I found the exact type of Jeep Wrangler I was looking for on their website for the right price and then set up time with Jade to look at the car. The car was perfect and it checked out in tip-top shape when I took it to an independent Jeep specialist. The real star of this story was Jade. He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. To make matters worse, I was leaving for a nice tropical vacation in two days and didn't have time to deal with endless paperwork. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. What a great place: a nice selection of vehicles, trustworthy sales people, and an overall smooth process all around.

Our sales rep was Rodolfo, he was easy to deal with and at no point made us feel pressured to buy the car. We got the price we wanted and the finance rate as advertised. STAY AWAY. Test drove an older car, it clearly had issues, when I started pointing out these issues…read morethe saleswoman's demeanor changed, Jekyll and Hyde style, from polite and cheerful to aggressive and overbearing. I tried to arrange a pre-purchase inspection, to see if the issues might be easy fixes, and the saleswoman spent about 20 minutes trying to convince me to agree on a price and make a deposit before she would allow an independent inspection. At one point she tried gaslighting me by insisting that no dealer would ever agree to an independent inspection without me first finalizing a price and making a deposit, which everyone knows is entirely untrue. I think she was trying to take advantage of my apparent inexperience and naïveté (I'm young and look even younger). Finally a "manager" came over and changed the tune-- I could have an independent inspection but only on their lift in front of them. I saw he had in his hand a piece of paper with an out-the-door price for the car that was 30-40% more than sticker, but at that point I just left. Sleazy and dishonest. I don't know what was wrong with that car but they clearly were doing everything in their power to keep me from finding out.

I've been to this dealership twice--once when I purchased my car and once for a recall service…read more During the purchase, I was pushed to accept a 17% interest rate on a car loan, being told it was "normal" and that I should go for it. They submitted applications to five different banks, even though I had specifically said I only wanted to consider Honda's financing offer--and if I didn't qualify, I'd handle financing through my own bank. At the end, they told me I'd receive a survey and strongly urged me to give them top scores. I did give them a good rating at the time because they helped me through the buying process and I was happy with the car. When I later came in for a recall, I asked for an oil change as well. They quoted me $280 for additional services, which I declined. When I picked up the car, I was again given very direct instructions to leave perfect survey scores--because "it really matters personally" to the specialist. Apparently, every employee at this dealership does the same thing. Honestly, just do your job, and let me decide for myself how to rate the service. Whether I'm satisfied or not is my call--not something I should be pressured into. This isn't a personal complaint about the individual staff--it seems to be standard practice at this dealership. Right after I picked up my car, I drove straight to another dealership and got my oil change done there for $130. I was ready to pay the $280, but only if I was treated with respect and not pressured. However, it turned out that some of the services weren't even necessary. I really regret not going there for the recall as well. It's been two days since the recall service at Honda village, and Honda's system still shows the recalls as unresolved. In summary, both times I visited Honda Village, I got what I needed--a car purchase and a recall repair--but I've grown increasingly frustrated with their way of doing business. I'll probably only come back here again if I absolutely have to. You guys are good but you have a lot to work on.

It took a day longer than anticipated so I'm not really sure how they didn't have time to clean up after themselves. They also did not mention that the rear differential fluid was in need of change while it was in so I had to make another appointment (thankfully at a different dealership). Instead the jaded me a paper with a note that it was deficient. Just like when I purchased the vehicle, everything here seems amateur and sloppy. Also, they never cleared the previous owners personal information out of the infotainment system. They used to do state inspections, but no longer. It often takes a longer than reasonable time to get attention from an employee on site, and the phone system is so dysfunctional that I often had to call in 7-10 times just to reach a live person in any department, let alone the service department. The worst part is I requested a full interior detailing, which was priced at $200. I was told the interior would be deep cleaned, but when I got the car back, there was obvious dirt still visible on the steering wheel (so thick I could feel it), door handles, control knobs, and instrument cluster. I requested a manager (Ernest) who offered to have the job redone, but when I picked the car up the day after, it was only marginally better, and there was still dirt visible on the airbag logo, paddle shifters, door handle, and a strange sticky substance on the turn signal lever that had not been there before. Overall, the job was sub-par and in no way reflects the service I've come to expect from an Audi dealership or anything associated with Herb Chambers. I do not recommend this dealership at all. I was not treated like a valued customer, the detailing was slovenly and incomplete, and the price are outrageous for such sloppy work. I can go to my local car wash and get as good a job done for a fraction of the cost in about 15 minutes.

Their pricing is sky high compared to other area dealers and they're not friendly at all. Go to Natick Audi (Bernardi) or maybe Burlington (also Herb Chambers).. but this place does not treat you right, they treat you like a wallet to be pried open and little else. Clear questions went unanswered and they don't update their website promptly on inventory they've already sold for many (like 5?) days (unlike other dealers when the delay can be a day or so), making the search for a new car terrible. If you're a customer once, like me, you'll understand the mistake and not be back. I urge you to learn from my mistakes, this place doesn't deserve your time.
