the repossession list proved false, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. I've endured excessive hold times, unfulfilled promises of callbacks from supervisors, and a complete lack of effective communication. On top of these issues, they have even claimed a 'system error' and asked for my bank statements again, which feels misleading and intrusive. This lack of communication and transparency is alarming, and their approach feels like a scam. There have been instances where items from my car went missing after repossession, adding to the impression of theft or mismanagement. This experience has pushed me to consider legal action due to the breach of our contractual agreement and the potential damage to my credit.
