She told Mike of LI Vineyard Tours, that she may have 16 girls - again she signed a contract for 15 girls. The car was still going to be a limo NOT a limo bus. Prior to the signing of the contract, my friend was told that there were no limo buses available for the date of her event therefore she would have to limit the number of girls on the trip. She told many of our friends that they could not attend. The day of the trip, Mike upgraded the limo to a limo bus. Thank you. The birthday girl called to inform him that we will only have the 15 girls attending that she signed the contract for. Mike raises his voice, screams at her and talks to her in a demeaning manner. He states that there was a "verbal contract" of 16 girls. That it is the reason why he upgraded her vehicle. His tone and deameanor was inappropriate and unprofessional. It does not matter that there was a "verbal contract" for 16 girls. There was a verbal contract for a limo and you gave a limo bus. She signed a contract for 15 girls; the signed contract is the only one that actually counts (okay, Mike?). He hangs up on her and calls the driver to say that he is ordered to NOT move the bus until he gets every dime. We paid for all 16 girls. We went on the trip and had a good time, once we let this frustration go. It is not that he made us pay for an extra person. It is the way he spoke to my friend. She sat at the front of the bus and I could hear him on the phone all the way at the other end. That is no way to conduct business; that is no way to treat anyone. With that being said, us 15 girls (and all of our friends) will never be using his company again.

Had an absolutely great time being driven around Long Island on this rolling beer bus on Sunday!…read moreHow can you not love this? You have a great driver, Kevin, who is very knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and most of all patient to put up with all our drunken shenanigans during this past weekend's Yelp Beer Bus event. The bus itself is clean, comfortable, and has both a tv and dock for playing your Ipod's. It's a great way to get around and taste a lot of beer without having to worry about getting a DWI ! Kevin knows all the routes to some of the best local breweries, and is a big craft beer guy himself. They do many beer tasting events on LI and around the local NY area and have packages available for group trips, or shorter shuttles to the local brew tastings. Check out the website for upcoming beer events and rates. To me, it's totally worth the cost to enjoy a worry free, and safe day, rather than drinking and driving. We hit up Great South Bay, Long Ireland, and Port Jeff Brewing Company. That last stop in Port Jeff on a terrific spring day was just perfect to try some beers and then wander around the town for a bite to eat before heading back to the train station to drop us off. Kevin has a great little biz here that I wholeheartedly endorse. Also, between stops it pretty much became a beer fueled dance party bus with some moves going on that would put some strippers to shame! Yay beer!

I spoke to DAN he's the coordinator and we had TWO winery's to go and tour well there as issues with one of them which was fine THE ISSUE WAS we paid for two and the one we went to GAVE NO TOUR, no ONE WALKED US THROUGH, no one was available to even tell us what we were drinking... we had one of our friends pretend to be the host .. what Dan "coordinated" with me was the complete opposite. And when I reached out to him he said he "COULDNT SPEAK TO ME ABOUT REFUNDS" the ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE PARTY BUS AND THEN I FOUND OUT THAT ITS A SEPARATE COMPANY GO FIGURE!!( J&A party bus)I would suggest you look elsewhere where for a tour. DONT FEEL SCAMMED LIKE ME . He said his company/his partner strive for great customer service... that's a joke! I tried calling their office NO ANSWER... Dan said that his partners number and he was on vacation.. over 2000.00 spent and it was the shittiest service ever.. I'll tell you what Dan you should focus more on your customer service rather that coordination. Here's some photos of the lunch boxes and bbq sauce cups you will get as your wine tester ... spend your 2000 else where!
