I took the the 3-Day National Parks Tour: Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon, and booked it through Viator. The hotel pickup process in Las Vegas was efficient and straightforward. Our guides Lorenzo, Susan, and Jacky were highly competent and accommodating throughout the tour. However, one significant drawback was the accommodation on the second night, which fell well below expectations. Regrettably, the hotel provided, the "Quality Inn," was notably substandard, with limited dining options within walking distance.
It was disappointing that a select group of Italian couples were transferred to the more centrally located and newly remodeled "La Quinta" hotel, while the rest of the group, including ourselves, remained at the cheaper and less satisfactory "Quality Inn." This discrepancy seemed unfair given that all tour participants paid the same price.
The customer service agent, Valerie Trump, provided me great customer service when I called Empire Vacations directly and answered all of my Vegas pickup and tour questions.
Despite the hotel quality issue, the natural wonders we visited--the Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon--were absolutely breathtaking. read more
